Depart from this organization. Chris and Dave along with entire staff at katsam will let you get assaulted and wrongfully terminate you if you report it. They will pay for all my losses..

Katsam has performed brilliantly for us for many years...their shopping center lot cleaning and porter service is second to none...Just recently, we hired Katsam Enterprises porter services for our three self service car washes...this has been a life saver for us...our washes have never looked better and I'm convinced that this has helped our businesses greatly! Today I experienced terrifying road rage directed at me from a driver of a Katsam truck. I was driving the speed limit on a 2 way neighborhood road, and this driver decided to drive so closely to me I could not see his license plate while also laying on the horn. This continued until we reached an intersection and stopped at a red light. I wasn’t even able to get his license plate number, that’s how close he was, obviously trying to scare and harass me. I’m not sure what leaving this info here will do, I just hope this driver doesn’t injure or kill someone while driving this company’s car.
Edit: I talked to someone named Chris Dick (lol) who told me the driver was “talked to” and then asked me to take down my review… shameful business practices.

I am the manager of a commercial site, pulled onto the property to see a Katsam employee, Dave walking the entire lot picking up trash, getting in his truck driving the entire property and once he noticed I was walking the property as well- he introduced himself and was very personable and professional. He does a great job keeping my property clean from debris and trash. I really appreciate the attention he shows

This company is allowing their employees to use a gas powered LEAF BLOWER around our APARTMENT BUILDING street and Metro station parking lot across the street near Forest Park FROM 3am to 4am - DISTURBING THE PEACE!! I have called the company twice and they don’t do anything about it, no return call, I warned them I would call the police. I have called the police on them twice but conveniently they are leaving as soon as I make the call and are only staying about 15 minutes at a time. They’re scheduled once a week but they’ve been here three times in the last several days. They are either wise to it or the metro guy has a scanner.

This company could be the best in the business at its craft, But after watching their truck, throw all their lunch trash out while driving down Manchester is enough to ensure I never support this company. The driver looked like they could care less Littering like that while driving in a car covered in the company’s name no less.

I just watched a company truck fly down my subdivision street. They were going at least 50mhp at 7:40 at night. Could have easily hit a child. Brookside subdivision

At 3:30 a.m. on Monday morning/ Sunday night, a leaf blower woke up my entire apartment complex. The fact that anyone would think it is a good idea to leaf-blow a sidewalk at that time is beyond comprehension. It is a level of incompetence not seen often and requires a lack of critical thinking not seen since the time of the Neanderthals. What is crazy is that I am the second person to have to comment on this. I pray employees at this company have someone leaf-blow outside their house at 3 am. Check yelp for videos of the incompetence.

Leaf blowing and street cleaning with a street sweeping truck at 2 AM outside of 300 unit apartment building windows. Guess that whole 'common sense isn't that common' thing is true.

Edit: Can't reply to your response, but I appreciate the effort and once results are confirmed will happily amend my review. If it helps, please use the St. Charles city noise ordinance as a guide. It pretty clearly states by law street sweepers and loud equipment such as leaf blowers and power washers are not to be used from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Follow up: Seemed to change time for a month or so but sure enough making a bunch of noise outside right now waking people up at 2:30 in the morning running a street sweeper 30 ft from people's bedrooms for God knows why. Genuinely, don't give these people your business, they don't follow through, don't do a good job (cleaning mid night is the only sure way to miss things), and are either wilfully ignorant or just don't care about or think about anything.

1/5/26 update. Leaf blowing at 4:45 AM for God knows why outside of apartment building while street sweeper truck is parked and idling which in this location are both illegal to operate at this time. Would be great if this company would follow through on their commitments!

It is hilarious that a company specializing in "Property Maintenance" treats their own fleet like a neglected foreclosure. Driving around with tags that old is a bold marketing strategy. I guess when your entire business model is hauling trash, you eventually just start identifying as it.
If their sweeping is as "up to date" as their registration, your parking lot is going to look like a landfill by summer. Hard to trust a crew to clean up a property when they clearly can’t even clean up their own rap sheet at the DMV. It’s the only vehicle on the road where the "How’s My Driving?" sticker should just be replaced with "How’s My Tax Evasion?"
