David is the Best! He’s conscientious, knowledgeable , professional, and clearly explains what he’s doing and why. Every time he treats my lawn, he’s extremely courteous and thorough. Highly recommended!

I'm impressed with the cleanest of the work they do. They never leave trash or anything behind and they always close the gates behind them. If you have weeds or need fertilizer for your grass, be patient takes time to work. But then all of a sudden you notice a big difference. The mosquito treatment is great! I noticed a big difference right after the first treatment almost immediately. The only thing I don't like is the only give you one day notice that they're coming and then the window of service is really big. Besides that it's great. I highly recommend to anyone.

William was professional and took time assessing my lawn and applying the necessary products. He was patient with the dog who was in the yard when he arrived. He left the appropriate follow up note!

This service visit could have been avoided if the technician had done the prior weed application correctly. The chemicals he used to kill my weeds and nutsedge did not kill them. It only made more weeds grow in my yard.

If I could leave a negative score I would. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences with a company I have ever have. First...they killed my trees. I signed up for the tree and shrub service, trees were dead 6 months later. They said it was due to root rot (it was not). Then I cancelled service (or tried to) they charged me for a service that was not provided AFTER my cancellation date. Still tying to get it cancelled two months later. "Owner" texted me saying sorry, they have replaced techs and will be better. Still being charged and no response! STAY AWAY!

Loved how Leah called to let me know the truck was a few minutes away, and Also appreciated the thorough attention to detail. Dog toys were all cleared and gates closed following application.

Received my first service today from Trugreen so will be rating them each time they come in the future today the gentleman was very nice conscientious went over my yard condition and explain what was going to be done so I’m happy with the first service. See how it goes from here.

Jonathan was great, and very patient as I explained my concern with prior service. He understood my concerns and was able to address by the fertilizarion he applied. He came to my door afterwards and personally handed me the receipt.

As always the technician was personable and very efficient. He is an asset to your corporation. My lawn looks great and is weed free. I highly recommend!!

Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. If I could give them a negative rating, I would. First of all, when I ordered the service I explained I needed something that would kill wasps and horseflies. I explained that we have a pool and right away the salesman said "Oh, certainly! You don't want your kiddos getting bitten or stung." So, we set up the account and he told me I would be getting a call in a day or two from the local office to get on their schedule. I waited 4 days, and didn't get a call, so I called them back. I was told I was on the schedule for Tuesday, although no one had told me. They also suggested I get on the app, and I could track my service calls. I tried that, but in order to set up the account, I needed an account number "that was included in [my] 'Welcome email.'" Guess what, I never received an email. (And yes, I checked my spam.) So again, I called the company, and after being on hold for 10 minutes, I spoke with someone who apologized for my not getting an email, and she sent another one and helped me get set up on the app. When the tech showed up for the treatment, she informed me that it only killed mosquitos and would NOT kill horseflies and wasps. She apologized for my being misled. I told her I would not need their services, and she canceled my service call but said I would have to call to cancel the contract. That's when it got worse. I sat on hold for 20 minutes before I talked to a rep who again put me on hold, and when he returned he said I'd have to call back because he was having technical difficulties! Already I have spent phone calls and too much time on a service I didn't even receive! I called back, got another person who put me on hold again, returned and when she explained she was having some difficulty, I refused to be put on hold again. She said she would call me back when the cancellation was complete, but she didn't call. Today, the charge showed up on my credit card! Again, I had to make another call to the company. Bottom line--I would NEVER recommend this company! They are full of apologies and tell you that you can cancel any time but it's not that simple. You will put in time even if you don't receive a single treatment! Go with someone else, but not TruGreen!

I had high hopes for a lovely lawn but as of this post TruGreen has been terrible. The employees are very kind but the website hasn’t worked for weeks and gaining access to information has been abyssal. If things Improve I will happily amend this review.

Craig continues to provide thorough services each time he arrives at our property. He communicates and makes sure to address our concerns and needs. His work ethic is very appreciated!!

Once again, no text or call shortly before the technician showed up. He just showed up and I was right in the middle of mowing my lawn. He was very nice and offered to go do a couple of other lawns and come back to mine. He did a great job when he came back.

Leon is awesome! He returned my call immediately and came out and gave me a bid. I called him the next day. Leon and his friend were at my house working shortly after. They did a great job. I would totally recommend them and definitely higher them again!

Team always shows up exactly when they say, never skip or skimps a treatment, and provides really good feedback on how to improve your lawn and shrub health. Very pleased.

I've used Tru Green for more than 15 years. I seldom have weeds, clover or dandelions in my yard. I actually have the best lawn in my neighborhood. I highly recommend them of you care about your lawn.

Really disappointed with this company. None of what they promised actually happened. They’re quick to take your money, but the work is left incomplete and sloppy. Honestly, if you don’t mind wasting your money, this place will do just that.👎

Trugreen has been treating our lawn for 3-yrs now and the lawn is 100% better. They are courteous and professional, and are helpful in tips we can do the will enhance the treatment each time. We can ask all the questions we'd like and never feel like we're bothering them.

Colton did a great job and went above and beyond. I have a been a customer for 18 months and would recommend their service.
