The two person crew sent to remove the ash trees in front of our home did an excellent job. The trees were well over three stories tall. The men did a tremendous job keeping the area tidy, did not damage any of my garden areas, sidewalk, or cement driveway, and as you can see from the picture they stacked the wood and cleaned up the area very well. We are very happy with their work.

Not related to the services of the business but I got a flat on my car yesterday 20 minutes into a 5 hour trip. I pulled into McDonald's and began the process of putting on my spare. After my jack bent and failed I asked two gentlemen in a Shade Tree Service Co truck if they had a jack I could use. They came over and helped me jack my car up. They were extremely nice and helpful and I can't help but believe that is the way they treat all of their customers. If I lived in the area and needed tree services I would definitely call Shade Tree Service Co!

Jeremy, Preston, and Robert took care of clearing tree limbs over my power lines connected to my home after the big 7/30 storm in Ozark, MO. They were super professional and efficient. Shade Tree is lucky to have them. They explained damage that they saw clearing the lines and pointed out potential hazards to be aware of. All of it was invaluable to me.

These guys did a fantastic job...dropping several trees on the property...for the city utilities right of ways. Very professional...left the wood in nice manageable stacks... cleaned up very well behind their work as well. Could not be happier with their service....& I highly recommend this crew... mainly guys working on E Seminole & Lone Pine... ( Springfield, MO.) but as I've noticed around the city...they all seem to have the same work ethic. Great Job Guys !!!

They hit my house with their truck! This company was hired through Ameren to trim trees over power lines. They brought multiple trucks not knowing what size they needed. The bigger truck with a boom lift was not used but they turned around in my driveway (without permission) with this super heavy truck and trailer and backed right into our house then drove off. We learned about it when it rained a bunch and our basement flooded because they pinched off our gutters when they hit it and broke shingles. I have gotten estimates and gone through their claims process. We are 6 months out and they are denying my claim and the adjuster has not and still won’t call me. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

Stopped and talked to the supervisor when he and his crew put my wife and me in danger by not having a 2 flagmem present but blocking our lane and forcing us to drive in the wrong lane in a no passing zone right by a 90 degree blind corner. He told me that they were short on staff.

I would never hire this company to do tree work for my city or personally. They were not only putting the public at risk, but whoever hired them.

These guys do a great job trimming near powerlines! They've been in Valparaiso,IN for a few months so this is a pretty much late review but they were hired through nipsco to trim,the foreman let us get a few custom jobs by trimming limbs that are hanging on alot of the residents roof's 10/10 recommend!

Darrell did an amazing job cutting down 2 trees in our backyard. Came for a quote and then within 30 minutes was back and cutting them down. Absolutely very happy with the work, great price and very fast service. Using again very soon for another tree.

2019 I hired D DeClue's Tree Service to cut several trees and he did a great job. Last year i recommended D DeClue's Tree Service to a neighbor and my sister. D DeClue's Tree Service was very good at the beginning but the follow up was poor. I actually spoke to his son and he said they would be back. I tried calling many times and with no response. Now I feel bad about this due to this service. At this point I will take care of what wasn’t completed my self. I will not recommend D DeClue's Tree Service in the future or for myself. Unsatisfied customer.

This is my second dealing with Monster Tree Service of St. Louis, and I couldn't be happier. Contracting to have a favorite Dogwood cleared of grapevines and an overgrown Pfitzer trimmed was quick and easy --- the office staff is a pleasure to deal with. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and all debris was cleared away.

I was satisfied with the work Monster Tree service did. They were communicative, efficient and respectful of my time and the project's needs. Admin staff were a joy to work with and the field team did a solid job. Overall I was quite happy with their service after failing to get in contact with other tree services in the area.

Their team is professional, responsive, on time and has the equipment needed to get the job done right. I used Monster Tree Service of St. Louis at my home and was immediately impressed with the staff. They explain step by step what they will be doing on your site. They are knowledgeable, courteous and they make sure that the site is completely cleaned up before they depart. I continued to use them at our business and once again they did an outstanding job. I continue to recommend to my clients and friends and everyone has been pleased with their service. Additionally, the turn around to do a project is quick.

I never write reviews, but Monster is awesome, so here it goes…. Their crew is great, knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and fast, Plus, the guys were considerate of my neighbors, where the cutting machines went, and they cleaned up all the wood great. I got 5 bids and Monster matched the lowest bid and came quickly. I even got bids from Craig’s List thinking those might be cheaper than a professional company like Monster. We had five big trees that needed to be dealt with, and Monster didn’t try to upsell. They were honest about which trees needed to come down vs which ones could just be pruned. They even suggested waiting until the winter to get a discount rate for one tree. I really did research this and Monster was at least $1000 lower than some competitors and so professional. Hire them! Ask for Corey — he’s great to work with and will give you a fair price.

Recently we needed advice related to concerns we had for the health of few pin oaks as well as some trimming to be completed on one of the trees on our residential property. After doing some research, we contacted Monster Tree Service of St. Louis. Monster responded promptly and sent an arborist to our home to meet with us. During the meeting Justin S. identified some potentially serious health issues for our trees, assessed our needs and provided advice on how to proceed. It was an informative, low-pressure meeting. We found the suggestions for remedies to be sound and the cost estimate for the work to be competitive with other local tree service companies so we chose MTS for the job. We could not be happier with our choice. MTS arrived to perform the work as scheduled with a crew well equipped to complete the job safely and efficiently. Care was taken to avoid causing unnecessary damage to the yard area needed to access the tree, the area surrounding tree and our home. Once the job was completed the clean-up was immaculate with the crew leaving no trace that they were here other than a nicely trimmed tree.
