Working with Servpro made the experience of having water remediation done much less painful! Lindsay and her teams were extremely communicative and efficient. We appreciated their professionalism and willingness to explain each step of the process and work with our insurance agency. We were surprised a few weeks ago coming back from dinner with a waterfall gushing down into our kitchen from a pipe burst in the upstairs bath. The flood hit all three levels of our house. We were desperate for a restoration service - hard to come by since bad rain hit our area the same day. Jan was nice enough to find time to check out our house and we had a crew and equipment the next day. In the many days that followed, we received very vigilant attention to detail on a daily basis to ensure there was not an inkling of water trapped in any crevice. Was really impressed with Jess - our main technician - who did not make any assumptions or guesses - was very thorough. I felt extremely comfortable she was making the best decisions for our house. Extremely well done on all accounts. Very pleased.

Erick Evans started the claim. He is very knowledgeable. Erick handled the claim with the insurance company and made the process stress free. The professionalism was truly remarkable. The next morning a team arrived and began explaining the process. The ladies

Christina and Lynn are the best team ever. I had my floors sanded and refinished which left a great deal of dust in every nook and cranny. When they were finished there was no sign of dust what so ever. These girls are amazing. They were so pleasant and could be trusted. I had to leave while they were here and was totally comfortable doing so. Wonderful experience! Servpro helped lead me in the right direction with my insurance company. I appreciated them being so attentive.

Josh Beam and the team at Servpro have been easy to communicate with and quick to respond with every interaction we have had throughout the St louis market. We have recommended them to many clients for their mitigation needs.

Whatever you do, do not use ServPar. I had videos from standing water on the sub floor and structure no less than 8 hours before they came out to inspect it and stated the contents were dry. Sided with the insurance as well trying to claim they were separate losses. If you want to pay for them to put fans in your house and agree with the insurance companies, they are who you want. If you want non bias true professionals, they are most definitely not that. I wish I could put zero stars to be honest.

Jessica was really patient and informative when she came to assess the cleaning needs of my home. She was transparent and honest throughout the whole process and really cared about my needs. It was very easy to communicate with her throughout the process and she was very accommodating, working with my schedule. Both teams that came to the house were courteous, respectful and very conscientious with their care of the house. Chris Rudd was great to work with. It was a long project with many moving parts and contractors he had to pull together. We did 4 complete bathrooms (one total gut, 2 with tub and tile reglazing), new baseboards throughout the house, new basement flooring, paint throughout, a new butcherblock countertop, appliance installation, and much more. He kept us informed daily. He crawled through our attic, gave me lots of good free advice, and we filled up 3 dumpsters before it was all said and done. He brought in great craftsmen (and women) who did excellent work.

We had an unfortunate sewer lateral back up in our basement caused by tree roots growing into and blocking our line. After our plumber cleared the line, we had Property Medics do the required extensive demolition and disposal of damaged contents. Our technicians were Enes and Alex who were both outstanding professionals working with us explaining everything they were doing and who did an excellent job completing all this difficult work!!

When our old cast iron main stack pipe corroded through in June 2024, we lost use of our laundry and toilets, and our partially finished basement (including carpet) was destroyed. The property medic team worked with us through the entire process of quickly getting the water and sewage out, working with our insurance very persistently, and reconstructing our basement. Special shout out to Chris Rudd and Dave Rollinger for going above and beyond in communication, as well as excellent and fast work done by Andrew and several other workers.Their office was very professional and communicative too. STRONGLY recommend using this company!!

Chris Rudd was amazing to work with! He communicated everything with me through the whole project. He managed everything and made sure everything was done perfect! He was always available and answering emails on weekends and late at night. 10/10 service!

Mike did an excellent job from beginning to end. Each step of the process was explained, with answering any questions we might have. He is obviously well trained in how to complete his job in a timely manner. All debris was removed from the house and area left clean.

Came out same day we called. Our technician, Logan, was very professional and detailed. Took time to thoroughly explain the process.

Very satisfied with the work performed. Had a sewer backup. Walls and bathroom in basement were damaged. Cleanup was effective and restoration work included replacement f paneling, drywall and painting restoration and replacement of the toilet. Very pleased with the work. was kept in the loop as things progressed. Very friendly and respectful in communications with us and cleaned area before leaving. Mike Badger performed the work.

Rep was very thoughtful and considerate, did excellent work. Addressed all my questions and concerns about equipment and use. Clean up was timely and effective.

My finished basement completely flooded and I cannot say enough good things about Mike B! Mike B. did all of the insulation, drywall repair, painting, and did a tremendous job. Mike B. was always early, receptive to questions I had, respectful to my family, completed the job in a timely manner, and does great professional work. The young man, Mike Badger, who worked in our basement was very personable yet quite professional. He came on time, did his work, and cleaned up after the work was completed. He answered all of our questions and offered a walk through to be sure we were satisfied with his work.We would like to have Mike do work for us if we ever need this company again.
