Back in December of 2024 we discovered a leaky pipe which had leaked from our main bathroom down into our living room. We were connected to property medic through friends and we could not have been more satisfied with their work.

Our first points of contact were David and Dan. They arrived when promised and explained the process in great detail to me and my wife. They told us what to expect, when they would be able to start, and how long their work would take.

One of the most important things David and Dan did was getting the insurance company to cough up money to pay for their work. Anyone who has ever dealt with an insurance company knows they will nickel and dime you at every opportunity. David and Dan found more than 30 things the field adjuster missed and were able to get the insurance company to pay up to fix these damages.

In addition to David and Dan, Zachariah was the technician who came out to perform a lot of the work. Zachariah was considerate, diligent, and workman-like. He made sure to not to be overly messy with his work and he kept my wife and I informed on his progress.

All-in-all I would recommend, David, Dan, Zachariah, and Property Medic to anyone and everyone in need of prompt and diligent repair work. I hope I do not need their services in the future (for obvious reasons) but if disaster strikes again, I know who my first call will be.

I used Property Medic to replace a ceiling fan. The technician, Matt I believe, was wonderful. He was timely, professional and friendly. We had a great chat about his 4 year old daughter. The ceiling fan replacement was basic. No Smart fan or even a remote control. My rating is 4 stars instead of 5 because the ceiling fan cost me less than $200 and the install was $425. I received quotes for other services, but I don’t think I will be using them again.

I was so impressed with Property Medic! James arrived when expected, his team was incredibly professional, and they were able to do the work faster than anticipated. Our mold issue is now resolved. This was a huge win!

The drain in my basement backed up, water and mold damage was extensive. In a panic I called my handyman, he said it was too much for him so I called Property Medics. They came out the same day, Mike Canania Water Mitigation Crew Chief got things going. I cannot thank him enough for all he did, including talking with the insurance adjuster. Within a couple days everything was removed, cleaned, or dried, very thorough. Mike was understanding, explained what was happening, was calm at all times.
Then came time for the Reconstruction.
This was done by one of the most talented, hard working, nice guys Mike Badger. He literally (by himself) put up the walls. Carried, cut, taped , primed and cleaned the whole basement. (And had a couple nice conversations).
Such a great job by all, barely know anything happened.
All is good now, hopefully I won't need to call again BUT...
I tell everyone about this experience, how Property Medics made it so easy. And suggest they request Mike Canania and Mike Badger, they're the best

what to expect from property medic, but the customer service was fantastic.

The work Mike Badger did for my dry wall repair was above & beyond Exceptional. Very professional and respectful to my home. Mike Relate information very well to me and asked questions first before just doing things in my home.

The drywall i needed repaired doesn't even look like it was damaged in the first place. The work mike has done was Spectacular, and I would definitely be using property medic in the future.

Very pleased with this service. They booked me quickly and Michael Raymond came as promised. He was very punctual. Gave a quote on the initial visit and work was completed sooner than expected! I had a few small jobs like repainting the iron barrister on front porch and fixing rotted wood on side door along with reattaching a screen door to the frame. Then he restrained our deck and fixes a broken post on the fence He was very meticulous and took great care in the quality and clean up! I definitely recommend him and will use him again.

I hired a contractor to install 180 sq ft of fencing with a gate. He did a horrible job and left us in a severe bind. I am grateful I was able to stumble across Property Medic during my Google search for repairs. Raymond came out and was very professional, easy to deal with, clean and my fence looks a lot better! Dan Meyer and Zachariah Culbertson of Property Medic did a great job remodeling my kitchen and bathroom. They answered all my questions, informed me when my choices would run over budget, and completed the remodel on schedule. I will call on them to work on my basement in 2025.

We had a great experience with Property Medic and would definitely use them again! We had an emergency situation with our ceiling and we got a quote from the manager less than 24 hours later. Zach and Taye were extremely professional, explained in detail the work and repair that would be done and how. Great detail went into repairing our ceiling to how it was before, and even improved. They made a stressful situation easier to deal with!
