Mile was very thorough and detailed on the work he did on my basement. I am very happy with the flooring, the painting and drywall and baseboards. He was also very friendly, I really appreciated his help on the basement.

Enes and Logan have been truly amazing throughout this whole ordeal. I had pipes burst in my basement. Everything was wet, everything was damaged. These gentleman came in and saved the day. They cleaned up everything and took their time finding all the wet spots to set up their drying equipment. They were courteous, professional, and very compassionate. I recommend this company, specifically Enes and Logan! Thank you guys so much for everything.

What started out as a simple toilet malfunction revealed a complete house-wide sewer system failure. Our project required two separate cleanups by Property Medic, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. The first cleanup -- the second floor primary toilet leaking into our family room -- was handled by Logan D., and he spent two days in our home. He was friendly, professional, respectful, and thorough both in his explanation of the procedure as well as the handling of the actual clean up. Logan started by setting up a containment unit in the middle of our house to catch plasterboard, dust, and all remaining drips from the toilet leak. He set up an industrial dehumidifier to start drying out the space, and he asked for my preference on where it should drain. On his second day with me, he had another gentleman with him whose name I believe was Travis. They performed additional work inside the containment unit, including disinfecting the contaminated wood in my ceiling, and then added industrial blowers to finished drying out the space. Both did a fantastic job cleaning up the mess.

A few days later, our sewer backed up into our basement, and Alex P. was dispatched to our home for the cleanup. There's no question his task was disgusting to say the least, but he handled it with professionalism and grace. First he removed the original containment unit on our first floor and disinfected our hardwood floor. Then he headed to our basement to clean out the muck. He disinfected all affected areas and then set up equipment to dry out the concrete floor as well as the studs left behind after he cut away the damaged drywall. By the time he was finished, my basement looked and smelled clean.

One of the best parts of the entire experience is the way Property Medic and Mr. Rooter work hand-in-hand. Mr. Rooter set up all Property Medic appointments, so one initial call to Mr. Rooter set the whole process in motion. Although I hope never to need their services again, if a problem should arise, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Logan did a wonderful job in cleaning up after my sewer line backed up in my bathroom. Very efficient and quick. Did very thorough work.

Prompt,courteous,polite,compassionate,understanding,patient,and more than reassuring are just a few qualities I can name for Logan DeClue.. My house was damaged by water and was told I had to leave my house within 24 hours bc it wasn't safe to stay there and they didn't know how long it would take to fix all the damage. I was shocked, overwhelmed, and filled with fear instantly not knowing what to do or where to turn with 100 questions going thru my head. Logan was the gentleman I met the first day they showed up to get the water out and dry everything and I have to tell you I have never experienced such understanding and kindness in a professional company. He took his time explaining everything, repeating several times bc I just couldn't comprehend. My whole house pretty much was destroyed and tore apart. He didn't show an once of aggravation only repeated as many times as I asked, while also making every call needed to make, while also doing his job. So sweet and professional. My plumbing issue was quite extensive. Logan put me at ease with his calm, professional approach to both the situation, which resulted from my plumbing woes, and the solution. He patiently explained every step and stage of the clean-up process. The clean-up yielded a wonderful result. I appreciated the customer service Logan provided as well as his work in remediating my problem. I would recommend Property Medics, and specifically, Logan, to friends or family who found themselves in the unfortunate position of needing these types of services.

The company was prompt in getting to our job. Mike was our technician and he was GREAT! He made sure everything was done properly, he communicated accurately about the job, he was clean and very careful. We were extremely pleased and I recommend him!

I had a bad leak in my basement bathroom where my mother lives and Property Medic came out quickly to determine the extent of the damage. Logan DeClue was thorough and very adept at explaining the whole process we would need to go through with my insurance. Nathaniel Tucker did our demo and he was quick and precise while also protecting my moms stuff. Both have been incredibly helpful in this process and knew exactly what was needed when dealing with insurance.

Update: My basement has been fully repaired and it was great working with Dan Meyer to get everthing figured out. He was very responsive and helpful for everything that came up.

Property Medic did a great job getting my kitchen cleaned up and rebuilt. By the time they were done, it looked much better than before. Mike and Dan took great care of us communicating clearly and managing all the work. I recommend their services highly.

Property Medic did an amazing job restoring our kitchen. They offer a wide range of services, which allowed us to have all of the damage fully repaired. Dan, our superintendent and project manager, was kind, patient, and always easy to reach. He helped guide us through planning and navigating insurance, and the team didn’t stop until the job was completed to our satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Chris Rudd came out, provided estimates, and I hired Property Medic based on those representations. As a new homeowner, I expected a professional company that would help guide me through a bathroom remodel. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

The shower they installed failed in less than two years and had to be demolished. It was later confirmed that items I paid for were never installed, including the liner and waterproofing system. New tile was laid directly over rotted wood, even though I was charged for replacing it. In addition, there were other charges for services that were never provided, such as floor protection, cleaning, and painting. I ended up doing much of that work myself.

Since the bathroom failure in June, I have been trying to resolve this with the company. It is now December, and I am still working on getting refunds for items I paid for but did not receive. Communication has been very difficult, and I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled. This has caused stress and unnecessary expense.

I highly recommend not hiring this company. If you do, document everything, verify every step of the work, and make sure you are only paying for services and materials that are actually provided.
