Update... they made it right and fixed the overcharge. Tech made a mistake and owned up to it. It happens. He was always a very friendly and kind individual.

TERRIBLE. Neese heating and cooling (Travis) was rude and canceled my appointment when they were going to arrive late. I called them to find out when they were going to arrive, they told me they were going be late... I asked them to hurry because I had another appointment. Travis called me back immediately and told me that I needed to find another HVAC company to do the job. I was left wasting 3 hours (half a day of vacation) on Neese heating and cooling. STAY AWAY.

Had another company try to rip me off and tell me I needed 1500 dollars in repairs. Neeces gives free second opinions, they came out and long story short it was only a 150 dollar repair. Honest people doing honest work.
