I called Neece Heating & Cooling and they were able to come out the same day I called and fixed my air conditioner. They did not pressure me into replacing the system and explained the problem clearly. They told me the price it would be before they made the repair and it did not change. They were extremely friendly and easy to work with. I will be calling them from now on for my furnace and ac repairs.

Travis and Duane were professional from the bidding process through the installation of our entire HVAC system and water heater. They have always been available to answer questions, even after the installation. Travis does business in a professional manner and is upfront on all costs. Our warranty company, 210 warranty, sent out the fourth HVAC company, which was NEECE, and what a difference. Team members were cordial and pleasant and explained everything in detail, including what needed to be done and a timeline for completing the processes. I highly recommend this company to anybody looking for an honest, reliable service provider, as we received three different pricing proposals for the same services. They give us the best bang for our buck and provide excellent service. Again highly recommend it.

The guys did an amazing job! Everything they did was fast and efficient and the cleanliness of their work was unreal. Very professional and my system runs so amazingly I couldn’t even tel you if it was on other than the curtains moving a little. Will never have any work done by anyone else. Travis and his guys are second to none.

We've had Neece Heating and Cooling out to our house twice, and once to inspect a home we were going to buy. Last summer Travis installed a new furnace and air conditioning system for us, we're very happy. He told us he'd be back in the Winter to install the humidifier at no charge. He lived up to his word - he returned and installed the humidifier at no charge. We had one service call this summer (2015) on the new system and it was fixed under warranty at no charge. I'm happy to recommend Neece Heating and Cooling to my family and friends.

This was the greatest experience we've had with a major purchase and installation for a new HVAC system for our home. Travis was very informative when we first met with him at our home, and we were convinced (after getting quotes from and talking to other HVAC vendors in the area) that we wanted to do business with Neece Heating & Cooling. This company is family owned and extremely knowledgeable about their products. They spent an entire day installing our system and testing it thoroughly before leaving. They were extremely diligent with every detail, cleaned up everything, and were a delight to work with. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Dwayne and Travis and the rest of the crew were amazing respectful and polite. Our furnace went out two nights ago they came out that same day to diagnose it realized that it was not repairable and we got a brand new furnace the next day right in the middle of the cold weather. I cannot say enough good about this company they are awesome.

Travis and his team are very down to earth and trust worthy. My central air went out this past August they found that my furnace was leaking carbon monoxide. They helped get the financing for me they installed a whole new system in one day. I would recommend them to everyone. Call Neece you won't be disappointed.

Tuesday I called about our humidifier not working. It has not worked for months. The lady answering said someone could be out the next day around 10:00 am. The repairman called about 15 minutes early and was there soon after. He checked the thermostat and then went down to the furnace. He checked the water flow and if it was installed correctly. He correctly adjusted the thermostat and had it working in very short order. He only charger us the minumin amount he could and was very polite and efficient.
will call them again in future if we have any problems.

Neece heating and cooling is top notch ! They are honest and don’t try and upsell you like most companies do . When I call them I always know I am getting an educated response to my problem and what I am being charged for is a NEED. We had the pleasure of having Travis, the owner, stop by yesterday. Our AC wasn’t functioning correctly, and Neece was able to squeeze us into their work day. Travis was helpful and explained everything he was doing and looking for to me as it was happening. He quickly found the problem and fixed it for us at an affordable rate. We had our HVAC system replaced by Neece over a month ago. So far, we saved $100 in one month with our Bosch system compared to last year. It’s quiet and has kept us so comfortable during this summer so far. When you have to replace an expensive part of your home, you hope you go with the best choice.
