We have used McDaniel Furnace for YEARS having bi-yearly service and ALL of their technicians, customer service people and the entire experience has been fabulous. We couldn't be happier with them. Thank you to all of your hard workers!!!

Jeff was absolutely awesome and explained things in a way that was very easy to understand. I got 4 bids and these guys were the most knowledgeable and the best price. Best experience I have ever had with an AC company. Can't recommend them enough!!

Unfortunately, they have been to my home 3 times to try and diagnose my air conditioner problem but on the third visit I was told there was "nothing wrong with my a/c". And to call back when it was actually hot. What?! Today, I had a visit from a different company that drove outside of their service area to help me and there are MANY things wrong with my a/c. Even took pictures to show me the problems with my attic unit. I will never use McDaniel again and spent over $500 on replacement parts I didn't actually need. Additionally, I was treated like a stupid human and as though I was making up problems because I am just prissy. I hope that in the future, this company actually takes the time to diagnose the problem. A loss of a customer and all the previous referrals I had given.

spoke with the team at McDaniel and they refunded my money for the part I didn't need and took the time to listen to my concerns. I appreciate their quick action and resolution to the issue. Impressed by the professionalism displayed! Thank you!

I needed a new system after the winter was over this year and had plenty of companies come and bid the job. McDaniel’s friendly salesman Jeff come out and give me a quote. The friendliness along with their very competitive prices made them an easy pick. I called up to the office ,a very friendly staff, I was scheduled in the following week! Evan & Will did an exceptional job replacing my 21 year old Carrier HVAC system with a brand new one. They were on time, explained everything, friendly and professional. I could tell the two of them were a great team that worked well together. In the hottest heat of this summer (100-degree days), my 20-year-old ac unit bit the dust. I got three quotes on a new ac and furnace. McDaniel's was able to beat my second quote by several hundred dollars, even though I'm located on the other side of KC.

The two installers were wonderful! And very quick, only about 4 hours for the full replacement. They installed a new thermostat and showed me how to use it.

All together from my first phone call, it took 1 day to get a quote and about a week to get the unit installed. Much faster than I expected in what I expect was their busiest time of the summer!

They made the process very simple and easy. Jeff set-up the job, and prepared the paperwork for rebates and tax credits. Evan and Will had the furnace ready to run by lunch. Super friendly people. I'm very satisfied with their work.

So earlier this summer, right before the July 4th holiday, we had an air conditioner failure. We had one of their technicians come out who confirmed it was the compressor.

We looked at the cost of replacing the compressor in the condenser unit we had versus replacing it with either a SEER 13 or SEER 16 unit, and the cost difference - plus the addition of having a warranty on a new system - made sense to replace it. The sales portion of the process was easy, and we also had sticker shock - what we ended up getting to replace our unit was half the cost of compatible systems from other contractors we contacted.

It took a few days to get the equipment in and get their installers out - it was their busy season, after all - but once they were out, installation went quickly. We went with a 96% furnace to go with our 16 SEER air conditioner, and from start to finish - including clean up - it took about 5 hours to do. The installers were great and friendly.

As for the equipment we got, it's Carrier. It's quiet.

This is the second time we've done business with McDaniel, and we'll do business with them again in the future.

We used McDaniel to replace our HVAC system. We were very pleased with Will and Evan. They arrived on time, were courteous, treated our property respectfully, explained what they were doing, and kept us informed during the installation. To their credit, they did what they said they would do. I would recommend them.

Can’t say enough about this company. I have used them numerous times and will continue to use them in the future. The service technicians Evan and Will were outstanding and very polite friendly and knowledgeable. Jeff was also great. He knew exactly what I needed and took the extra time to explain everything to me. Not trying to sell me on something I did not need. You will never find another company that is as good as this one and very affordable on their products. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Jeff Wilp was very professional and helpful in deciding which systems to install in my home. He was knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Mark the rough in installer showed up on time everyday and does quality work. He took his time in ensuring the layout would not affect other utility runs and was professional and his work was clean. I would recommend this company to any builder or home owner.

The gentlemen who installed my furnace and air conditioner, Evan and Will, were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They did a stellar job installing my units and took time to answer my questions and explain everything to me. I couldn't be happier with the job they did and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of hvac service. A job well done is rare in today's market, but McDaniel Furnace and Sheet Metal exceeded my expectations.

Jeff wrote up several quotes for me. AC/Heat, just AC, AC/Heatpump, super helpful in explaining what needed to be done and how the overall process would work. he wasn't pushy, didn't constantly nag me about putting in a new system and actually gave me options that allowed me to budget for something that needed to be repaired now, vs replacing the whole system.
Evan and Will did the install today and were amazing as well. they showed up on time, completed everything expeditiously and were extremely professional. 10/10 will use them again if i need any work done or the furnace replaced in a few years.

This a great company to do business with from the first encounter with the sales representative to the installers. There is no high pressure tactics. The sales rep and two installers arrived the time they promised. The installers cleaned up everything after they were finished. They installed a new furnace and air conditioner in 6 hours. We saved thousands of dollars compared to other companies bids. I highly recommend them!

We got five bids from five different neighborhood-referred companies, McDaniel included. Our referring neighbor had nothing but good things to say about this company. Theirs wasn't the lowest bid; nor was it the highest. But, from the initial call to their office, to the sales/estimating pro, to the two doing the installing, this company was professional and answered all our questions and then some. During installation, I asked Will and Evan about the positioning of some exhaust pipe and concerns I had. The "why" of the situation was explained very clearly to my complete understanding. When all was said and done, they tweaked the positioning a little based on our conversation, which I did not expect, but am extremely happy with. Their knowledge and careful consideration of the issue led them to a very professional solution and adjustments that resulted in satisfied customers. Great job. Would recommend!

This company, led by Evan and Will, installed a new air conditioner, furnace and thermostat for my house. They were on time and very professional. In fact, they were there earlier than we expected. They showed attention to detail in every aspect. They were very respectful of my property and put down drop cloths to shield my carpet from the back door to the basement. They cleaned up their work area before they left. The company was able to offer me financing for 84 months without a pre-payment penalty via a partnership with my natural gas provider. The equipment I purchased qualified for rebates from both my electrical and natural gas suppliers. The sales representative Jeff Batson was also excellent at helping us adjust our vent settings and ceiling fans for maximum effectiveness. A splendid experience and I would strongly recommend this company.

We decide to change the furnace and a/c. Jeff Batson came out and professionally gave a reasonable bid with different options. He helped us get rebates from Spire and Evergy. And with his help our insurance company covered part of our cost which beyond our expectation. He's very responsive, professional and such a help! The crew came on time and finished the installation ahead of schedule. We really appreciate the great service the company provided and will continue to use them.
