The technician who came to my home was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained every step of the process clearly and made sure to address all of my questions and concerns.

I've had the pleasure of working with Tom and his crews over the past several years on multiple properties and I can not recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, they are professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient.

Tom always takes the time to answer all of my questions and concerns and provides me with a detailed explanation of what needs to be done. Tom and his crews are transparent throughout the entire process and always make sure I am fully informed and comfortable with the work being done.

Our 2 year old AC (installed by another company) suddenly stopped working and TJs was able to come by the next morning. Billy and Thomas were great at communicating arrival time and costs once assessed. They were able to take care of the warranty for us with no questions asked! Highly recommend and so so thankful for their expertise!

TJ's installed a mini-split system in our older home to get more air to our three upstairs bedrooms. Our home has had multiple additions and it was a puzzle designing an effective system that would also preserve the exterior appearance of our home.

Lloyd Gould, Comfort Advisor, provided a plan design that both made sense and was fairly priced. Lloyd and his team, Josh and Cody, spent two days in our home installing our new Daikin system. They kept to their schedule throughout the installation and worked efficiently. They responded quickly to make an adjustment after the installation and they were dependable, reliable and professional in all aspects.

I would highly recommend TJ's for any mini-split installation, the equipment and installation on our home was excellent, and the system meets our needs in all aspects.

Twice a year, TJ’s gets me set for the heating or cooling season ahead. If they sent anyone other than Billy, I’d be disappointed. He is so knowledgeable and professional and answers any questions I might have to ensure I’m doing my part to keep things running smoothly. Highly recommend this company and ask for Billy.

We switched to TJ's Heating & Cooling a couple months ago for our new house after being with Polestar for a years. We bought a new AC unit, 2 new water heaters, etc. We estimated that we saved about $4-5K by using TJ compaed to Polestar. We appreciated the value of course, but also their professionalism, and the speed with which we got everything installed. We even bought the maintenance plan! So we are all in on TJ's, and we couldn't be more delighted.

They helped me when my furnace was turned off due to high carbon monoxide. They were fast, flexible, and did an amazing job. They also had good prices compared to other big companies. I am so glad for their service and would recommend them for anybody.
