I called and the repairman was here within an hour and a half. Our blower motor had gone out. He replaced it in less than one hour. Very happy customer! Highly recommend.

The air conditioning went out for the first time in 12 to 15 years. Being a Holiday weekend I thought it would be difficult to find someone who's reputation precedes them. A close friend recommended Mc Intosh
heating and cooling from Independence so I gave them a call and surprisingly they were open for business and said they would be at my house in thirty minutes and they were there on time.

Their technician Dillon diagnosed the problem as a new capacitor and a motor replaced which he had put in , cleaned the machine and was done in no time at all. Very courteous and knowledgeable which is what you want with this sort of machinery. The price was quite reasonable and a job well done. I highly recommend this company because they are on the ball and they know a customer needs air conditioning and heating.

McIntosh is always responsive, offer fair prices and professional. Dylan was a blessing today - fixed in no time! I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

My ac went out on Saturday morning. I have home owners insurance so of course I called them first. They did not care how hot it was, and we were basically told it would be Monday before anyone would call. That they did not have any AC companies under my policy that worked weekends, I called Mcintosh around 5pm, they were very nice and friendly. Service man called me back within a hour and informed me that he would be coming that night around 9ish. He did come over a hour sooner. Not alot of AC companies work weekends. I for that reason and the fact the service man came out so late, I recommend them to anyone.

Great service, very reasonable cost! They were able to get me in same-day service. The technician Chris was extremely personable and professional and had everything up and running again in a matter of minutes.

I want to brag on Dylon who works for McH&C Heating & Cooling. He has taken car of my heating and cooling needs for a very long time. One horribly hot Friday my A.C. went out. Called them right about 5. They closed at 5 but still sent a man out & got a temporary fix. We were nice & cool for the weekend. They've always been fair with the pricing & quick with their service. So when our A.C. & heating finally went out, where else would get our new unit? Can't go wrong with McIntosh Heating & Cooling!

Bought a house and needed a new heater + air conditioner installed. I did quite a bit of research and got several quotes from companies in the area. Most of the quotes were in the same price range but McIntosh seemed less rushed and more like they waned the job done right. Very thorough, and easy to communicate with. Everything went well and I got a new heater/AC installed for $4,500.

The sales tech was unprofessional and talked about dogs and how he hates them. Almost argumentative. I've used McIntosh for many years but I'm considering other companies for future needs. Very disappointed.

AS Dillon was finished diagnosing, and replacing my AC capacitor. I paid him in cash. The bill was just under $145. I handed him, What I thought was 3 $50. bills, ($150.00) as he wrote up my bill. I was glad my AC was working again. I told him to "Keep the Change". Well I had handed him $200. I got my reciept and went to talk with my neighbors. And a few minutes later, Dillon walked towards me showing me 4 $50 bills. I had overpaid him, and he would of been well within his rights keeping a $55. tip. He returned me the extra bill. They have earned my business. Thanks Dillon.

Had an awesome experience with McIntosh Heating and Cooling. The compressor and coil went out on separate occasions. McIntosh replaced the whole unit, even though the labor warranty had expired there was no cost to me and they even upgraded the system. They very professional, prompt in responding to my concerns, the service technician was exceptionally helpful and I highly recommend McIntosh Heating and Cooling, the best in town. Give them a call!

We were so very pleased with this company! We were given straight forward information and an on the spot free quote. We immediately chose to work with Phil and his team. The installers did a great job, too! All around wonderful company. Thanks a bunch!

I called at 7 a.m. and left a callback # with the lady at the answering service. She said she'd pass my information on to the company when they opened at 8. They called at 8:15 and said a technician would call when he's on his way. At 8:45 Mike called stating he was at our front door. By 10 we had a/c again. Their speedy response time was fantastic!
Mike gave me a quote before going ahead and fixing the problem which I greatly appreciated. He wanted to fix the problem correctly and not just put a band-aid on it which is exactly how we wanted it fixed. Heating & Cooling is usually a pricey business but we knew roughly what was wrong and how much it should cost (my husband did residential heating & cooling years ago) and they were right in the ballpark.
Mike was thorough, knowledgeable & pleasant. We will be using McIntosh for all our future needs.

We also love that they are locally owned and have been in business for over 70 years. They are very professional, friendly, and it gets done right the first time. I would highly recommend McIntosh for any service or installation.

AC stopped sending out cold air on a weekend late in the evening. I called at 7a the next morning. I was relieved to be able to speak to a real person, the answering service.
As promised, Bob called shortly after 8a on that weekend day and, as promised, he arrived at the time he said. He immediately went to work, easily and quickly identified the problem and fixed It. He tightened all screws to the unit and ensured the unit was centered safely on its pad.
I noticed he took care to wipe his tools and put them in their proper place in his bag. A workman who cares for his tools will care about the job he does.
I’ll use MCHC again. Good company.

We had Phil come by from McIntosh and bid us a mini split air/ heat unit for our sun room and not only was his bid the best but his team doing the electric and his team doing the HVAC from start to finish this was an incredible experience we are beyond ecstatic! Our new all season room went from 90° to 70° within hours!

I had called several places to come and help me, it was the very hot week and my air went out, well sure enough McIntosh called me back and said he could do it. He got there early and was very polite and a very fine young man. He went out of his way to make sure I got the very best for my AC and did it in a timely manner. I would highly recomend them to everyone!! I will tell anyone who ever ask about needing a repair or maybe just a new Furnace or AC, I would trust them anytime, He made my day!

I would recommend these guys to anyone. They are prompt and service your seasonal needs and great for replacements. When needed, get out there and get those older units replaced and save yourself some money per month. And these are the guys I would recommend

I have used McIntosh Heating & Cooling on two occasions and have been extremely satisfied with all aspects of their service. Today I called because my furnace was blowing cool air and shutting off and on. They sent out a service repair person the same day, he was very efficient, and personable, and had the repair completed in a short amount of time. I highly recommend them, they are reasonable, and the service is very good.

The men of McIntosh came to my home to install an HVAC system and water heater. The 3 men that were here were absolutely awesome. They treated my home like it was there own, they were professional in every manor, answered all my questions, treated me like I was family. They’re attitude was one of greatness. They were out going, funny, professional, and did they’re jobs relentlessly. I absolutely loved them. I have never in all my years had such a quality experience!!! I would highly recommend McIntosh heating and cooling too everyone that is in need of service. Thank You to the men who came and Thank You to the women of the office who worked on every phone call. This is without a doubt a 5 STAR Company!!!
