I had Marcus and Cody come out and they were awesome. They replaced my ac and furnace in 3 1/2 hours. Evern thou it's been raining all day they made sure to put tarps down to keep the carpet clean and everything. I definitely will use them again.

Outstanding professional and courteous service! Our a/c went out while family was visiting and they responded with a new unit within 24 hrs. The unit from the manufacturer had issues that were hidden until our unit didn’t work properly. The very next day they came out identified the problem but wouldn’t be able to complete the fix until the next day. However, their tech got the a/c to cool the house down (temp outside reached 97 that day) so we could sleep comfortable. By 9 am the next day (a Sunday!) a tech came out, installed the new part and all systems are go.
Each tech was courteous, professional and explained the issues, and gave us reasonable estimates of the time it would take. And they gave us a discount!
What?!?! Yep.
Outstanding in every way. Plus the home office was responsive to our calls and setting up the follow up appointments.

After having a bad experience with another company Billy came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and got me on the schedule quickly to fix the problem.
