McDaniel installed a new HVAC system in our 60 year old home in Leawood 20 years ago. We also used them for maintenance and repairs. They were always prompt, courteous and reliable. Their service and pricing is outstanding. We have been so impressed with them that we are having them install a new HVAC system in our daughter’s home now.We trust them to take care of her heating and cooling systems.

Jeff in sales is great, been there for years, and really knows his products. Evan & Will did the install, with the help of a few other, who names, I didn't catch. They did a fantastic job, very I recently had new carpeting, and they covered the fancy carpet, without me even asking. It was a hard job, as the unit was in a very difficult space, high up in a attic. These guys did fantastic, fast, on time, and very polite. I'd happily recommend to anyone, and welcome then into my home again.

Had my AC go out on a Sunday, I called McDaniel and was not expecting a call back on a Sunday at all. Not only did I have a call within 3 minutes of reaching out, but they also came out to the house within the hour to take a look at the AC. I have been blown away with the Amazing service from the first phone call until the new AC/furnace was installed this afternoon! This company was professional, honest, and the customer service was out of this world! Evan and Will did a great job with the installation, friendly, on time, and even put up with my Great Dane watching every move lol I HIGHLY recommend this company, Support local, you will not be disappointed with this company!

We had a fantastic experience with Jeff, Evan and Cyrus. AC going out is never a good thing, this team made it super smooth. Left everything cleaner than when they arrived. Finished earlier than we had expected and explained everything about our new AC. Very professional& personable.

These two young men, William and Evan did an install on a new heating and air system in my home... they were very professional, very friendly, very knowledgeable and they were on time.. they were very respectable of my home and went out of the way to clean up after themselves.. I would highly recommend if you're looking to install a new furnace and AC, that you contact Jeff with McDaniel furnace and sheet metal and let him come out and give you an estimate and see just how much money he can save for you.. and then ask for William and Evan to do the install, you'll be very happy. Leave it to my 16-year-old furnace to die on the coldest night of the winter 🥶 but one call to McDaniel (just after closing time) got the ball rolling to a replacement installation less than 20 hours later! From the speedy call-back by Blake, to the after-hours visit by Jeff in sales to get measurements and price quote (as well as getting up early to ensure we got a furnace today AND letting me know about a Spire rebate on the new unit), to the quick tear-out and install the next morning by Will and Evan, to the payment option assistance by Sheila, we were treated courteously and professionally, with all questions answered. They protected the carpet with a sturdy drop cloth and cleaned up all debris before leaving. Will call on them again to replace the A/C later this year. Very happy to recommend this company and its fine people.

Best experience on home repair issues I’ve ever had. The techs that installed our system were patient with us. Took their time to explain how and why. We’re super open with us about the process while pointing out other plumbing issues we need to address. Our guys were Evan and will and Antonio. Great experience and got a follow up call from the office to make sure we are happy with the job less than an hour after the guys left! 5 stars for sure!

McDaniel furnace is a class act. Great people, great service. Dave is the best service technician. Knows his trade, hard working and overall good guy. Recommend this company!

Recommendation
The company is responsive and I would recommend so someone in need. I have to knock 1 star off for my specific customer experience.

Customer experience
I was supposed to be a preferred customer however they didn’t have notes in system. Not the end of the world just an extra $100 hit to get my spring maintenance. The company was very responsive over the phone.

Service experience
McDaniel repaired my inducer motor and came back a month later to fix the install. The original serviceman that installed was in my residence for 10 minutes for a repair that cost $900. The followup visit was free within 30 days.

From the first lady I talked with all the way threw the installation, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Jeff came to the house and figured out the perfect system to meet all my needs and never once did I feel pressured like with the other companies I received estimates to replace my entire system. When Will and Evan showed up to install system, they did an outstanding job, they addressed all my concerns and answered the many questions I had along the way. They wouldn’t leave until they knew I was satisfied. I would highly recommend these guys and McDaniel Furnace.

Noticed on a Tues. night that my vents were blowing hot air. Called to have it checked on Wed and they were able to come right away. I had a conflice with my schedule so they came on Thurs. Found out i needed a new outside unit. Jeff accommodated my schedule and met me to look at what I needed. He then called me right away that evening and stated they found my unit and could install Friday. I met the technicians Friday morning and went on to work then came home to a nice cool house. They were very professional and courteous. Showed up when they said they would be there and informed me of everything they were going to do. Called me when they were through and made sure my house was locked up. Thank you McDaniel Furnace for your very prompt and courteous work. I would 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone needing a/c or furnace work!

Love The quality work by McDaniel. The technicians, Evan and Cyrus were great to work with. Answered all of my questions. I have an older house and they had to battle to take out the old coolant line and reset the new one. They didn’t even stop for lunch. I would highly recommend this company.

From the quote process (Jeff), to the install (Evan and Jeremy), the process was handled professionally. It is great that companies, with employees like these, are operating in the KC area.

Evan and Jeremy did a very clean installation. They were knowledgeable as to what they were doing and explained answers to our questions. We say kudos to Jeff, also because he showed us how to push air to the upper floor as well as advised us on the operation to get the best results!

Needing a new HVAC system could have been very stressful, but the people at McDaniel's made the process easy from start to finish. All it took was a phone call, followed by a written proposal by Jeff to get things going. We felt it was an honest/fair offer, so we accepted it. About two weeks later it was installed. Evan and Jeremy were punctual, courteous, and efficient installers, and Jeff came also to make sure all was going well. We highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs! Definitely a 5 Star company!

Great team. Jeff my salesman was great to work with. We went with the air scrubber and it’s supposed to kill bacteria and that was important to me. Incredible service. We had a knowledgeable and super friendly Technician, from McDanieal Furnace and Sheet metal. Evan, came this winter when the furnace had quit and got us going the same day. Then today he came and replaced the inside furnace unit, and the outdoor AC unit practically by himself! Not a lot of hard workers left but Evan is one of them. If you see this, thanks for everything man! Highly recommend.
