T W.Had to use this place for my appliances when house built. Otherwise would have never used them. Home Depot/Lowes much better choice. They sold/installed a microwave with missing filters for the vents underneath, refused to call me back, refused to give me the parts that I paid for. called them when I moved in and asked why the buttons were so hard to push and the vent does not pull up the steam. they told me "I had to wear it in". called back recently when I noticed the filters missing, First called GE and they indeed told me those should have been included. But Factory Direct Tim refused to return my calls or fix the issue. very poor customer service trying to cheat people with the poor quality of their appliances. DO NOT USE

This company is still in business which is amazing after you've worked with them on any order. We thought we'd find more competitive pricing going through these guys as opposed to buying all our items separately but quickly learned otherwise. Not only do they charge more, they offer no volume discounts and they have no control on their inventory line. My wife and I found our exact items online and in stock when factory direct couldn't seem to locate anything. We also found our items up to 30% less in cost at other sites. Staff is very difficult to locate when needing to follow up. Expect to sit on hold for excessively long times because "they care about their customers " and when you do finally get the personnel you were seeking they will be clueless. I believe it's important to point out that our order was moderate to large and not just a couple of items. The service we received was deplorable, the staff seemed inept and genuine customer service was completely absent. Do your homework folks, these guys are not worth your time or business. Still amazed they're in business with all the competition in the appliances sector.

Moved to a new house and bought our appliances from Factory Direct in Lee's Summit. Months later our Subzero fridge is STILL missing a front panel. We also bought a Wolf range and the back section STILL has not been installed meaning we can't use the double griddle (which is a significant feature of the cooktop). Our wine fridge needs to be balanced and the door swing changed. Save yourself the grief and shop somewhere else.
