Had a couple of the BIG companies come out and quote us - we were very skeptical with their estimates to say the least. Got the recommendation for Lakeside from friends and couldn’t be happier with how things went.

From the minute Brad showed up, we felt like he was going to shoot us straight and put all of our fears to rest. He ended up confirming what we already knew and quoting us on several options. He walked us through the options explaining how/why we didn’t need to go crazy with a new heating and cooling system and what would work for us.

We ended up buying a “better” system than the other companies quoted while simultaneously saving several thousand dollars.

I would recommend Lakeside as your first OR last call, just make sure you call them! Not only was Brad great, but the guys who did the work showed up on time, were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and didn’t mess anything up!

My old humidifier was apparently not compatible with my new furnace as the fan ran continuously even when the furnace was not heating. Would have been nice to know when the original installation was done so I could have saved some $$. The new humidifier installation looks nice and should be a few less kilowatts.

Lakeside, and Matt were awesome. Everything was very professional. They bid, scheduled, communicated, arrived and installed my new water heater, and landed at the price they quoted. They were very straight and their business, no shenanigans of strange up charges, they find when they’re here, And everything is back to working order. I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them.

Matt was wonderful. Very professional and amiable and patient with this much worried person. We learned a lot from him. He was kind enough to wait with us untill the Spire person came to make sure there were no more leaks. A special thanks to Brad for allowing him to stay. And Amanda is the best!

Matt & Noel were awesome during the installation! Even though I couldn't stay the whole day with them & had to go to work later that afternoon my oldest son was home while they finished & they were super professional with him! My new York central a/c & furnace system is awesome & purs like a kitten! This is the 1st time I've ever owned a York system & I highly recommend York! Lakeside Htg&Clg was & is a great company to do business with & will be wholly using them from now on for all my Htg&Clg needs! Called lakeside heating and cooling saturday morning around 8:30am for service on furnace it is freezing out. Within a couple hours Madison was here and fixed the issue with the furnace. Very knowledgeable young man polite and friendly. He has been out to service furnace before. Very happy with the service 👍👍😁

My furnace was at the end of its life. Brad came to my house a few hours after I gave him a call. He quickly assessed the situation, gave me a quick rundown and sent me estimates very quickly. I signed off on the options I wanted. The next day the installers showed up first thing in the morning and completed the project within a few hours. Everyone I talked to oh the phone or in person were very friendly! The service was spectacular! I plan on using them when my next project arises. This included furnace replacement, humidifier replacement, and water heater replacement.

Matt, Noah, and Averie were out yesterday to replace our furnace and AC. They got it done as fast as you could want, especially with any of the random hiccups you can expect from a process like this. The installation looks wonderful and the house feels amazing. These gentlemen were kind and professional, and were not afraid to take the time to explain things when I asked questions. We appreciate them for their hard work and can not speak highly enough of them and the company they represent. And for a price unmatched!

Lakeside has been the best HVAC companies I have ever dealt with. When Chris had to tell my wife that the entire system needed replacing she broke into tears, he was very kind and comforting and gave her assurances that it would be OK. We had a quote 1st thing next morning (Saturday)for multiple units ranging from economical to high end. We opted for the mid level 2 stage unit and they had us on the schedule for Tuesday. The install team arrived 1st thing Tuesday morning and began work. Matt was so wonderful and professional, along with the rest of the crew. When the work was completed the entire work area inside and out was clean perfect. Matt even found and issue with the vent for our gas water heater not being secured and made necessary repairs. Way to go above and beyond. Thank you all for such professionalism and kindness.

Deshon was SUPER nice. Showed up on time, was quick to solve the problem and cut us a sweet deal being he had the part on the truck. Been using Air Summit for 15 years!

Air Summit has been our choice for service since 1989 (24 years). Initially serviced by two brothers (Raintree Lake residents) that were extremely competent and reliable, who have since, retired. New technicians now, yet just as smart, competent and reliable. During COVID, when parts were scarce Deshon (Shon) spent hours on the phone… finding what we needed. Shon and his crew worked until midnight (temperatures exceeding 100) to install our air conditioner/heat pump. This week (Jan 15/16th with sub-zero temperatures) they repaired our heat pump, ensuring it worked properly. Additionally, the technicians (and Air Summit) are mindful of the cost to our budget. Far above our expectations.

I shopped around for ac service and received several quotes. Everyone was trying to overprice their services! Then I spoke to Air Summit people, it felt like fresh air, extremely extremely reasonable, outstanding Brand Name product, with Immediate service. He is very busy yet he came out on his day off Sonday installed the unit and removed the old one, cleaned after themself. Test drive the system for proper operations. Then they left. Three days later I had to chase them to pay for services they had provided. This is just perfect old school mannerism. That I love. I highly recommend them. You will thank me later.

I had a 26-year-old HVAC system replaced with a Goodman Heat Pump & Air Handler in April 2024. I was very pleased with the personal attention provided by the owner, Deshon Aumua, and the installation crew at Air Summit. The installation process was efficient and professional, and the foreman went above and beyond to quickly resolve a few minor challenges that arose due to the age of my home. Overall, I was very impressed with the installation and would highly recommend Air Summit.

Austin and Shawn were great. Super friendly, they helped me move some heavy items out of the way that I had trouble moving (I'm 6 months pregnant), they were nice to my dogs when they greeted them, and they answered all my silly questions! The install looks so great inside and out, they did a great job cleaning up the mess it made along with the mess from my old furnace.
We found out I had asbestos, Zack & Deshon helped remove that and the insulation added to the return ducts looks so good! I plan to use this company again for my water heater replacement. It's great to support a friends business instead of a price gouging one like Anthony or AB May (they quoted me 55% more than Air Summit) My favorite part of it all is the little pocket on the side of the drop down that holds all the info in the book.
