Came home from vacation to a 90 degree house. They were able to get someone out the same day, and got our a/c back up and running quick and at a fair price. Tech was professional and knowledgeable. We’ve been very happy with our decision to work with Lakeside when we learned in late December that our full (24-year old!) heating and ac system had to be replaced. One big reason we found them was their original graphic design on the company trucks, which I’d spotted a few times in the neighborhood - so fun and eye catching! But beyond that, the fact that they sell York products (which we’ve had good luck with), then seeing their 5-star online reviews, followed by an excellent first impression after meeting with Brad, led us to choose Lakeside for the job. On installation day, Matt and his team were friendly, professional, respectful of property, and simply did a very good job. While it wasn’t ideal to have to make this major purchase right after Christmas, their quality work made it as pleasant an experience as possible. The new system is working great for us so far and we would highly recommend! Thank you.

I woke up Saturday morning and the house was 86 degrees. Called Lakeside and Madison was here in less than an hour! What a great young man, very knowledgeable and had everything back to normal in no time. And even on a SATURDAY there was no ridiculous diagnostic fee of $250+. Woke up to 60 degree house day b4 thxgivin. Called lakeside as 1st time customer. Tech arrived at 8am and fixed us up. Great service. You saved our Thsgiving.

We put in a complete system upgrade. We went from all electric heating and cooling to a high efficiency heat pump with a propane furnace. The job was completed in two days to remove the old system and install the new one. They had a plumbing service come and install new piping for the propane supply. (Who also did a great job). They crew is great to work with and were very courteous and cleaned everything up afterwards.

Brad was amazing, guiding my old house in the right direction for what we actually needed for our footprint. Matt and his team did fantastic install work!
