We recently had One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in Lee’s Summit install a brand-new furnace and heat pump, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.

Ethan and his install crew were fantastic. They were quick, efficient, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. The install went smoothly, the job site was kept clean, and everything was explained clearly before they wrapped up.

I also want to call out Brett Wilson, the technician who helped us leading up to the install. Brett was extremely professional and thorough. He laid out all of our options, handled the energy programs, rebates, and discounts, and ultimately saved my family a significant amount of money while still delivering a high-quality system that keeps our home comfortable.

Great people, great service, and a company I would absolutely recommend to anyone needing HVAC work in the Lee’s Summit area.

Everything about this experience was top notch. They were able to schedule me quickly, then when I called to cancel at the last minute on a Sunday, someone actually answered the phone! When they came to do the work, they were friendly, on time, and professional. Having talked to several companies, I know the cost was fair, and they finished sooner than they'd estimated! The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. Last year for the same service it was under 300 dollars this year it was over 450 dollars.

Lakeside did a great job at a great price. They were able to make the service call same day as my heat went out, on the coldest day of the year.
Especially appreciated was Brad surveying the implications of a high efficiency system, and informing me of the additional challenges with our finished basement, so that I could make an informed decision.

Great work from Lakeside installing a mini-split for an upstairs bedroom. Work was done on time and with good communication. We have always struggled keeping that room cool on hot, summer days. I’m certain this install will allow for a much more comfortable bedroom.

We were having issues with our AC unit and we were able to get superfast same day service and the technician Madison was excellent, friendly, and very knowledgeable . We also love supporting local, so we will definitely be using them again.
