We are happy! Carlo came out to evaluate our AC problem on Tuesday the 17 June. I'm glad that I got two estimates because his company saved me ONE Thousand Dollars! On Thursday June 19 the repair was made and our AC is back working properly! I highly recommend his company! They were prompt, honest, and friendly!

Super appreciative of how quick and responsive Carlo was. We reached out and he quickly got us scheduled to check out our unit. They did a thorough job checking everything out and Carlo and Cody were extremely nice during the visit. Definitely will be referring them to people we know! Thank you!

Carlo and Cody were absolutely amazing from the moment they stepped in our house. They were very knowledgeable and honest, kind and considerate with having kids in the house. They rushed over as quickly as possible when I told them our a/c was out. They got our a/c back up and running as quick and they could. I felt they were honest the whole time and never felt like I was being “taken” like many of the big companies. I am so thankful to these gentlemen for getting us back up and cooling so quickly.

Jackson County Comfort Heating and Cooling was very professional to work with. Even though it was extremely hot, and every job is an emergency this time of year, they made sure they were able to get to my rental and diagnose the problem within a few hours of me contacting them. They quoted me a price which I felt was fair. After picking up the parts, they were able to get the air conditioner running the very next day. I have nothing but great things to say about Jackson County Comfort Heating and Cooling. Cody and Carlos are very professional. I recommend them and will use them and refer them to others in the future.

Cannot say enough good things about Carlo and Cody with Jackson County Comfort!! They were in touch - clear and concise from day one til after the work was done, and continue to be. Their work is TOP TIER as well - we had not only a brand new HVAC system but a hot water heater, some new lines that needed ran, some electrical, etc - they did it all, and they did it all supremely well. When anyone asks me for a recommendation on this type work - I'll 12/10 say their names!! I was referred to Jackson County Comfort by a relative that just had a new HVAC system installed. I called them on a Saturday evening re a heating concern, they promptly responded Sunday morning to help. After a short service call I signed up for their annual service plan! Excellent customer service and reasonable pricing. 👍 👍

Carlo and Cody installed a complete HVAC system. They did a wonderful job from the quote through the installation and were kind, courteous and kept me updated each step of the way. I would definitely recommend Jackson County Comfort. They did so much more than just a like-for-like replacement when we hired Cody and Carlo to replace our whole HVAC system last spring. We have an old Waldo home that had a completely wrong-sized unit that was expensive, inefficient, and struggled to keep our upstairs comfortable during the extreme temperatures. Now that we've gone through both a summer and zero degree weather with the new system, I can say not only did the heat pump + mini split solution make it so every room is comfortable, but it has also lowered my monthly energy bills throughout the year.

If I could give Carlo and Cody more than five stars, I would. Their customer service is the very best and I’ve dealt with many companies and technicians. They are professional, polite, courteous, and honest. You can tell that they truly care about their customers. They did a stellar job installing my new A/C unit. I highly recommend this company!

Jackson County Comfort Heating was a referral from a work colleague that I got after a local company did not ease my mind in repairing or replacing my HVAC system after 25 yrs of loyalty. Carlo and Cody responded immediately to my call and were out within 24hrs to review and bid my replacement. Top notch individuals! They assessed my current system and agreed that I could no longer “limb” it into shape cost effectively. They provided three different scenarios and spent over an hour explaining and listening to my needs. That was on a Saturday and said they could have it done on Monday! Hours after them leaving my house, my mother called with a heating issue. Told her to contact Jackson County Comfort immediately! They were at her house on Sunday morning to take care of her, impressive! Install day for me was Monday as promised. Neat clean and professional! Look, I can sit here and type a positive review. Do yourself a favor, call them first and let them come out and look over your system! I have already signed my mother on their annual service plan and scheduled them back out for a humidifier (which they recommend to begin with). They will not disappoint. Carlo and Cody did an awesome job replacing our HVAC system. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and made sure everything was done right. The installation went smoothly, they kept everything clean, and took the time to explain the system and answer any questions. They even loved on our dog, who was very interested in their work and supervised their every move…ha!

It’s such a relief knowing we’re in good hands—thank you both for the great work!

This was the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of working with. While they were available to come out quickly for help during cold weather to fix my furnace-they took FIVE different visits over three days to actually fix the issue and my home was without heat the majority of that time. They blew breakers in my home while here that they said were not their fault and they would not repair that effectively left all of the bedrooms in my house without power and a small electrical fire in the kitchen. So now I will have to tack on an electrician repair because they are unable and unwilling to fix their mistakes. I will never recommend this company to others and hope to never be in a situation where they are the only option. I’ve added photos of one of the surge protectors they blew of two. It’s a miracle they didn’t burn our house down with their ignorance.

Addendum: We had an electrician out who showed us where a junction box in our home was recently damaged and stated that he believed the two staff from One Hour (Chase and Josh) had blown our breaker and the next day had run double the voltage through our junction box which caused the surge protectors to catch fire in my home. These two staff with One Hour never be revisiting our home in the future for service. This information was also relayed to management with One Hour.

One Hour refunded our cost after this review was posted.

When One Hour sent Ethan Claxton out to our house for a new furnace swap they sent the best in the business in my opinion. Quality workmanship and friendly as they come! 5 stars only because 6 stars wasn’t an option!
