I want to thank Cody and Carlo for the absolutely amazing service they provided. They were very quick and thorough with repairing and the maintenance of my HVAC system. I cannot recommend them enough.

Jackson County H & C did a fantastic job replacing our furnace, ac, heat pump and water heater. The installation was exactly as planned. No surprises or mark ups. They even cleaned up after themselves. Top notch professionals. You’ll be quite happy with the work they do.

We had a major leak coming from our rooftop AC unit and these guys came through for us! My wife runs a business in Lee’s Summit called #WAX. It’s the type of business that heavily relies on a comfortable temperature. Late Friday one of the girls called me to report a ceiling tile that was about to burst! Carlo answered the phone and was willing to rush over even with lighting flashing. He and Cody had us up and running so we could see clients at 9:30 am the next day. They were honest and the price was very reasonable. They even diagnosed and created a solution for a reoccurring problem that 2 or 3 other companies couldn’t figure out. I had the opportunity of having Jackson County Comfort heating and cooling perform my spring tune up. They shared pictures of the pre/post after cleaning the unit. Never had this service of how well it was cleaned. I am having them come back in the Fall for the fall tune up! Cody and Carlo were so polite and caring and made sure they didn’t bring in dirt. They explained everything they did and asked if I had any questions! Great to work with! Highly recommended for your heating/cooling needs.
