My installation is going on as we speak. I’m not even going to wait until it’s all done for the review. I have full confidence based on the professionalism I have seen so far that all will be well. The salesman that came out was knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. Not pushy at all. It went a long way in our decision to go with OneHour.
The technicians that are here today are hard working and professional. I would hire this company again in a hot minute. The whole process has been made very easy for us and that is appreciated.

Fantastic. We are very happy with the heating and cooling system we bought from One Hour Heating and Cooling. We bought a 96% heater, 18.4 Seer 2 a/c, humidifier, and air purifier. Our old system was over 20 years old and had some very funny duct work for the heater and One hour heating and cooling replaced all of it up to code as part of the insulation. Another company we had an estimate from wanted to charge us an additional $800 dollars to bring it up to code. Bret was who came for the estimate, and Ethan and his team is who installed the system. Everyone was very respectful, friendly, knowledgeable, and answer any and all questions we had. We appreciated that One Hour heating and Cooling price matched to help us get the best system for our budget. I also like the perks that are included with the service club. My sister enjoyed that she was given a bonus for referring us to One hour Heating and Cooling. My sister bought her system over 5 years ago, has the service plan is has also been very happy with all of her interactions with One Hour Heating and Cooling, as well as her system. I highly recommend One Hour Heating and Cooling.

When my 20+ year-old furnace went out on one of the coldest week-end nights in February, I needed someone who’d not only get here FAST, but also, be knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and courteous—aka, AWESOME! Frankly, I was holding my breath, but I lucked out with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. Bret, the Service Advisor, came initially, got it running, but it needed more parts. He laid out all my future options to fully repair or replace, pros and cons, no rushing or pushing. (I’ve worked in sales, and I couldn’t have done a better job myself. Full kudos to Bret!) Having gone through multiple years of worrying whether my furnace would make it through the winter, I decided I’d finally get a new one. GREAT DECISION! Ethan and his crew were here in two days with space heaters to keep me warm while they installed my new furnace quickly, quietly, and efficiently, putting down tarps and being mindful of my flooring when going in and out. They truly went out of their way with their customer service! My new, high-SEER furnace is cheaper to operate, quieter, smaller, and providing more even, comfortable heating with dual-floor thermostat operation. Best of all, with 1-Hour’s top-notch response and future service availability (which I doubt I’ll even need!), and great guarantees, NO MORE WORRIES ABOUT MY FURNACE GOING OUT! Thank you, Bret, Ethan and the Guys, and One Hour! It’s family-owned and -operated, and I could sure tell the difference.

Brett did a great job explaining everything to me! You can tell he really enjoys his job and loves what he does. He adjusted our gas pressure so it wouldn't burn too hot this winter and asked lots of great questions to make sure we were happy with how our system was running. I almost never do reviews, but I have to with One Hour Heating & Cooling. My AC went out when we were in a heat advisory (of course) and they sent someone out within a couple of hours. Cory was professional, kind and personable. He fixed the problem within an hour and I couldn't be more grateful!!! Cory will be my HVAC person from now on! 😊

5 STARS!!! The tech you sent to my house was a great communicator and highly professional. He gave me multiple options on how to move forward. I appreciate that he was on time, careful to clean up after himself and answered all of my questions. That is why your company is the only one I use...end of story. I know I can trust your employees to give me the straight and honest truth. I appreciate that so very much.

Will and Jack performed the spring tuneup on our AC unit. Both of them were very courteous and professional. They did a very thorough job inspecting and testing everything. They did a great job cleaning the outside unit to make sure it will perform efficiently this summer. They made sure I had the opportunity to ask any questions before they left. Brendon and his crew arrived on time and quickly got to work. The installation went quick and they were very courteous. Everyone answered my many questions with helpful information. They cleaned up After they were done. Also, they put up with our dogs who always wanted to help. I highly recommend them. Thank you. This is the second review. They graciously came back and raised an exhaust vent so that we could have headroom. They would’ve done this when they were here originally, but we didn’t see it until they were almost done. I can only say that everyone that I have talked to with one hour has Been courteous and very helpful. I’m impressed with the way they take pride in their work. And it shows by the finish product I highly recommend them

We had Matt Maynard come out to quote a home HEPA system with UV and air purifier. We had a text message a few minutes before he arrived just to let us know and he was on the way. Matt was on time and listened to what we were trying to accomplish. Within the next few minutes he had explained all the equipment that would be installed & had the cost quoted. Based upon other reviews of the company and Matt’s explanation and on the spot quote- We only had one question: When could they be here? Since we had a few days of cooler temperatures in a row, they were able to schedule us in two business days! Matt was also who showed up to install everything. On time, finished ahead of approximated time, and the quality/ finish of the equipment looks as great as it works! We had noticeable improvement in our allergies just a few hours later! We have since been referring Matt & One Hour HVAC to everyone we know.

The answering service was professional, helpful and prompt. On a Saturday morning, she got a technician to my house quickly. Connor (the tech) surveyed the condenser unit and had it operating within 10 minutes. He was also professional and well organized. Highly recommend this company.

We were out of town and came home to a 90 degree house. The AC decided to go out while we were gone. I called 3 guys I personally know and no one got back with me. I decided to call a local company from LS and when I say it was the best decision I could have ever made. Ryan showed up ahead of schedule and had our AC working within 30 minutes. He was very professional and knowledgeable. They will be my only hvac company for today forward!!! Highly recommend!!!

UPDATE #2!!
I’m back once again to sing the praises of the team at One Hour Heating & AC. We had our new furnace and water heater installed on November 4th, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The installation crew did an excellent job. They were professional, efficient, and did a great job cleaning up. We didn’t even have to worry about any mess!
A big thank you to everyone at One Hour who helped with this project. We’re looking forward to our yearly maintenance appointments!

I had to come back and share this because I can't keep it to myself! One Hour has been our go-to heating and cooling company for years, and we've always had excellent experiences. Every technician we've had has been top-notch and incredibly professional.
On Monday, Oct 13, Cory Richardson came by for our yearly furnace inspection. Our unit is getting old, and we knew a replacement might be on the horizon. After about an hour, Cory gave us a detailed, easy-to-understand breakdown of our system's condition. He took the time to explain everything, which was much appreciated… especially for someone like me who isn’t a heating expert!

Bret Wilson came out for the sales call this morning, and we were very pleased with our sales experience. He was knowledgeable about the products, took the time to explain everything without being pushy, and answered all of our questions. We appreciated his professionalism and are excited to have our new energy-efficient heating, cooling, and water heater systems installed.

ORIGINAL:
We had our old whole house humidifier replaced with an Aprilaire unit. Happy with the service from first phone call to the end of the installation. Great company to work with!

This was a very labor intensive effort because of the size of our house. The crew worked well past 7 PM to finish the job, and it was very well done. 5 stars for sure.

Cory came out to our house when our furnace quit working, he was very knowledgeable and friendly and figured out the issue right away. Would highly recommend him!
