The only plumber I will ever call again. Cory is a no nonsense straight shooter. We were in need of a new water heater and we wanted to upgrade to a tankless system. Cory came out to look at the job gave us a price right then and said he would install the next day, since it was an emergency.
I couldn’t be home so I left the house unlocked so All n One could have access. I got home and the installation was professional and clean.

Exceptional experience. The plumber, Manuel, who worked on our very clogged drain (sink and washer) kept at it from both ends and was able to open it up. A plumber from another well-known company was unable to do it previously.

The technicians that came out were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They diagnosed and replaced a valve (under warranty ) on the water heater in about 20 minutes. It was a quick, good, service call. That said, the company charges quite a lot for labor.

Cory was fast and Affordable. We had one of the salesman at Home Depot approach about water softeners so we let them come out and do their presentation. The price they wanted was way higher. Cory gave me a free estimate and let me supply my own water softener. His installation was fast and overall the price was a fraction of the other guys

The agent who came to our aid was very professional, and listened to what was going on before diagnosing the issue. We really appreciate the customer service aspect and the support they provided. We have used their service previously and they were able to help diagnose and fix the issue quickly and professionally.

Dalton Plumbing will be THE ONLY company I will be using for any of my plumbing needs. He was so kind, timely, incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and very reasonably priced. Adam and Aaron might as well be called the A TEAM, great people who explained complex plumbing in a realistic way, worked with our specific situation and gave us great advice. And they fixed the issue, really, what more can you want? Definitely our go to team for plumbing after today.

Had work done by another company last year. Was not happy and still had issues. Called Bill Fry based on a flyer we received plus reviews I read to see if they could get the job done right. And boy did they! From their customer service to the great tech Michael W. this company is top notch. Michael repaired a leaky bathroom faucet (new one installed by previous company), installed a new shower head, and cleared out our drain that overflowed when running our washing machine (other company said they could not get it cleaned out). They were on time, price was right (noted upfront before doing work), and left no mess behind. Michael walked me through everything he was doing. Once done made sure everything worked. Feel like we have a new home. Thank you Michael and thank you Bill Fry!

If I were you I would go somewhere else we paid over $1000 for a leak !! They did not resolve the problem !! Also we were told by the technician that what he did , would not be up to code. What kind of company does things not by code?? EXACTLY. They came out a second time because they needed to put a vent to fix the washer leak And left the sump pump unplugged, because when you would plug in the sub pump, water would spew out of the pipe so they just left it unplugged and did not tell us so when it stormed our basement flooded with 4 inches of standing water and when we plugged the subpump back in water would gush out of pipe that they supposedly “fixed” so we had to have another company come out and fix the issue

Michael was very knowledgeable and was able to repair my leaking facet in a timely manner. I will definitely call the friendly people at Bill Fry again.

These people are fantastic. I had a small custom plumbing job done by them at my work, and they were extremely knowledgeable about their craft, gave me a great deal, and did the job quickly with no mess to clean up. I will definitely be using them in the future and you should too!
