I spoke to Patrick at around 530pm for an issue I was facing that was requiring me to shut the water off to the house. He told me that someone could be out my way within about 2 hours. I was thrilled when he arrived at 630 to handle issue personally. I was also thrilled to find out that the issue was something a lot less than what I thought it was going to be. Great job and great service. Its nice to have someone that I can reach out to that can solve my problem for a fair price and do it right the first time. I will definitely be reaching out to him in the future.

Patrick and Jason at Proline Plumbing were consummate professionals. Patrick, the owner, responded quickly to my emergency situation and Jason, the technician, answered all my questions and was extremely helpful and professional during the entire interaction. The work was done well, the outcome is excellent and I am very satisfied with the result. In fact, my husband and I plan to use them in the future for other plumbing projects. I'm so glad I found them and talked to them. They were much more honest, helpful, and accommodating than the other (bigger) companies I called before finding them. We are very grateful for the wonderful service and will tell ALL our friends about our experience!

They tried to spring an $89 charge on me after I booked online and took off work to be there for them to come get an estimate. They wasted my time, and I am pretty annoyed that they tried to add a fee last minute knowing I had already taken off work and was waiting on them. If they have fees for anything, it should be known when the appointment is made, not an hour before they are supposed to arrive. The people on the phone were nice, but that is not good business.

I had s sump pump replaced. We called on Monday and they set appointment for Tuesday show 3-5. He showed up at 5 and reviewed my old pump and replaced. I have used them when I had a water break in my office also. I am VERY PLEASED with their service.

Very great company to work with! It was easy to set up an appointment, which had many options for different things they do and their estimates, as well as a custom field where I was able to describe my problem in greater detail. The team was communicative about their schedule all the way up to the visit and made sure to let me know if they were running a bit behind. Jason was who helped me with my hot water issue and did an excellent job, and took the time to explain what he was doing and what he was looking for. They will be the first people I call next time I need work done!

Exceptional work by Patrick of Proline plumbing. His company replaced our aged sump pump plus battery backup. We are very satisfied with the work and highly recommend this company.

We had put standing showed back up late last night. Today we called multiple companies. Some, phone numbers didn't work and the the majority of them didn't have anyone that was available today. Also, never asked one question to give us hope they'd go the extra mile UNTIL I came across Proline Plumbing! Even though," the rep said," maybe at 5p.m. and she was gonna call us back with an answer." Aprox. 15 minutes later there was a text... someone was on their way! THANK YOU JESUS! I recently needed to purchase a new toilet. OJ from Proline was great to work with. Installation was flawless and he left the bathroom cleaner than when he started.

I called at 5pm the night before and they were able to come snake our line by 8am the next morning! They were quick and reasonably priced and also gave us some ideas on how to protect our water lines in the future. We will be using them again!

I needed a plumber at 9:00 on a Saturday night. Despite advertising 24 emergency service, non of the big companies would come until Monday. I find Proline through Google and so happy I did. Patrick was able to get to my house within 30 minutes. He took care of my situation and was very reasonably priced. I hope I don’t need a plumber for a while, but Proline will be my first call next time.

We used ProLine when our hot water tank began to leak. Their response was quick and they were very thorough in explain the cost and what options we had. The installation was thorough and they cleaned up well after the job was complete. Would highly recommend their service

We have used Proline several times in the past and I am always satisfied with their service. I have been able to schedule service quickly and on the same day in emergency cases. The last plumber that responded to our home was O.J. He was friendly and professional. He took the time to explain exactly what was causing the problem (leaking toilet and clogged sink), how he would repair it and gave me a detailed explanation of charges for the work before he began. O.J. worked quickly and the area he worked in was perfectly clean when he was done. I highly recommend Proline.

Proline Plumbing provided a jetting service to my clients. The service was explained in advance and the work was completed. It was determined that part of the pipe was corroded and they were able to fix that at a fair price. They did a great job of cleaning up behind themselves also.

First class service. I called to have my Mom’s faucet fixed. Daniel showed up and diagnosed the faucet as being irreparable. He gave us the option to buy one on our own or he could purchase one. The day the faucet we ordered arrived, he was available to switch it out. Fast, Friendly and worked very clean.
