I called Bill Fry Plumbing this morning to replace my kitchen faucet and at 1:00 pm Jeremy arrived. He was extremely friendly and very helpful. I already had a new faucet so he explained installation prices. I also discussed future faucet replacements and he guided me as what to look for.
I am extremely pleased with the service received and will definitely refer Bill Fry Plumbing when asked. Definitely a five star rating.

Tyler was fantastic, he installed a Halo Ion 20 water conditioning system along with an expansion tank. He also replaced the shut off valve to the water heater and mounted the expansion tank in a much more secure fashion. He worked quickly while not sacrificing any of the attention to detail. Thank you Tyler!

Tyler did a great job, he was very kind and answered all my questions thoroughly. Pricing was transparent and upfront, and my drain was unclogged in a matter of minutes. I’m super grateful to have my sink in working order again!

Bill Frye the plumbing guy. Did a fantastic job finding and repairing a leak that was staining my bedroom ceiling. Professional and courteous. I would highly recommend their services. I will use them again.

Kyle arrived at our house and tried to locate the source of running water that we could hear in the basement. He did a thorough inspection inside the house and eliminated things that could be leaking such as the appliances, toilets, or the sump pump. He said that it did not seem to be a plumbing issue. He speculated that the sound might be coming from a high water table running under the house. He suggested that we contact a foundation company. He did a great job. I definitely wish this had been a plumbing problem instead of a possible foundation problem. Kyle did not even charge us for a service call which was so considerate. I am glad I contacted this company.

As always, have never had a bad experience with this company or "anyone" that has been sent for the work that was expected. The work was completed quickly, the estimates were discussed and the quality of the work has never been anything less than highly professional. Matt from Bill Fry Plumbing came out to fix a clogged toilet. He fixed it within 15 minutes. He was professional, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. We will use Bill Fry Plumbing services again.

Super nice (Bill and his staff). They were on the high end as far as price goes but I would use them again because I know it was done right and they were very nice and responsive (not very common with contractors these days). I had a leak in my old boiler that was fixed.

Cameron handled the job as previously discussed. The work looks great, and he cleaned up the area exceptionally well. We discussed a future job which he offered at an affordable price. We enjoyed working with him on this project.

Bill Fry The plumbing guy is absolutely amazing! I cannot say enough good things about this company. We have used them on several occasions now. The last service call they sent out Jeremy Cole and I cannot put into words how much I liked this guy. I mean knowledgeable and efficient kind, honest, and easy to get along with ended up coming to the house twice and I mean I want to sit down and watch a football game with him. He’s that fun to be around. He went above and beyond I mentioned some thing other than plumbing that we wanted but it was too costly and he made a phone call to a friend of his to see if he could get us a better deal. Who does that? Most people don’t care. It really means a lot to me. We are just getting out from underneath a big company it was terrible they treat you terrible and charge you out the wazoo. Which leads me to another quality, wonderful prices. You don’t feel like you’re being overcharged. He didn’t over sell, which is another thing I can’t stand It seems to me Bill Fry prides himself on being a smaller company that dedicate himself to taking care of the customer and I honestly believe that they are trying to do just that, they are so good. Do not waste your time anywhere else. Please hear my words use this company. They are fantastic. Super satisfied customer

We needed a whole toilet replacement and Michael put up with my crew peppering him with questions the whole time. He is a great teacher and we learned a lot about what he was doing and other options in the future for our home.

Cameron was courteous as I explained what needed to be done. Our shower and kitchen sink drains were running slowly, plus the washer drain would overflow during the drain cycle. The shower and washer issues were not a problem. The kitchen drain was a hard fight, but Cameron won! Thanks, Cameron, for your persistence in clearing our drains. I ask Cameron if having a yearly maintenance call on our kitchen drain would be in order? Do you offer a maintenance service?
