I’ve had Patrick proline plumbing take care of some problems I’ve had. Always courteous and friendly and very capable at what he does. He gets 5 stars from me.

I’ve had Proline out several times to do work for me and they are always quick and do quality work.

Proline did a major job at our home that included 4 days of work on our sewer line. They made the process as painless as possible, ensuring we always had use of our plumbing at the end of the day so that we could cook/shower etc. Job was done well at a reasonable price, we will be using them again and would highly recommend to others.

Patrick & his screw went the extra mile to get us up and going the same day. We did not have to shut down for business thanks to the quick service response.

I noticed that my drain was backing up in my laundry room one evening. I called proline plumbing because I had used them in the past and really liked them. I told them the situation and they told me they would see what they could do. It turned out they had a technician who lived a block or so away from me. Even though it was 6:00 pm, the technician came over and fixed my drain. I was so grateful.

If I could give Proline Plumbing 10 stars instead of just 5, I would. Starting with customer service Patrick worked me in to an already full schedule. Then came a show of good business practices and business ethic. I told Patrick I had a badly clogged drain and thought it needed drain jetting. Patrick told me that he'd check to see exactly what was wrong and advise me as to what was needed. He did just that. The drain was severely clogged but he felt he could clear it with an auger, even though the auger had already been tried by others and failed. His 35 years of experience paid off, though, as he hit the clog with the auger again and again and then had his helper, Ojay, go up to another level in my home and auger it from there to get more pressure on the clog. Just like that, the clog was gone, the drain was clear. this family was exuberantly happy, and Patrick had earned Proline some very satisfied customers and new friends! Patrick could have done the jetting as I had proposed, but he chose instead to do what was in my best interests and in doing so, saved me megabucks. He chose an honest approach and good business practice, something we don't see nearly enough of these days. I could not have asked for a better experience, and I would heartily recommend Proline to anyone. My thanks to Proline, along with 10 stars.

Great job Patrick! Answered phone over holiday. After I had two other companies come in the previous week to unclog my sewer system in master bath they came first thing this morning and fixed the problem! The last company was going to cut out section of sewer pipe inside my home to unclog it. Thank God we called and they solved the issue without doing that! The two guys were awesome both professional and polite. Would recommend this company and they will be a return customer if needed❤️

Genuinely, can't recommend them enough. I don't normally do reviews but the help I received was unmatched. My shower was leaking significantly and the tech they sent out was extremely knowledgeable as well as personable. If I ever have any issues with my plumbing issues again, this is my company, no question. If you need some help quickly and want people that will look after you, this is the place. 100% recommend.
