They called this morning to let me know they were on their way.
The plumber arrived around 9am. He did an amazing job & was on his way by 9:30am. He was able to repair our existing tub fixture.

We used B&L through our home warranty for a wet spot on our ceiling. We waited a week for an appointment. The technician came out and said our problem was from water splashing out of our shower. After they left we cut into the ceiling and found a drain leaking. We worked through our home warranty to have them come back out and the soonest they were willing to come back out was another week. I understand scheduling and procedures to follow when working with a third party, but the problem was not thoroughly investigated and I would not trust them with self-pay. They did nothing to fix their own mistake.

Peace of mind is what you're paying for. These folks delivered. The technician answered all my questions, walked me through the diagnosis and their process for every repair & installation I needed. If I need any work in the future, I'm calling this team.

My toilet was leaking to the basement. They set up my appointment quickly . Kept me informed while ordering parts. Jason was great ! He had it fixed very fast ! Thank you all ! Insured through American Water Resources.

I was charged $425 to fix a shower handle. Private service call, not through home warranty. No estimate provided upfront.

Required a $5 part and less than one hour of labor.

The part wasn’t on the truck, and the total repair took two weeks.

When asked for an itemized invoice, I was given an invoice with one line showing service - shower repair, quantity - 1, total price - $425. Not helpful.

I spoke with the office manager to walk me through this ans it felt a little high and was told “we don’t have hourly labor costs or service call costs. We just charge a flat fee.”

Will not be using them again.

Service was prompt and efficient. Paul (my service technician) was professional, understood the problem and took the time and trouble to make sure that I understood it as well. The issue was resolved entirely to my satisfaction. I will use B&L happily in the future, and I strongly recommend them to others seeking a superior experience.

Very professional- from consult to installation. We required critical planning on our underground gas line patio project. They customized the parts to ensure the capabilities were sufficient for what we wanted to do. Highly recommend B & L for any plumbing needs from bathroom sink repair to back yard gas line installation.

They arrived when they said they would. Went over options with me, and saved me more than $200 than the other company we priced. Jason was very nice and showed me exactly what he was doing. Then gave me some suggestions for future upgrades we might want to make to our old pipes. No pressure tactics. Will definitely use them again.

I had B & L Plumbing come out today to fix a sewer ejector pump that I thought had to be replaced. Fortunately, it was an easy fix. I’ve used B & L Plumbing for years and I can tell you you can trust them and they do a great professional job. I am grateful for Jason, one of their plumbers Who had to put up with me on New Year’s Eve at 11:55 PM with my alarm to the sewer ejector pump going off. Yes, five minutes before midnight! He walked me through the entire process of how to get the alarm stopped and make sure everything was OK until they came out to repair it or or replace it . If there were more stars to give them I would. They’re the best company.

Jason was so great to work with! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Upon determining the issue was not something his company can fix, he provided a referral to another company who was able to come out the same day and do a free estimate.
Would absolutely recommend Jason and this company. I will be using them again in the future when needed for any and all plumbing issues.

Scheduling a plumbing maintenance issue was super fast and easy. Corum Plumbing will be our go-to from now on. LonDarrick quickly spotted what was causing the issues and explained each step of the way. We are very satisfied with the service we received and how quickly the issue was resolved.

Terry came to our house thinking that he just needed to unclog a sink, when he arrived it was worse than we thought and he didn’t end up having the right tool. He waited for another person from the company to bring the correct tool and he repaired the pipe that needed the repair. Terry was kind and very thorough in the work he did! I highly recommend!

Discovering unexpected drain problems is never a pleasant experience, but Corum Plumbing made finding a solution as painless as possible. We did an online request for an appointment and immediately received a call from the office to schedule our slot. When James arrived the next day, he was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in explaining our repair options. He also took the time to walk through our house with us and address various other plumbing concerns we had. When the work started, James kept us consistently informed about each step in the process and answered all of our questions along the way. I also want to give special shout-outs to Liam who dug out our new sump pit and drain line and to Caleb who installed the new outlet for our sump pump. When the work was done, James and Liam, throughly cleaned up and left everything looking nice. Everyone we interacted with at Corum Plumbing was courteous, informed, and thorough. We definitely plan to use Corum for any future plumbing needs and have already recommended their services to several friends and family.

I recently had my sewer back up completely. I had no flow whatsoever. I couldn't use my toilets, shower, sink, etc. I had never needed plumbing work before and wasn't sure who to call. I decided to take a chance with Corum. They came out quickly. Everyone was pleasant and great to deal with. They recognized my emergency and acted fast. They had my sewer fixed as quickly as possible and it has worked great ever since. A huge thanks to Caleb, James, Edward, and everyone else involved.

A few days later I found my furnace struggling to reach temperature and stay running for longer than a couple minutes. I called Corum again and they sent someone out that day. Matt did an excellent job. He was thorough and knowledgeable. He made sure I had a solution before he left. My furnace has been working great since!

You can tell everyone at Corum cares. I have an older house that's been prone to issues. I can sleep better at night knowing that I can count on Corum when an unexpected problem arises. I can't recommend this group enough!

I purchased a home and needed to change the S-trap bathroom plumbing to P-traps. The home was flipped and many corners were cut. He also shared that pipes were not even glued together! One large pipe on my inspection report was strapped by what appeared to be electrical wire? I took a picture midway of how it looks like now. Terry has given me peace of mind. Price was more than fair for all the work involved. I signed up for their monthly plan because I have low confidence in the work that was done here.I needed a ton of new pipes. The service was a quick turnaround!

Caleb did an amazing job of diagnosing our clogged pipe and the leaks under the kitchen sink. Showed me what was happening every step of the way. He was very polite and very professional. I was also very satisfied with the cost of the work. Definitely a 5 star job!

I had a great experience with Corum Plumbing. I contacted this company after receiving a mailer they sent out about opening a main drain for $59. While I had hoped for that service, I ended up needing a new toilet. My plumber was Caleb Ryan. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I would use their services again.
