Very happy with Aaron of Corum. He replaced our sink faucet very professionally and efficiently as well as checked our several toilets for leaks. Matt was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about my system and the issues I had. He addressed them quickly and even took the time to make sure I understood what the new tech (air scrubber) was going to clean and what the maintenance thru the years would entail. He noticed an issue with my whole house humidifier, which my old HVAC company missed, and the cost to fix it was minimal.

Corum was the quickest (within 2 hours) to come out on a Saturday morning for an emergency leak from our first floor to our finished basement. Terry came to the house - he was professional and had a great attitude. We appreciate the timeliness of him coming. Terry also matched the estimate from another plumbing company to get our main water turn off valve replaced with a lever. We got that all done in a matter of hours and appreciate the quick action and kind service. Thank you!

The tech’s name was Wil. He was very friendly professional, engaging and provided excellent service. I observed almost the entire visit and Wil explained every step being very detailed and also shared pictures. During the furnace check-up, a small gas leak was detected. Wil sprayed a solution on the pipe and tightened it to the best of his ability. The leak was relatively very small but I felt safer having the leak fixed immediately. The pipe was replaced in about 20 minutes. Wil is definitely an asset to the company. I have shared the experience with family and friends. I found a company who I can trust and will definitely use them again in the future.

Aaron came out for a basic under the bathroom sink drip. We took the time to explain to me exactly what part had the issues and explained why it was leaking. He did a great job with the repair, he was done after we approved the repair in about 15 min. He was on time, polite, and efficient. Ive got Corum Plumbing saved in my contact list now!

Recent new homeowner and the little hidden problems are starting to appear. Never fear Aaron from Corum Plumbing is here. One of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. Very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and friendly. We had a clogged tub and I just had surgery. Corum Plumbing reached out to me via Angie’s list and fixed our clogged pipes by the afternoon. Lucky for me Aaron was on call and save the day today. My opinion very recommended and I’ll call them again!! ✌️😎

Corum did an excellent job. I found them on Thumbtack for a few projects we needed help with. They responded that day, scheduled the next day and completed the job at a very reasonable price. Our technician did a fantastic job and was very personable. Highly recommend!

Aaron was very professional and did a fantastic job. He was able to repair our fireplace gas valve without having to replace it, which would’ve been very very costly and time-consuming. We really appreciate his analysis and solution to the leak that we were experiencing with the gas valve.

Prompt service, the tech they sent, Matt, was great. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable. I didn't want to have to replace my system but I knew it was coming. Matt took the time to run over all the possible combinations of numbers and what they meant. Showed real value with the maintenance subscription. Patient and a straight shooter about the matter, I believe I made the best quality & informed decision that I could have so appreciate his expertise and guidance.

LonDarrick was very kind and knowledgeable. He knew what needed to be done to fix our plumbing problem, got the parts, and completed the job in an hour. He was also helpful with setting up another appointment for an estimate to redo our entire shower. Definitely recommend LonDarrick and Corum!

When I found my outdoor spigot was leaking and frozen with a stream of frozen ice coming from it, and the spigot itself covered in ice, I called Corum Plumbing, as I have seen their vans in my neighborhood and nearby. The woman who answered the phone in the middle of the night was very kind and walked me through finding my house is water shut off and turning off the water to my house. She then scheduled a visit for me with a plumbing technician the following day. The technician Dominic Webel is extremely professional, knowledgeable and skilled, and has outstanding character and integrity. He explained to me clearly both what a rebuild service and a replace service are, answered all my questions, and explained that both would fix the issue completely. I chose the rebuild service because it was less expensive and Dominic had explained to he with integrity that it would also fix the issue completely. I also showed him the outdoor spigot on the other side of the house, and I explained that that spigot had been leaking this summer whenever the water was on until my husband tightened it, which appeared to stop the leaking. I suggested just them both spigots rebuilt while he was here. Dominic explained that my husband’s tightening the spigot was all that was needed to fix the issue, and that he did not want to charge me for services that were not needed. He explained also that since there is no service visit fee, I do not need to feel pressure to add services during the visit, and explain that I can just call if there are any issue with the other spigot in the future, but that it currently did not need a rebuild. I am so grateful for Dominic’s integrity, time and again, his professionalism, as well as of course his skill in assessing the issue with my leaking frozen outdoor spigot and promptly rebuilding it, fixing the issue, so that we avoided burst pipes and water damage! I am very grateful for him fixing the issue and saving my house from broken pipes and water damage! I also appreciate the woman who answered the phone in the middle of the night kindly walking me through the first, important steps of immediately finding and turning off the water shutoff to my home, potentially saving me from burst pipes and water damage! I am so grateful for their kindness, professionalism, their skill, the personal care for resolving my situation, their clear and patient explanations of technical things, and their honesty and integrity time and again. I will be using Coram plumbing, heating and cooling for ALL my future plumbing, heating and cooling needs! I will be recommending them to all my friends and family! When I call for any plumbing needs, I will be requesting Dominic Webel!

We had Lowe's install a gas stove for us. One of the installers even said it didn't look right. We started smelling as and tried to get them to fix it. They sent us to Samsung who told us that not their problem, the installer said it's not their problem, all the other plumbers wouldn't help and after a day of being insulted by customer service across multiple companies, I called Corum and they pretty well saved our lives by the sound of it. I don't know how long gas has been leaking into our home. They sent Tristan out and he helped us so much. They have been awesome and I will only use Corum from this point on for all my houses plumbing needs.

Pipe froze and burst on mobile home. All involved at Corum were great. Very helpful. Prompt and courteous service. Answered my questions and helped me finance the job. My greatest surprise was that both James, for the estimate, and Caleb doing the repair, showed up on time. As a matter of fact, they were both early. You rarely see that with workers these days. So I am greatly appreciative. And also Gena in the office deserves much appreciation for all she does. Theyre just overall a great group.
Had to add an update. I had a toilet clog up, but thankfully, when Thomas arrived, he was able to flush it and it was fine. No charge. I decided I wanted some estimates on a toilet repair and garbage disposal removal. I was able to finance 2 new toilets, which definitely needed replaced, and a new garbage disposal, all for a fantastic price. I have to highly recommend Thomas also, as he did all the work, was very respectful of my home and very reliable and knowledgeable. Everyone I have met through Corum have been great. I am rarely impressed with service companies, but Corum has definitely impressed me.

Made a minor repair to my furnace last month. Because the job was completed so well and the technician was so good I decided to go ahead and replace my system which was over 20 years old. Due to the outstanding experience last month I did not even call. Other companies for a bid.

Thomas was friendly as well as knowledgeable about his work. He told me all my options so I could decide what works best for me. He had my new water heater installed with no problems and showed me how to light pilot light! I am going to use Corum for my appliance needs! Thank you Thomas for such great service!

I had been chasing a sewer gas odor for months and called Corum Pumbing about a possible smoke test to find the source. Aaron immediately detected the source, suggested a home remedy solution for dry p-traps, which cost $9 compared to several hundreds of dollars for an unnecessary smoke test. I am impressed with the no-nonsense solution to my problem and his honesty. The $105 charge was for the thorough inspection he made of my entire plumbing system.

UPDATE: We had Matt back out to install the air scrubber and surge protector which was recommended to us. We went forward with these HVAC add-ons because we hope to age in place in our home, and as we get older it seems like germs like us more. 😂

Matt originally recommended the scrubber because I told him how much I tend to sneeze in the morning. Well, let me tell you - after a week of having it installed, I no longer have sneezing fits or draining sinuses. We don't see floating dust or cat hair in the air anymore, either.

I'm glad to have the surge protector, but I'm thrilled we said yes to the air scrubber. It's better than advertised! Matt installed it all for us quickly and professionally. Guys, I can't say enough good things about this HVAC & Plumbing company!

We have called on Corum Plumbing, Heating & Cooling twice so far. The first time was to run a gas line from our basement to our kitchen on the main floor. Terry was our tech, and he was completely awesome.

At that time, we signed up for the HVAC service agreement so we can keep our heater and A/C at peak performance. Our first interaction with the inspection was with Matt, who I was extremely impressed with. To say he went above and beyond to show me exactly what I needed to know in order to save money is an understatement.

I'm so glad we found Corum, and look forward to a long and happy business relationship with this outstanding company.

Will and Corum were great, awesome communication to get our zone heating installed. Will spent the time to make sure everything was neat and not sloppy which I appreciated being a perfectionist. I’ve never heard of Corum before we called for the quote but won’t use anyone else now. Thanks Will for your superb job.

Dominic was very professional and helpful in replacing our hot water heater that went out after 22 years. He gave us 4 options and let us think it through as long as we needed. Replaced it in the time he told us it would take. Would definitely recommend for someone who needs a hot water heater replaced.

Outstanding service! Did a great job. Very professional and reasonably rates. Much better than full Nelson plumbing that tried to rip me off annd charge me a thousand dollars more then these guys and they would not return my call. Highly recommend this plumbing company.
