Very responsive by everyone involved on a Sunday. Service technician, Caleb, came out on a night when he probably would have rather been elsewhere but was professional, courteous, and facile with his job. Grateful for their willingness to be so helpful at a time when we were in need of hot water due to an unexpected breakdown of our water heater. Would definitely recommend them for consideration when looking for local professionals. I like that they’re not a large franchise as well. Feels more personal.

Have used Corum in the past for smaller routine items. Thomas came out quickly. Diagnosed and explained the issues clearly and respectfully to both myself and my wife. Corrected the issues on the spot and charged a reasonable price. Very satisfied with Thomas and Corum.

Darrick at Corum fixed our plumbing problem with no issues. He was very professional, knowledgeable, took the time and didnt rush through his work. They were also quick to get me on their schedule. Would absolutely recommend!

Unfortunately, I feel compelled to leave my first one‑star review. I contacted Corum Plumbing Heating and Cooling to repair a faulty outdoor faucet while I was out of town and requested that the work be completed in my absence. Because I was not home to authorize the charges, I was surprised to find that I had been billed $700 for what amounted to roughly an hour of work to replace a faucet.
I’m sharing this review to help others be aware of this before choosing to call Corum. I have attempted to reach out to the company to discuss the charge and request a more reasonable amount, but so far I have not had any success.

Beyond impressed with the work done on our water heater! In and out in under 2 hours and even assessed issues that we didn’t know about that still fit in our budget. So thankful for them and our tech Tristan was beyond knowledgeable and we even signed up for the membership because their offer is unbeatable. Can’t wait to have them back out next week to service our HVAC unit!

Terry Is a man who thinks out of the box. Terry took a $4,000-$5,000 job and instead of jackhammering the floor and and making it a big expensive job he ran the pipe to the other side of the wall into the clean out. Terry is definitely an asset to your company. Terry was efficient and finished the job in a couple hours. I have never have a better experience with any plumber, Terry is the greatest!!

To be fair my rating is based around honesty and handling of a very bad incident! My bid originally was accepted but material in the ground was different than anticipated. My only beef was that I was upfront on the material I felt was in the ground before a bid was submitted. We found out my information was correct and the Fire Marahal was wrong. Can I fault Corrum for that. I do not believe so. Due to the fact that the change in material presented the need for specialized equipment and materials I had to change contractors. This cost me time and added frustration but due to the integrity of Corun they charged me NO emergency call or service call of any kind! I would not hesitate to use them if I had a plumbing issue! I believe their honesty and integrity were absolutely on display here! Other plumbing companies wanted to charge me $1000 for an emergency service call just to bid it! I would not hesitate to call them again. I just don’t think I or they want to have anything to do with fire suppression main lines! Good company with solid ethics and customer service!

Corum was super great to work with! They had reasonable prices, and they were super patient with me and my kiddos being up in their business. They got the equipment they needed super quick and they were super easy to work with!

To Corum: Brendon was the technician who helped us, and he was amazing! He made sure I understood what was going on, and he and Joe installed my Furnace and Water Heater in very timely manner and they made sure everything was done very well! There were several chuckles and laughs!

Very grateful for their work, time, and laughs!

Caleb with Corum Plumbing came by to make an estimate on some work I needed done on a very pricey Jacuzzi Tub in my home. The Estimate was in line with others that I received but Caleb was the most informative as well as insuring that the job would be well done. Parts were ordered and Caleb returned to do the work. Knowing what needed done I was prepared to hear about additional costs but the job was not a single dollar more than the estimate. Caleb completed the job and demonstrated that the fix was to my standards. I still can’t believe , in the tight spaces of this built in custom hydro therapy piece of equipment , all repairs were done in one visit. Excellent work by Caleb and Corum Plumbing on this project. I highly recommend them for any plumbing work being done. I signed up for their annual inspection of all of my HVAC/plumbing/electrical equipment. JEG

This is the third time I've used this company, and they've done an excellent job each time. It was easy to make an appointment, and the company both called and e-mailed to let me know the technician was on his way within the appointment window I had been given. The technician cleared a drain where the outside pipe had partially frozen. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing.

My heat stopped working. Mr. Brendon came out and gave me a price that it would cost to fix the heat. Also explained it detail for detail with me. And also offered to bring me a space heater until he got it fixed. Also made a promise that he would come out on his day off just to make sure I am up and running. Mr. Brendon was very polite, on time and kept his promise! I appreciate his dedication to their customers and their promptness! I would recommend Corum Plumbing to anyone. Thank you for everything you do!

Very efficient, experienced techs. Edward did a great job. So did Terry after hours opening the main drain line before the repair. Huge job, done right.

Corum was responsive to both my initial inquiry and to my follow up call. They were able to send a technician out quickly even offering weekend service if I needed it. Tristen was a great technician! He was personable and skilled at his trade. I will definitely use them again!

My experience with Dominic was terrific. He came over and looked at my water heater and my pipes and told me what filter I needed and gave me a price for the full package. He came to my house the day of the install and was finished within four hours and did a fantastic job. I’m well pleased with his work. He replaced my main valve, pressure gauge, adding pipe and shut off valves for my water filter, and replaced my water heater. I would highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs.

I have to say I thank God for Caleb. He knew his job well. He got the work done. He explained to me everything that was going on. Even when I didn’t understand he made sure and showed what the process was and what was needed. He was very pleasant to work with. I thank you so much Caleb. “A JOB WELL DONE”! 🙌🏾🙌🏾

I tried my hand at plumbing on my Kitchen sink, sadly I could not fix it. Mr. Henderson, the plumber that came to the house, assessed my problem. Made some suggestions that ultimately fix the problem and made it look better than it originally was.
He very respectfully to my house with shoe covers and handled my property under the sink nicely, not just pushing it out of the way. I definitely would have Mr. Henderson out to fix any other plumbing needs.

My Pro Terry, with Corum did an excellent job. He was clean and efficient. He was very personable and showed concern for my needs. I hired him to put in a gas line for my new stove and shared my concern about the water line for my refrigerator and Terry ended up doing both jobs. And the job was reasonable! I will definitely use Corum for my plumbing needs!

Today we discovered a leaky pipe and it was very stressful as my husband is leaving on a trip tomorrow. I simply have no words to describe my experience with Corum Plumbing. 100 stars!!! They replied right away and their message stating a pro with a loaded van would come and would most likely be able to get the job done right away. Terry came super fast, provided a detailed and fairly priced quote and worked around our schedule. He estimated a 3 hour window and was done way before that. Our children followed him around and my oldest son was asking him questions and sharing things and he was just SO nice. He casually mentioned CorumCare and it’s something we’ve been talking about doing for our HVAC. We signed up and are so excited for be part of the Corum family. Terry was simply fabulous, the job was done WELL and EFFICIENTLY! The customer service is out of this world - fast responses, incredibly kind. Their van looks so pro! Honestly I haven’t been this impressed with a company in a LONG time.
We have some projects around the house and we’ll be calling Corum to get them done! HIRE THEM! You won’t regret it!

I would definitely recommend Corum. Caleb showed up on time, assessed the issue and took time to explain everything. I also showed him our old water heater (20 yrs old) that I knew would eventually need replaced and was in a very tight spot that would require dismantling some of our HVAC to remove. He gave us a fair price for replacing it and did it in the same day, making the job that originally would have taken about 1-2 hrs an 8 hr day. I was happy with their work and they left the space cleaner than before. Because of the amazing work and customer service we are now on a maintenance plan and proud to be in the Corum Family!
