Shoutout to JR Hardin at Dick Ray (not totally sure if this is the location he was at but it’s the closest to us). After multiple flooding issues in our home, and many incomplete fixes and insufficient answers, he figured out the likely root problem and helped us find the best way possible to get it fixed without costing us an arm and a leg. Don’t waste your time with the competitors around here; go straight to Dick Ray!

I had Dick Ray “fix” a leaky garbage disposal. The problem persisted so they came back out and wouldn’t you know that the leak was a different spot not the spot the guy fixed and so they were gonna charge me to fix the thing that he fixed but it’s a different charge so I’m gonna get charged twice to fix the thing that they haven’t fixed. I do a lot of referral business and I promise you they will never be on my list.
