I used their service today for a clogged bathtub drain.
They got the issue fixed and fast.
Price was reasonable, the tech tried accessing the pipe from the bathtub overflow itself which made a massive mess in the tub, and splashed over other areas in the bathroom.
He ended up using the access from under the bathroom
While the tech offered to wipe it down, it wouldn’t been done properly just by dry wiping.
The clean up after was intense and had a lot of area to cover
That’s the only reason for the 3 star review.

Mason is one of the best technical plumbing specialists I have ever met. He analyzed each issue in the house and then completed them in order of importance. At the end he inspected each issue to insure they were properly installed to his satisfaction. Excellent job Mason!

Jewell Nixon with Benjamin Franklin did a great job. We had a cruddy old rusted main drain, a drippy sink, a leak in the tub and even an issue with the kitchen sink (no joke). Jewell worked fast, fixed it all in a day and was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable all the way. We were glad to learn from him and grateful for the outcome. Everything looks and works so much better now.

Ben Franklin made themselves available to help with our issues quickly and showed up when they said they would. they really are "ounctual plumbers." I would recommend!

Great start on a three day job, I can use my kitchen sink again. Dominic explained everything and that there was a slight change to the plan, but everything looks good so far.
Follow up, I am very happy with the job that Dominic and Wyatt did on my plumbing, changing all the plumbing from cast iron to PVC has been needed for a long time. Thanks again for all the wonderful work and now I can relax about back ups.

I had a leak in one of the toilet Dominic put in. Once I let them know about it they were very prompt about getting me scheduled and repairing the toilet. I will be using Benjamin Franklin for all my future plumbing needs. Thanks Dominic!!

Mason ensured Randall and Jonathan knew what pipes needed to be completely replaced and Randall and Jonathan did an incredible amount of hard work and they did a tremendous job!

The quality of work and craftsmanship performed could not have been better. My husband and I found both Randall and Jonathan to be very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with about the complexity of our complex plumbing issue.

I am so amazed at how clean the basement floor is after such an incredibly dirty job of busting up concrete, digging out all of the dirt, removing the old corroded pipes and replacing with new pipes. The brand new concrete looks perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed meeting Randall and Jonathan and appreciate everything they did for us! We also appreciated the responsiveness of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing’s scheduling team, as Heather called two days before the scheduled date and offered to send Randall and Jonathan a day early with Mason’s guidance, since Mason previously worked in our basement, replaced a different pipe when our kitchen issue occurred and he diagnosed and recommended the job in which Randall and Jonathan completed today. We highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and commend them on their professional staff.

If I could give a zero I would, but it doesnt allow that. I called them to find out why my toilet wasnt flushing properly. After 2 kids showed up, they sent a tech out to put a clean out, as the last person did not put one in when the plumbing was relaced. After paying 450.00 (originally started at $815.00) to cut a 4 inch PVC pipe out and replace with a 8.73 Tee with a clean out on it, they sent the kids out again to do the auger. I suggested the sewer vents being clogged, the kid told me, " NO they have cages on them" Uh, thats the attic vents. So since the kids couldnt figure it out, they sent the high pressure salesman aka Plumbing Master with 18 yrs of experience. He sonared my yard and wanted another 150.00 to hook a extention on it to look out to the street, when I declined that...he said for 3900.00 he could dig up my yard and put a clean out in my yard to be able to look. Told me he had 10 other calls to still do that day, put a lot of pressure on me to do what he suggested. I declined, they left. After I thought about it for a day or two, I thought Im gonna go look at the sewer vents on my roof, they didnt have cages on them, these kids didnt know the difference between sewer vents and attic vents. I called, talked to Heather, she was very understanding and said she'd have the Mgr call me back. When I explained it to him, he insisted it was at the street, just like his "Master Plumber" had told him. I said I paid your company almost 500.00 for nothing ( oh 10 mins of work and a 8.73 part)...and I dont know anyone profession that makes that kind of money,($3000 an hr) except Plumbers obviously. He laughed and thought that was hilarious. I didnt think it was as funny as him. They price gouge, high pressure sales and send unknowledged kids ( 20 yrs old) to do the work, which would be fine if he knew the difference between a sewer vent and an attic vent, which he didnt. Before they could get out of my driveway, they asked for a google review, SURE ILL BE HAPPY TO GIVE YOU A REVIEW, an very honest review!
Oh guess what, for $150 I called another company, the sewer vent was clogged up with old cast iron flakes....Imagine that from 3900.00 + to a mere $150.00 and my plumbing is fixed.
Ill be sure to tell everyone who has plumbing issues to NOT use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! Heres your review you asked for.

Kyle was great. He did a fantastic job on my repairs and was able to answer all of my questions about some additional work I was thinking about. Will definitely be using them again.

My daughter had a clogged drain and I called Ben Franklin Plumbing after doing a Google search and the woman who answered my call was very helpful and accommodating. She was able to get us an appointment in a timely manner. Our tech, Cole Turner, and another tech showed up promptly and did an excellent job unclogging my daughter’s drain. They were polite, professional, and thorough. Highly recommend. 5+ stars.

Very happy with the work done, technician showed up when he said he would and once here he went to work and didn't stop until he was finished with the job. Very friendly and informative about what he was doing and how things were going. We will definitely use this company again.

Mason was awesome! I had a copper water line break above my electrical panel causing serious problems. They were quick to respond and efficient with the repair. The price was also very reasonable!

About two years ago, had used this service for a broken line. Ended up costing about 2k for me to tear out the drywall, install the new drywall, repair the wall, and repair all the water damage. The 2k was for about 1 hour of the guy making me do all the work and then him performing about 20min of barely effortful work. I give two stars, because you taught me to never-ever pay for an overpriced service like this again. Today, had a pipe break in the same spot work was done prior and spent under $80 on new fittings, pipe, and tools and was able to fix the problem without having to pay for an overpriced service that did nothing I wasn't able to do with the ease of a youtube video. So thank you for teaching me that I shouldn't rely on professional con artistry like this service when it comes to emergency fixes.

I had a really great experience using Ben Franklin Plumbing and Tyler Bejmovicz was amazing. They were able to make their plumbing visit really quickly, even though it wasn’t an emergency, and Tyler was super nice and a great communicator. He explained what the issue was really clearly and what all my options were for resolution. I personally think their prices are reasonable. Maybe not the cheapest you can get but I am more trusting they do solid work.

Dominic and Jesse were professional in their approach, proceeded solutions and did excellent work. I had opinions from 4 different companies on how to best repair or replace my seer line, inside and out of the house. Highly recommend them for this type of work.

Best ever for clogged drains. We’ve used them a couple times now and they have always been prompt and courteous. Cole was a trooper unclogging our drain due to tree roots. We would most definitely recommend them every time!

The price was very reasonable. The tech(s) were courteous and proficient.

My main line had a break in the pipe that comes down from the upstairs toilet. The Benjamin Franklin's plumber came, he was a very nice and polite man. He check the whole system and showed me what needed to be done. He went out of his way to work with me, and I was able to get repairs done right away. They were reasonably priced, and were knowledgeable about what needed to be done to make my repair's.
The replacement pipes looked wonderful, nice and clean once they were done.
Benjamin Franklin plumbing is the only company I will use from now on, no messing around with any other company!

I've hired Ben Franklin for 2 projects now. A very large drain project and a tub spout project (recent). Both experiences have been great. Timely, great work, experienced plumbers and good price. Highly recommend and will continue to use them!
