Cole was on time. he explained everything he was doing. He augered twice. my stoppage needed additional work. he explained the problem and called for another technician and scheduled for the next day. i was Completely satisfied with Cole.

We discovered a huge plumbing mistake made years ago during the construction/remodel of two of our bathrooms which caused a small leak that eventually resulted in the production of black mold inside the walls and ceiling of our home. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing sent Jesse and Kyle out to access the damage and propose a solution. Kyle was able to reconstruct and reroute all of the plumbing between these two bathrooms and bring it up to code within 48 hours. It was a major project that was repaired quickly and efficiently. Both Jesse and Kyle were very knowledgeable, explained every step, and were respectful of our home. We highly recommend this company and these two great plumbers. Thank you.

Mason is top quality. He is knowledgeable and skilled, and takes the shortest and least expensive solution to Solving a problem. I Was quoted $2100 to solve a piping problem, Mason solved it in less than two hours for less than $550. I’ve got him on my speed dial list.

Tuker was efficient and effective as well as friendly. He came for the job at 335 and was done within an hr. His work quality was excellent and I would definitely use him again.

The disposal in our kitchen.stopped working. I bought a new one yet did not feel up to installing it. I trust Benjamin Franklin Plumping, so scheduled an appointment. They sent Tyler Bejmovicz. He arrived, accessed the job and got right to work. In less than forty minutes, this pleasant person had the old unit out, the new unit in, fully tested and the work area cleaner than when the job started. He is an excellent representative for a company we have come to trust for competence, quality and price!

He went over my options and also provided a free follow up inspection with his supervisor which is reassuring that the company wants to ensure the job is done right. My sewer line had a blockage & after digging down to my sewer line, Randal was able to find the cause of my sewer problems, Gas company cross boring. He did a great job in locating the issue and was able to fix it. Good job in backfilling & cleaning up the area. Only issue was that the job had to be completed after the weekend because they did not have the pipe that was needed for the repair. Leaving us without sewage drainage over the weekend. But once Randal got here Monday Morning,
the job was done in 3 hours.

Dominic with Benjamin Franklin was on time, very personable and knowledgeable about the work needing to be done. He communicated on steps being taken and what should be expected. He cleaned up after himself and left the work areas in clean order. I would have him out again if further work needed to be done.

Our sink backed up, and I had calls in to two local recommend plumbers, but no one called me back. Ben Franklin got me on the schedule (even after hours on their site), and it was easy to book.I was not home for the service, but I was told the technician, Cole, was quick and efficient. It was half the price, if not lower, than a company that I had called a few years ago for the same service. I definitely will be calling them again if needed!

BF was able to come out next day and check and clean the dry sewer drain line and also added the missing cap. (For years we had a temporary sewage smell after each rain due to a previous plumber not putting the bypass drain cap back into place.).

I hired BF again (Tyler) to replace old (28 years) shutoff valves under sinks and toilet. BF charges very fair prices, so I will continue to call them when repair is needed. They are smart and qualified so I had no worries. They also came to help unclog a toilet prior to, but I unknowingly already had it cleared so there was no charge. That kindness made me want to call BF back for other things because not chargeing is unheard of in the industry.

I’ve since called them back to do some new installs as well. This has been the most business I’ve ever given to one plumbing company.

Today’s visit was just for an estimate on a new sump pump. Technician Nixon was very knowledgeable, courteous and explained everything that was needed for a new sump pump install.

Called BFP to fix our toliet was making a hissing noise. He came out and quoted it would cost $281 to replace the fill valve. I looked up fill valve and geez they aren't no where near that cost. I feel taken advantage of. Never again.

We had a crack in the main drain pipe below the sink! TYLER BEJMOVICZ, had the issue diagnosed within minutes, and a repair done rapidly afterwords!

Cole was awesome! Our main drain line was clogged he was in and out within 30 minutes with a fair price! They look like they had the best equipment available.

From the moment I called to the technician leaving each person was very professional, personable, and accommodating. The quote and final price was exact. They didn’t try to add unnecessary things on. The cost was 3-4 times less than other plumbers. I will be using this company over and over.

We had a drain line from the washer and kitchen sink plugged in the crawl space beneath the house. Tyler replaced the plugged section and realigned, corrected the slope and re-hung the section. Efficient and professional. Appreciated having different estimates depending on how much needed done. Previously, Ben Franklin Plumbing has installed a hot water heater and replaced some outdoor faucets for us. Always a fine job. We'll continue calling them if we need plumbing work done.

Benjamin Franklin was responsive to our needs, even able to come out sooner than we expected. Kyle was professional, prompt, respectful, quick, and good at his work. We will use them again.
