Paul was excellent. He explained & resolved the issues we were having with our 50 year old house’s saddle valve. We’ll be holding NFL combine style training sessions to see how fast my wife can get to the water shut off valve just in case though. Highly recommend their services to any & all in need.

Several neighbors recommended BL Plumbing. Jason came out, assessed the old unit, determined solutions, ordered new and improved and although it took several days for tankless to arrive I’m pleased I waited. They were courteous, answered questions and left everything in great shape.

Horrible service, appointment was scheduled for 1pm. No one arrived until 5pm. Service was emergency plumbing for flooding and shower issues, person that came out was extremely unprofessional and derogatory toward my pregnant girlfriend making her feel unsafe in our home if I could rate them 0 I would. Waste of time and resources.

Initially we had a different company to come out but they weren't able to diagnose or fix the plumbing issue so we called Home Warranty again and they recommended B&L Plumbing. Paul came out, diagnosed the problem right away, didn't waste any time getting the work done, and educated me on some do's and dont's after he resolved my plumbing issue. Thanks B & L and Paul for the great service!

Josh did great work. He restored the plumbing for my kitchen sink back to code and really did thoughtful work.

Really like this company. We used them last year for a new garbage disposal installation, and just recently for installation of a new kitchen faucet, and replacement of old valves. Our technician arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. He also made suggestions for possible future maintenance upgrades. This is definitely our new plumbing professional for now on.

We have used B&L Plumbing Service, Inc. twice and highly recommend them for any plumbing work you may have. Both times Paul was very professional, arrived in the appointment window time given, explained the installations and cleaned up any mess that was made. We will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs.

Was given an arrival window of 8am to noon. They didn’t arrive until 1pm, no contact from them to advise they were running late. This was a relatively simple plumbing 101 job: Replace the flow valve and flapper in the toilet tank and test to ensure a full seal. 5 minutes after Paul left, water was still circulating out of the tank into the toilet bowl. They set a 2nd appointment. I was told if I wanted a service person other than Paul I would have to wait even longer...that speaks for itself. Was late for the 2nd appointment. I was told by the field manager Jason I would be their first stop at 8am on Friday. At 8:15am I called their office to find out why no one showed at 8am, was told they were running late...😄😶🤔💩🤦‍♂️😡 arrived at 9:15am. Pointed out that the seal that the flapper sits on was coming apart. Paul said that wasn’t the problem, and replaced the handle...water running still after he left. Needless to say they won’t be coming back onto my property a 3rd time. I’m not sure how they managed a 4.7 rating on Google. They are rated 2 out of 5 on Yelp, and that seems more accurate based on the (lack of) service I received. Bankers hours with no appointments after 5pm or weekends I was told. No one at the office seemed interested in taking ownership and resolving the issue. On the plus side, they did arrive in a nice truck...do yourself a favor and AVOID and skip these asshats. After I requested a different provider from my home warranty, I was scheduled a 5-7pm appointment within 24 hours. As I type this, the tank flapper seal fully failed and I had to shut the water off from the in valve...

I had a clogged pipe from my kitchen sink. The appointment was made. They called ahead and were on time. They quickly went to work, cleaned out my pipe and were very pleasant. Thanks!

I don’t normally give reviews, but this company is outstanding from contacting them to associate showing up fair price on time and just all around courteous and kind and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company

Jason and his team are very friendly, informative and honest! Recommend for anyone who is a first time home buyer or is looking for a company that is willing to talk through solutions.

The plumber, Jason, was very nice and knowledgeable. He did a great job.
My only issue is, for being a plumbing company, I would think they would keep items, like shower valve setups, in stock and not have to keep their customers waiting almost 2 weeks to get their problems fixed.

1/3 hp sump pump is in. Hoping this little one works on its own & doesn’t need the backup that I just had installed recently. Tired of having things fail because they were not done right. Jason did a good job!
