Were great guys to work with. They worked hard to get my sewer pipe opened back up. Very professional. Price was very good. I will have them back if ever needed again.

Patrick did a very good job for us. Had several things done but the best was installing a device to get hot water very quickly to our master bedroom at the farthest end of home from hot water heater. Really nice

Proline Plumbing literally rescued us two years ago when our sewer line backed up into the basement, causing several thousand dollars worth of damage and cleanup. They cleared our line of some thick tree roots and do a great job of annually keeping that line clear. So grateful! They are honest and do good work.

I'm a little late in posting this review but I have to share my experience with Proline as they helped me and my wife avoid a massive bill. I cant recommend them enough.

I had one of the bigger name plumbing companies come look at a backup we were having in our basement through one of the drains....after they couldn't snake out the problem they had a guy come next day with his camera to have a look. After his review he told us that we had a 6 foot section of our main sewer line under our garage that had completely eroded the bottom of the pipe and it was just hitting the ground...meaning that the bottom of the pipe wasn't even there anymore. They also found some roots growing just outside of the house causing a blockage.

They said we had to replace the entire main line under our house and then about 6 feet outside of the house. Of course our insurance wouldn't cover what was inside the house so the bill was going to be somewhere $12,000+. It was crushing news...

A friend from work said I should get a second opinion and recommended Proline - they came out and showed me with the camera that the pipe was fine....old but fine....there was no 6 foot area where the pipe was eroded. They did find the same blockage of roots outside the house which was the reason for the backup. The other company straight up lied to us and the Proline folks were able to get us sorted for somewhere around $800.

I would recommend them to anyone....good folks. My coworker had a similar story to mine and I'm sure somewhere deep in these reviews he wrote something similar.

I recently had my water heater replaced by B&L Plumbing and was extremely impressed with their service. The team was professional, timely, and explained all options clearly. The installation was smooth, and they took the time to answer all my questions. The new water heater is working great! I highly recommend B&L Plumbing for their excellent service and expertise.

We received next day service after our call to B&L. Rick arrived on time and repaired our kitchen faucet within a minimum of time. He was courteous and professional, answering all my questions throughout. This is the 4th time I've hired / contracted B&L Plumbing with the previous times including plumbing leaks and a burst pipe.

Absolutely incredible experience with B & L plumbing! Waylon did an awesome job replacing and upgrading our broken HW Heater. The office staff was extremely friendly and they communicated with me every step of the way. They also were extremely quick in reporting to my home warranty company to help us get the problem quickly resolved. I was never in the dark about cost. You can't go wrong with B & L Plumbing! I plan to use them again in the future with my plumbing needs.

Waylon is the only person I will trust with my plumbing! I have been played by so many different plumbers and plumbing companies, I was scared to try yet another company. But as soon as Waylon got to my house for the first time, I knew I had found someone I could trust. I request him specifically everytime because I know he is going to get the job done as accurately and as quickly as possible while explaining to me what he is doing. Cannot explain how comforting it is knowing I have a plumber I can trust with these 50+ year old cast iron pipes!! As a company, B&L is always so nice when I call up and is always willing to work with my schedule! Bummed I can't give them more than 5 stars!

Technician, Waylon, was great. Showed up on time and completed the work well within the time estimated. Also helped explain the issue and the work done to repair it. Overall great experience

Jason and Jamie were at our house this morning to complete repairs after getting the necessary parts needed. They did an exceptional job and were very knowledgeable! They were very pleasant and helpful and we highly recommend B&L Plumbing and Jason and Jamie for any plumbing work you need done! We will definitely use them again if we have other problems.

B&L Plumbing is an amazing company. I was impressed with them from my very first phone call!! They got me scheduled quickly and I received multiple reminders/updates leading up to my appointment. On the day of my appointment, I received a phone call that the technician was on the way followed by a text with the techs tracking and picture. Top tier!!! My tech was Waylon and he was so amazing and personable. Felt like a family friend. Waylon not only diagnosed my issued quickly and with honesty, he also provided valuable information and useful tips to help me moving forward. As a first time homeowner, it's really nice to witness companies value integrity and their customers.

Having had a few power outages with recent storms, my old sump pump didn't bounce back as needed - resulting in big puddles across basement floor. So I called B&L Plumbing. They set up appt, gave me an upfront price (that didn't change) and called when they were on their way. Jason and Josh showed up with a sump pump kit that has battery backup. It was installed in about an hour - no mess - EZPZ. I should've done this years ago. B&L Plumbing has never let me down. They're the best!

Tech understood the issue and took care of the clog (roots mostly) and offered additional service plus told me about a yearly maintenance I can do to help. Great customer service and care. Thank you B&L and Waylon.

B&L was great. I struggled with my Home Warranty to get someone assigned and had a couple other plumbers assigned/reassigned, but once B&L was assigned to my work order, they came out within the same week and fixed my shower same day. Paul was my technician and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed my shower quickly and I am very happy with the service he provided.

Paul was very nice. It didn't take him to long figure out the issue and take care of it in a timely manner.

Jason replaced the broken pipe under my kitchen sink. Left the area he worked in spotless. Great service!

He was nice and worked to get my drains going again. They contacted me immediately to set a time to get it done.

We ended up having some scheduling issues but the team at B&L Plumbing treated us right. In my experience they are a very respectable and honest company.

Service communication was great. Pricing for the service wasn’t communicated ahead of time, and the receipt didn’t break down for me what the service call was vs the actual parts and labor on site. Team was professional and quickly knocked out the job.
