They were very professional, informative, and nice. The person who took my call, the technician, and the text updates were all outstanding!
Jeremy did a great job on my clogged sink and let me know what was happening the entire time. Reasonable pricing and excellent people; this company is top notch!

Great company. Easy scheduling, technician was extremely nice and I felt extremely comfortable with him in my home. He communicated well and was in and out within minutes!

I phoned the office this morning and by 2:00 Adam was in my house explaining the process of installing a new hot water tank. My husband wasn’t at home so we called him and we proceeded with the install. Adam was professional and polite and respectful! He represents your company very, very well. You should be very proud of such a great employee! I Will absolutely be recommending your company in the future!

Kyle and Bill were our technicians. They were incredibly knowledgeable and great with communication. They were able to diagnose our problem very quickly and fix it almost as quickly, all within 48 hours of calling them. 10/10 would recommend them again.

Cameron was very helpful and courteous. Through no fault of his own, the problem was too big for him to fix on his own, but he contacted people from the company to come make the needed repair. I would highly recommend him.

I was extremely impressed with Bill Fry the Plumbing Guy, as well as our service technician, Michael Walker. We had a problem with a toilet, and were hopeful to get it taken care of before welcoming guests on Christmas Day. Michael arrived later the same morning. He was exceptionally competent and handled the project very quickly. We couldn't be more pleased.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I called and scheduled an appointment on 1/27 and explained that my situation was urgent and that I was hoping for same-day service. While they couldn’t accommodate that, I was assured someone could come out on 1/28.

On 1/28, the plumbing company called to cancel my appointment and move it to the following day due to another customer’s plumbing emergency. I explained that I had taken time off work specifically for this appointment and that I cannot afford to miss two days of work without pay. Unfortunately, my concerns were dismissed.

After canceling my appointment, I was then told they could still come out later that same day—but only if I paid a significantly higher fee. When I refused and explained that this additional charge should at least be waived due to them canceling on me, I was told no.

I repeatedly asked to speak with someone else to better understand why no alternative solution could be offered, but the representative refused to transfer me or provide further explanation. The lack of empathy, accountability, and customer care was extremely disappointing—especially considering my original appointment was canceled through no fault of my own.

We called this plumbing service about 2 weeks ago to come out and clear a clogged drain in the kitchen. They weren't able to give me a price estimate over the phone- just that the service call is $89. Ok that's fine, we'll see when he gets here because I understand you can't fully diagnose the problem and the fee without seeing it. Giving a ballpark that it would be over $200 to unblock drains would've been nice, but I called for professional help so I was willing to pay for it. The man showed up, explained the service and gave me a price ($245.00 to clear it + the $89 service fee) I said ok that's fine, I just want the drain unblocked. He offered us to buy an $80 bottle of drain cleaner as a service add on but I declined because I assumed our drain would be clear when he left. He took my signature and got to work, After about 20 minutes we could tell he was kind of irritated and very short, I guess because he couldn't get it clear. He tried to clear the drain a couple of times with a couple of different tools and couldn't get it. After he went outside he returned and explained they would have another man come out tomorrow with him to try and clear it. I asked if there would even be another technique the other person could try if it was unable to be achieved with the same tools he tried today- his response was "well we're waving the drain clearing fee today and gave you an hour free. All you have to pay today is the service fee. We are scheduling to come back tomorrow with someone who runs lines drains daily so he should be able to do it. We could always just not schedule for tomorrow and not come back." I said no I'm sorry I'm not trying to be rude, I guess we will try again tomorrow. He again offered me the $80 bottle of drain cleaner to try and put through it to see if that would clear it overnight. I declined. I had already spent $90 for nothing. If I am paying almost $400 for you to clear my drain, then you should be able to use whatever tools are at your disposal. So if the drain cleaner works that well, why can't it be poured down now and the drain cleared while I'm paying the main price for drain unblocking?? I called and cancelled them coming out the next day, I explained to the woman on the phone what happened and she agreed that she could see why that sounded incorrect. I didn't feel like paying another service fee on top of the $245 drain clearing fee, after I had already paid $89 the previous day. She mentioned they wouldn't charge the other $89 fee if they came out again and I still declined. She said she would be speaking with the owner about it because she agreed with what I was saying. It was a very unprofessional situation after the guy got frustrated and we no longer wanted to do business with this company.

Michael was on time and professional. He fixed our plumbing issues fast and efficiently. Friendly and knowledgeable just the way you want your plumber. This was my first experience with Bill Fry. But have finally found a plumber I can trust! Thanks Michael!

Michael came over for an annual inspection and was courteous and efficient. I knew I had some plumbing issues to resolve, and he listened carefully and put together a reasonable estimate. I trust Bill Fry and his team and I am happy with the work that they do. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Found them through the Lee’s Summit Chamber of Commerce…Extremely happy with the service! Adam was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue we had promptly and explained everything to us. Scheduling was easy, the staff on the phone were very friendly and accommodating and they had everything fixed in short amount of time. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend them.

Great job! Michael took his time to be sure everything was well done. He is very personable explaining things as he went along. I would definitely ask for him again if we need other plumbing services.

Both of the guys I worked with were great. The first came to diagnose and order the appropriate parts. The second person was there in less than 2 hours and was able to complete the work in about an hour or so. All done the same day and cost about half of what I expected based on dealings with other companies.

Kyle did excellent work for us after another company wasted our time wanting to do an unnecessary solution that would have cost almost double. He demonstrated integrity in another matter as well proving a trustworthy character to work while I was away. Quick as well. Jackhammered out that cracked pipe for us, looked over everything and did some tune ups. Thank you much! Will use him again and his referrals.

Michael was on time , very friendly and professional. I really enjoyed talking with him for a few minutes after he fixed my issues (on the first visit). He also explained the benefits of joining the Bill Fry maintenance program. It is peace of mind and worth the annual cost. I will recommend Bill Fry the plumbing guy to anyone that will listen.

I woke up on a Saturday morning and found that I had water running down my yard and driveway. I called the city of Independence and they came out to have me shut off to prevent major damage. Unfortunately they were unable to do so(my curbstop was broken as well as my line had burst).
I then contacted several companies for estimates. Some came in at a slightly lower price for the job. However the technician Kyle I dealt with from Bill Fry was the clearly most knowledgeable of all I dealt with. I had attempted to get financial help though another company, and was denied.
I then called back to Bill Fry's company and not only was I greeted with respect and understanding. The owner Dawn(Bills wife) got on the phone with me personally and made sure that all info for financial help was in there correct. I was approved in 2 minutes. The same day they called me back and had me booked for two days later.
Chris and Aaron were the gentleman to come to my house to do the work. Not only were the right on time but they both got right into digging my yard with water still flowing down my driveway. Chris was clearly as skilled with a backhoe as a surgeon with a scalpel. Aaron was literally six feet down in a hole scooping mud and water by hand. I apologized many times for him to need to do that kind of thing. His response to me every time was don't worry about it I love to dig in the mud. Everyone that I dealt with during this whole process was super nice and the work was done before I came for my lunch break. Bill Fry the plumbing guy now has a client for life!!!! Anyone that I know has any plumbing issue will be referred to them.

4.5 stars if I had the option to give half stars. I had a cast iron tub and tile demoed and a new fiberglass tub and shower surround installed. They were punctual, courteous and overall did a good job of cleaning up. I also feel that the price was very reasonable. They got everything done in one day even though there was an addition repair that had to be done (drain replacement). I think they could have paid a bit more attention to detail as the sides of the shower surround were not caulked, only around the bathtub/bottom of the shower surround was done. The caulking that was done did not set even though I waited over 24 hours before using. I pulled it out and redid the caulk as well as along the sides. I'm sure they would have come out and at least done the sides but I only have 1 bathroom and did not want to wait. The gap on the caulk was wide and deep (1/2 inch x 1.5 inch) that backer rod should have been used. I didn't contact them about any of this as I felt it was just easier to do it on my own time. Overall, I'm glad I went with them and probably would so a again, just disappointed that the little things were missed.

Had an appointment with another company. 1.5 hours after the tech was supposed to show up I finally got hold of someone who said no one was coming that day. We had no water for a day from a frozen pipe break. I had an appointment for the next day with another company that I cancelled because this company was going to come out today. Bottomline, when I realized no one was going to show up a called several companies. Proline was the only one that responded positively. They were very busy but said that if they could not make it they would no leave me hanging, but let me know. They came on time. Quickly determined a fix. It was complete in half the time I expected and a third the price I thought it would be. Pleasant, professional, kept me informed at every step. Don was the tech that assisted us, and I highly recommend him and the company. Proline is now in our contact list.

Excellent customer service very professional and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Had an issue with my toilet and got the run around with our Warranty company. Was charged for services I didn’t need. Proline Plumbing owner said don’t worry we will fix the issue and they did! So happy I can flush again. ☺️

Patrick came on a Sunday night to fix our sewer that had backed up. He did an excellent job and explained the issue to us. He was professional, arrived on time, and took his time to do an through job. His prices were good and he fixed our issue. We highly recommend Proline Plumbing services and plan on using them in the future.
