Constraction reviews in Riverside, Missouri

We highly recommend Chris and Probuilt Pools!! They were great to work with and the quality of work is top notch! Alex and Alonso were truly talented and made our dreams of an outdoor paradise come true! We feel like we have our own little resort right in our backyard! Thanks Probuilt!

We used Probuilt for our new home in Defiance, MO. The team's dedication and commitment to delivering on our vision were commendable. Eryn and Chris are rock stars! Our pool looks fantastic. We would happily recommend them to anyone looking for pool installation services.

Where do I begin? Chris and the rest of the Probuilt Pool and Patio staff were outstanding from day one and it remained that way until the project was finished.

The owner Chris, invited us over to his home so we would have the opportunity to see his pool so we could get a better picture of the work he does. I don’t know any other companies where the owner is as involved as Chris is. He’s upfront, honest, treats every customer the same, and is easy to work with.

His crew that I had the pleasure of getting to know were impeccable. Chris, Dallas, Alex, and the concrete crew were all professional and very nice. As first time pool owners, I had a lot of questions and the crew was beyond patient with me and my curiosity throughout the process.

Fiberglass is the way to go. Not only because of the amazing work that Chris and his crew does, but you can’t beat the price and quality of the finished product. Chris and his crew are professionals and know exactly what they are doing.

I contacted Swim Things prior to hearing about Probuilt and I’m 100% happy that I got in touch with Chris for our project. There is no comparison. If you don’t use Probuilt, you’re doing it wrong,

Last day of the project, we had an issue with the company that came to open our pool and Chris, Dallas, and one of their suppliers came out to our house (on a Friday afternoon) and opened our pool. Chris even took the broom out of my wife’s hands because he didn’t like the people who came earlier to open the pool, how they made a huge mess and didn’t clean it up.

If something ever doesn’t go as planned, Chris will fix it even if he has to do it himself.

Chris is a straight shooter and is a man of his word. Probuilt doesn’t hide any fees or make you spend more than what you sign up for. Couldn’t be any happier with Chris and his crew, the finished product, and the relationship I’ve built with Probuilt. I know I can count on Chris for any of my pool needs.

With that said, water is 80 degrees so CANNON BALL!!

We had a fiberglass pool installed
The crew did an exceptional job
The quality was great
Special shout out to the concrete crew who did the stamped concrete- pure artwork
The Probuilt staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and we would definitely recommend
We are extremely happy with our pool and we would use them again

Probuilt Pool & Patio met all of our expectations, and then some. When we started our search for a company to assist us with our pool project, we researched several companies online and asked around for recommendations and Probuilt was one of three companies that we decided to contact. Out of the three, Probuilt was, by far, the most responsive and provided the most detailed, step by step process of what we could expect from start to finish. They walked us through all available options within our price range and were very transparent about the timeline and what we could expect in the event of weather and other unforeseen changes throughout the project. Chris, Shelley, Dallas, and Aaron were always available to answer any questions we had through each step of the project and they always kept us informed of any changes that might impact the timeline. Probuilt’s team and contractors were always very courteous and professional and made themselves available to answer any questions we had and they always ensured the site was clean and tidy after each phase of the project was completed. We have been nothing but pleased with the Probuilt team and the contractors they selected for concrete, gas, and electricity and would definitely recommend them to anyone that is considering a pool project in the future. We look forward to enjoying our amazing pool this year and based on the quality of the entire project, for many years to come. Thank you Probuilt for making us feel like we were your only customers. We could not have asked for a better company to help us with our project.

The decision to invest in a pool is not a small one. It comes with concerns on picking the right company who will do quality work, respect us and our property, address our concerns, answer all our crazy questions and complete the work in a timely manner.
Chris and his team at Probuilt met and exceeded all our expectations. He and his crew were outstanding and their attention to detail throughout the process confirmed we had picked the right folks for the job.
When our fiberglass pool had to be lifted over our house by a crane we did not hesitate to give Chris the thumbs up because he had truly earned our trust and it was done to perfection and just really awesome to watch!
Anytime we emailed them with a question Chris and/or Shelly would reply quickly and throughout the whole process we truly appreciated Chris's emails that let his customers know what was going on with their project and projected dates of each phase of work.
Probuilt is the best choice!

The entire team at Probuilt who installed our fiberglass pool was great to work with. Chris and Dallas answered all of our questions up front and through the entire install. They also had great design ideas that were incorporated into the project that we used.
Eddie’s crew was fantastic on the dig and the retaining wall. They are the best in the business building retaining walls.
It has been mentioned in other reviews that about Alonzo and his crews’ concrete work being artwork and it is! Simply amazing! They are meticulous in cleaning up the work area and any dust or rock off the street.
We are very happy with the crew that installed the auto cover as well as the folks who hauled away the excess dirt.
Excellent job done by the whole team! We definitely recommend Probuilt and would use them again!

WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! After 20 Years of Service, my Old pool store failed to "Effectively" come to my rescue, Probuilt made Multiple Trips to my home, and in just 3 DAYS Saved Our Pool and Identified the Problem in time for our 4th of July Party...THANK YOU TO CHRIS AND THE STAFF OF RIVERSIDE PROBUILT & PATIO!!!

Chris, Shelley and the whole team at Pro Built have been amazing to work with as we put in and learned to maintain our pool. At every step of the way they answered our questions and outperformed every expectation we’ve had. We are thrilled with the end result and look forward to enjoying our pool for years to come.

We worked with the staff at the Riverside, MO store to purchase a hot tub. We did visit others that did not give us the attention to detail and take the time to give us the best price based on our budget.

I did a lot of research on pool companies before deciding to go through with the project and am so glad I decided to go with Pro Built Pool & Patio! I couldn't be happier with how the pool turned out! It looks amazing and they were moving fast! Shane & Paige were awesome to work with and we got the project done on-time for some great summer days & nights. I would highly recommend partnering with Pro Built Pool & Patio if you are considering installing a pool!

Our pool turned out amazing. Love the quality of the pool and spa. Our family has enjoyed it so much this year. Had them close it and so glad they did, they were so fast at closing it and it’s going to be easy to open next year.

This review is well past due. ProBuilt completed their project and we now use them for our openings and closings. We couldn't be happier with the backyard retreat they built for us. From the pool and hot tub to the pool heater, pool cover, and concrete patio, every detail was handled with precision and care. The entire team was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer any of my questions. We highly recommend this team to anyone looking to enhance their outdoor space.

Chris, Shelley, Dallas, and the entire Probuilt team were superb from initial consultation through the design, installation, and maintenance process and we could not be happier with our outdoor space.

We went with Probuilt after contacting several companies. They were fairly priced and great to work with! Chris, Dallas and Shelly were very patient and quick in answering my hundreds of questions. All of their Crews were professional, polite and always left work area clean. A big shout out Thanks to Aaron and Hunter, the digging crew, Tony and his crew on deck and retaining wall and Alonzo who did a fantastic job on our cement. All Crews were so nice and a pleasure to work with! Thanks to the Probuilt Team for making my dream a reality!! Would definitely recommend this Company!!

After getting bids from several companies we chose Probuilt based on their reputation and our comfort with the team during the bid process. We couldn't be happier that we did. Our salesperson (Staci) was extremely helpful in guiding us through all the upfront decisions and landing on our final project scope. She brought in the owner (Chris) before we signed anything which went a long way in building that upfront trust. Staci was very responsive throughout the process and helped worked through a couple of different obstacles. When it came time to determine the layout, Paige was a wealth of knowledge in walking through various options and the pros and cons of each. Paige was also very responsive throughout the entire process. When we reached the install prep and installation stage, Dallas and his team were incredible. I can't speak highly enough of his approach to walking us through the process and his patience in answering all the questions we had throughout. Finally, one of the key selling points of Probuilt is their team that handles the concrete work. Having recently completed several concrete projects with our new build, I can tell you there was no comparison between the work the Probuilt team did and the others. As first time pool owners it's been a learning process and the Probuilt team has been there every step of the way. A great example to paint the picture occurred when I stopped in at their store to buy chemicals the first time. I didn't have a water sample so I wasn't sure what I needed. Rather than guess or ask me to come back with a sample, the owner (Chris) followed me from their store back to our house to take a sample, add chemicals he knew we would need, then got back to us after he had the results from the test. Truly a first class organization that I can't recommend highly enough. If considering a pool and you want additional perspective, Probuilt can put you in touch with us.

People are very nice and kind, Eryn, Joe and Jr were super kind and courteous. The pool looks amazing! Took a little delay here and there for unforseen issues, permit issues and relocate issues that possibly could have went quicker but all in all very happy with results.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience building our first pool with ProBuilt Pool’s. Chris and his team were amazing. The process and professional experience is something our family will remember as we enjoy our pool for years.

Ethan came out to add 2 items but also SHOWED me some tricks on how to easily maintain my tub. Very polite and extremely professional. Good job Ethan.

The entire team at Probuilt has been nothing short of amazing throughout our entire pool project. They kept me informed and I appreciated their willingness to answer all of my questions promptly. The quality of work and attention to detail was impressive and it's clear that the team at Probuilt takes pride in their work. One of Probuilt's standout qualities is their integrity. They were very transparent about all aspects of the process beginning with pricing, potential challenges, and solutions. My confidence and trust in the Probuilt team made working with them such a refreshing experience and I cannot recommend them enough!

If your in the market for a fiberglass pool, I highly recommend Probuilt Pool & Patio. From day one the process was explained and executed as promised. "No suprises". The crew was very professional and did incredible work. The pool tuned out amazing and couldn't be happier with the end result.
