When we made the decision to install a pool, we asked many of our friends who they used. One common answer. “We used (blank) but we wouldn’t recommend them.” Seems everyone had bad experiences and no one wanted to recommended who they used.
Fortunately we chose the right pool company. We experienced quality installation, fair pricing and great customer service. The unrelenting customer service started on the day Chris showed up to look at the yard and has not stopped. I will be the first to admit that I am very particular when it comes to my home. After looking at several pools and getting bids from 2 companies we decided that ProBuilt was who we wanted. I knew from watching Aaron go about his routine of digging and setting the pool that we had made the right choice. His attention to detail was the first thing that got my attention. I was very appreciative that he never got annoyed by all my questions. The concrete job by team Alonzo was icing on the cake. You might have to pay a bit more for his work but the end result is a finish like I have never seen before. My wife and I highly recommend going with ProBuilt if you’re thinking about getting a pool!

Pro Built pools is amazing. They do not over sell products to make money, Chris was our sales person and explained the additional cost for a larger pool. I am glad we listened and went a bit smaller, the pool fits perfect in our backyard.

We purchased the following:
1. Hot tub, excellent product and arrived earlier than expected. Professional installation.
2. Saltwater pool. It is perfect for us!
3. During the pool install, we decided to use Pro Built to finish the landscaping. They did an amazing job and we couldn't be happier.
4. Hot tub auto cover. We purchased it for privacy.

Pro Built always listens to their customers. They will answer any question. They kept us well informed during the process of each item we purchased.

Pro Built is a professional family owned company that sells you what you need, they communicate all steps and processes, and is always available for aftermarket support.

Pro Built did an amazing job installing our fiberglass pool. It’s a big, intimidating job to have done, but we were very confident in the whole pro built team. We are soo very happy with our finished pool. And the concrete work is excellent. These guys and gals know what they’re doing.

Probuilt Pool did a fantastic job on our pool install. Everyone who worked on our project was very professional and took pride in their work. Dallas answered every last question I asked (and it was a lot!) and was very quick to respond to my emails. We are very happy with how our pool turned out. We had a great experience with Probuilt! From getting all the information before deciding to put in a pool to the day they opened the pool for us--it went so smoothly. Chris and Dallas answered the many questions we had, phone calls we made, and emails we sent. The entire crew was super nice and let us ask any questions we had along the way. Chris is a busy guy but very friendly and personable and always got back to us when he said he would and never made us feel like we were a bother. He doesn't just feed you information that you want to hear, he is straight forward and honest from start to finish...which is exactly what we wanted when deciding to go through with such a big investment! Dallas was super helpful and is very knowledgable about the entire pool installation process and explained everything that would be happening before it happened which was nice. The day we opened the pool there was a lot of dried mud on the concrete around the pool from some other workers and they took the time, on top of the work of opening the pool, to get it swept and cleaned up so it would look nice. They not only have great pools but great service as well and they take pride in the work that they do! We would recommend [and have recommended] them to anyone looking to put in a pool!

Our experience with Probuilt was great from start to finish. The staff were very professional.The timeline was laid out on the process and was done as promised with no surprises. We absolutely love our pool and could not be happier with the entire process.

I don't have enough good things to say about this company. We started out pool 2 years ago with a company that just dug a huge hole and left it like that for 1 full year. I had enough and asked around and Probuilt Pool & Patio kept coming up as a top company. They assigned a project manager right away and explained the whole process. They were in constant communication with questions I had or just to advise me of what was happening next. They stick by their work and they know how to do a job right. I highly recommend them for your pool!

Investing in a pool is something my husband and I have thought about doing for a long time. We did a lot of research on what type of pool to get and decided on fiberglass. After speaking to a couple of different companies we are very happy we went with Probuilt. Chris and his team were great! There were a couple of hiccups with the electric and the pool opening but this was no fault of Probuilt and Chris made sure it was fixed quickly. The hole for the pool was dug in January and we were swimming by April! We have had an amazing summer enjoying our pool! Now we are just sad it will have to be closed for the winter soon. We can’t be happier with every aspect of Probuilt Pool and Patio. Their knowledge and professionalism confirmed we made the right choice having them put in our pool. There are so many options available, and they took time to walk us through the options. All of their crews for each portion of the project are top notch. Our concrete and patio area are beautiful. After several months, we still comment to each other how nice it turned out. We’ve had a pool for 30+ years at other homes and this one is the most beautiful and easiest to maintain. They are very responsive to questions as well. Their contract lays out the schedule of the construction and payment payment is made on those completed sections not upfront. Cannot say enough about this experience. I think WOW sums it up.

We met with a few contractors before landing on Probuilt. We went with Probuilt because they were very responsive during the planning process and helped us plan everything we wanted. The entire process was seamless and the crews doing the work were great to work with. We could not be happier with the final product. The pool, spa, water features and fire bowls all came out looking really good. Shout out to Dallas who helped us with all these additional features and getting them just right. Highly recommend!

The owner and the project managers at pro built pools know the pool systems and set ups very well. I was confident they would be trustworthy and knowledgeable before the project even started. I interviewed 5 pool companies maybe more but Chris came out and was honest about pricing and things to look for and know prior to install. Him being so upfront on costs and the job made me choose his company. Now my kids enjoy the pool and I’m very thankful we decided to do the project. I would recommend pro built pools to anyone looking for an honest and hardworking company. Also I’m sure we will be contacting them to do a fireplace and extended patio.

We are beyond impressed with Probuilt Pool & Patio from start to finish. They truly brought our backyard vision to life, transforming the entire space. They replaced all the pool plumbing, installed beautiful pool lighting, expanded and upgraded the pool deck with a stunning stamped concrete design, replaced the pool coping, and enhanced the landscaping to tie everything together. I did a lot of research on pools and pool companies in the area, and visited several pools that were in various stages of completion. By far, the best pools and highest regarded pools were built by Probuilt Pools. From the owner Chris, to Shelley, Paige, Dallas, and the crews run by Alex and Alonzo, everything was done by true professionals and craftsmen. It only took about seven weeks from the time ground was broke until the pool was completed. Which, by itself was great but the quality of work done in and around the pool, including the stamped concrete was phenomenal! The prices for the pool and accessories were known in advance and I was not surprised by unknown fees. I don't typically provide feedback, but this is one company and team I strongly believe in. They install over 100 pools a year, the largest in the KC area. Don't be alarmed by their method of communication. They only work through email, not text primarily due to their number of clients. They do respond, and are true to their word. I highly Recommend Probuilt Pools!

When we decided to put in a pool, we spoke with multiple pool companies but could not get comfortable with any of them until we spoke with Probuilt. We were immediately at ease, knowing this was a very large project, so we elected to have them install our pool. The entire process was seamless, and everyone was extremely professional and kind. Chris, Shelly, Dallas, Aaron, Hunter, Paige and Alonzo were all awesome to work with and they were quick to answer any of our questions and kept us up to date on the project status. They even coordinated all the work we needed for electrical and gas installation. Watching them lift our 35-foot pool over our house, with a crane, was a masterful work of art. There were no major delays, and they were very timely in completing the project. Our pool is absolutely beautiful, and we have received tons of compliments on our backyard Oasis. I cannot say enough good things about John. He responded the same day I submitted my inquiry, which was on a Saturday and we set an appointment for Monday. John was always available to walk me through the process anytime I reached out. He was clear, patient, prepared and never made me feel rushed or pressured.

Making the decision to work with a contractor on such a large project cannot be taken lightly. You hear horror stories all the time about different contractors not completing work correctly (or at all for that matter). We spoke with numerous pool builders and decided to go with ProBuilt immediately after meeting with them. Eryn was very upfront about the entire process and put us at ease about any of our concerns. We knew that this project would take a while as production of fiberglass pools was backed up following Covid (it took about a year for the manufacturer to complete the pool and ship to ProBuilt). Once the pool was ready though and the ground began to thaw, it was all hands on deck. Joe and Junior worked like crazy to get the hole dug and ensure that everything was ready for the pool to be set. They always made themselves available to answer questions or provide little bits of advice too. The weather certainly didn’t want to cooperate with our timeline, so the whole process took a bit longer than we hoped it would, but that is no fault of ProBuilt’s. There were some other delays with the electrical work, but again, no fault of ProBuilt’s. Throughout the entire process, Eryn kept the lines of communication open and would always make herself available to answer our questions or provide an update on what was happening. Now that our pool is complete we couldn’t be happier and we know that we made the right choice!
