We are in the process of selling our condo, scheduled to have our 3 bedrooms steamed clean! I believe the carpets were the original ones when it was built! Results were way less than 'average.'
We showed the crew two areas of coffee staining. When they left, the stains were still there and actually looked even worse for some reason. Dissatisfied, we went to Walmart and bought some Spot Shot carpet cleaner. 30 minutes later the stains were totally gone - and we aren't even "professionals". A pretty half hearted effort I would say.
