This is the second time I've used Stanley Steemer and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend their services. The 2 men were polite and worked fast but took time to go over problem areas good.

Have not had service, went through with the quote process with was super easy. Showed up on time, Mike was knowledgeable and professional during the quote appointment.

Update after service: they did arrive late. When it came to the dryer cleaning my vent goes under my house. They did not go under and vacuum it out but still charged me for it. The quote was a great experience service work not so much. I think I could have gotten better service work for $600. Probably will not use again changing to 3 stars.

I received an online quote and confirmed the prices with the representative at corporate office. When the guys showed up to cleaning, The price was double what we were quoted through the online system. I showed the representative evidence of the quote as well as the name of the person I had spoken to at corporate office. They basically said it didn't matter this was the price and if I wanted the cleaning this was how much it would be. I think it is disgusting that an organization like Stanley Steemer cannot give accurate bids up front. I feel scammed and disappointed.
The guys did a good cleaning job and I was happy with their service and the one star is for them.

We were very pleased with how soon they were able to schedule our appointment. The technician was on time and the cleaning went well (2 bedroom wall to wall carpets, 1 carpeted staircase, 1 upholstered couch, and a tile kitchen floor). We will call again as needed!

Zach did an amazing job. He was able to get 95% of all the stains out of the carpet. He was also able to add cleaning an area rug to the job as a last minute addition. He was very friendly and professional. We would totally use his services again.

Texted when they were close. Upon arrival walked thru making sure what their job ticket said was what i ordered. Pleasant workers.. efficient workers. Quoted price is what I paid. Will use again and recommend to others.

We met with the Operations Manager and he was very thorough in his description of the duct cleaning services provided by Stanley Steemer. Unfortunately, when the techs came the following day the work didn't go the way we expected.

For instance, we were told the ducts would be scoped before and after cleaning to verify the effectiveness of the work. That didn't happen. In fact, pictures weren't taken until I mentioned it to the techs and then showed them debris left in the ducts. The pictures they took only show about 4' of the duct which is the easiest part to clean. A scope could have been inserted much further down the duct.

We were also told steps would be taken to keep the dirt out of the evaporator coil. That didn't happen either. The larger pieces of dirt and debris just fell onto the coil and we're vacuumed up afterwards. Hopefully the small vacuum they used was able to pull everything out of the coil.

Discrepancies like this can't help but make you question the entire job. I wish the ops manager and the techs were on the same page.

Overall, I think the Ops Manager over promises and the techs just do things the way they always have done them. Both the Ops Manager and the techs were satisfactory but no better. It would be difficult for me to recommend Stanley Steemer.

Update:
I received a call from Stanley Steemer and they offered to send a crew out to verify the cleanliness of the ducts. The crew arrived as scheduled and scoped the ducts. No issues were found.

Stanley Steemer is a reputable company that cares about making sure the customer is satisfied. They have very good equipment and their employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Considering their emphasis on customer satisfaction I would highly recommend them for duct cleaning.

Very professional, courteous and explained the process very well. Make sure I understood the pricing before they begin and quickly and efficiently got their services done. Would highly recommend.

We have been using Stanley Steamer for several years and every time we have a spot they say oh if it comes back, we will come back and treat it for no cost. Well, it always comes back and the carpet never looks like new again. But we just bought this new Bissell that has steam cleaning on it. You would not believe how it brought the nap back up on the carpet and made it look like brand new and now we have run our Rosie, the Shark Robot vacuum and it literally looks like brand new carpet. You should have seen the junk come out of this carpet and I believe we had Stanley in here about three months ago In which I contacted them about the spots reappearing and they said we had waited too long no I think we should’ve gotten away from Stanley Steamer a long time ago. Look at Sam’s Club for the Bissell steam cleaner combo carpet cleaner fraction of the cost of what Stanley Steamer charge one trip.

Ryan Faust from Stanley Steemer was our carpet cleaning specialist. Our family had put up with nasty drip stains on our carpeted stairway for 6 or 7 years. I personally had tried to rid our home of those stains (Made by dripping food/soup by my children while traveling downstairs to eat) My neighbors had suggested other carpet cleaning services but the stains always remained after they left. Ryan cleaned 2 large rooms and our 20 stairs in about 1.5 hours. The hard to remove stains are gone. That alone would get my praise but as Paul Harvey used to say - And, Now "The Rest of the Story". I had originally called Stanley Steemer because my dog had torn out a toe nail while playing downstairs and blood was everywhere (Every step he took and a severe blood stain where he finally laid down) We didn't know because it was dark and didn't see the blood stains until later. I thought I was going to have to buy new carpet. Nope, Ryan and Stanley Steamer saved my carpet (No sign of blood anywhere). I'm done experimenting with other carpet cleaners. Stanley Steemer has always been a big step actually and huge leap ahead of their competitors in this area. And, they did everything I just described above for $135 including tax. I gave Ryan a little something extra because I thought I was going to be buying thousands of dollars of new carpet but thanks to Stanley Steemer and Ryan that money can go to replacement windows or a family trip. I'm sure other places have nice people but if you need carpet/tile/upholstery cleaning there is honestly no one better you can call STANLEY STEEMER.
