Highly recommend this company. Get guys came out. Very professional. Explained exactly what would be done. Answer all the questions we had. Used protection for the sour and all corners. Helped move back furniture and put plastic pads under them to protect the furniture from the freshly cleaned floor. Kept site very clean start to finish. Our carpets are 27 years old and now look just they did when it was new.

The guys were friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. They came in walked through the house got a clear picture of the job. Asked questions and pointed out little things they were going to do.

They were in and out in less than an hour and did a fantastic job! I will definitely use them again in the future.

Cody was a no show to clean a couch and mattress. When attempting to call to check if he was on his way I was unable to reach him or leave a message as the mailbox was full. Very disappointed to say the least.

I've used 417 for several years and have always had a positive experience with them. I originally chose 417 because they actually clean the entire carpet by moving furniture to get to the areas needing to be cleaned. We have used Cody at 417 Cleaning Connection for many years. He has cleaned the carpets and rugs in our homes, as well as our office. We use him for routine cleaning, but we have also had to call him out for an emergent spill situation that involved red dye. He has never failed to get a spot or stain out, he is always on time, and he works hard to make sure that the job is done thoroughly and timely. Cody is fantastic!!!

We have used Steampro twice now and both times they have done an amazing job. Our carpet looks like new, and our house smells fresh. We used another company in the past that chemically treats the carpets for cleanliness, and we are much better pleased with the outcome of Steampro's treatment. Spots are permanently gone, and the few hours it takes to dry are a good time to go get some lunch and run some errands! Very affordable, and very professional. Would recommend Steampro to anyone.

We just had our carpets cleaned today, the guy who did it was very honest about some spots on the carpet that he may or may not get it out. We left to run errands and when we came back to check the results, it was great! We were very pleased with it and for only 89 dollars, it was the best deal! I would highly recommend this company to anyone! : )

We had never worked with Steampro prior to last week, but are so glad we did! When I first made contact I was able to schedule a time that was very convenient for me. Matt was our cleaner, and he called prior to showing up just to make sure I was home. He came within the time range given to me when I scheduled. The carpets looked great and he answered a lot of questions I had about pet urine, and how to keep the carpets looking fresh after being cleaned. He was friendly and professional and the company takes a lot of pride in their work. One heavy traffic area was a little over saturated and all I had to do was call and Matt came back the very next day and took care of it...with a smile! I was a little hesitant to have someone come out to clean our carpet, but after trying to shampoo it myself to no avail I decided to give it a shot. Matt came out, he was extremely polite and did a FANTASTIC job! My house smells AMAZING! No more urine smells! Stains are completely gone! Great price! Stuart did an amazing job! Called to verify appointment and showed up on time! Very professional and very friendly service. He was even wonderful with my active toddler who had questions and comments about everything(so A++)! All the stains are gone and my carpets look good as new! Would recommend to anyone! We used Steampro for carpet repair and cleaning services. We had several pet stains and a patch that needed fixed from a dog digging into the carpet. They were easy to get in touch with, very nice and reasonably priced, and did a great job cleaning and repairing the carpet. We will definitely use them again!

Called Steampro and spoke with David. Very professional and informative. Scheduled a quick convenient time. On day of appointment, David called and informed me his crew was running a little behind due to being short staffed. He and another gentleman showed up. Informed them of a couple of areas with light stains. They pretreated and gave special attention to the areas. Theses guys are great ! Carpet looks new again. I will use them again.
