Julio was very professional and did a great job. Carpet looks great and the price was reasonable. It was a very positive experience.

They always do a fantastic job. Professional, knowledgable, timely and they always make sure we're happy with the work. Are carpets are unique, but even still they came back to get them looking top notch. Can't recommend highly enough and I would never consider going with anyone else.

Julio, with Steam Pro, has been performing carpet and upholstery cleaning for me several times a year for years now. I’m a bit of a fanatic about clean fabrics and textiles in my home and I have two senior dogs, enough said. Settings a service appointment is convenient, customer service is beyond good and the quality of service clean is excellent and very thorough. Price is excellent too! Can’t do better.

David and Julio are so awesome to work with and made my area rugs look brand new. When I called for info he wasn't pushy or sales-y and instead was so helpful. 5 stars is not enough.

Not a good job at all. Large areas missed and stains still obvious after tech was finished.
Tech seemed to be very rushed and did not take his time at all. Five bedroom, two living room home was completed start to finish in an hour and 10 minutes.

I am so pleased with the work that Julio did. He was courteous and knowledgeable.The difference it made is unbelievable. Some pet accidents made me think the carpet was not salvageable. It is old carpet, but it looks like new. I highly recommend this company. I will only use them in the future.

We have used this company once in the past, several years ago, after finding a coupon for a discount on their services. We were very pleased with their services at that time.

Getting our carpets cleaned again was long overdue, so I called Steampro less than 2 weeks ago. Julio came to our house the very next day!! He cleaned our ground level carpets, the carpet on our stairs, and our basement carpet. He did a spectacular job!!! He’s a hard worker, very thorough, and was kind and personable.

We will definitely call Steampro the next time we need our carpets cleaned. By the way, it cost a little over $200 to get all that carpet cleaned. It looks great!!

This is the third time we've had Julio in our home to clean carpets and upholstery, and he is simply THE best. He's incredibly knowledgeable, highly professional, and genuinely kind. Amazing! I called them for cleaning a couple cushions on my sofa (new large breed puppy issues!) and a rug. No one else I called was winning to try and clean the cushions! But they did! Knowledgeable and helpful as they explained and created a game plan for the service with me! On time, priced fairly, And the results are amazing! Highly recommend!
