Everything looked great. There were a few spots that didn't turn out the best but the owner took care of it and was great to work with. He was so nice and apologetic for it not being perfect. He never made us feel bad for having negative feedback. He also got us on his schedule quickly, which we appreciated because we were in a time crunch. I will definitely use Steampro again. I really appreciated their great customer service.

Stuart from Steampro did an amazing job cleaning my carpets as well as scotch guard to keep them looking great longer .They were ahead of schedule and completed the job in a timely manner. Deep stains are gone and the carpet looks like new. He called ahead of time to introduce himself and let me know he was on his way. My carpets look fantastic and I have already booked another appointment in 6 months. Stuart was very personable and I felt very safe having him in my home. Originally had them out in January and they did an amazing job. Made my carpet look like it did almost 5 years ago when we first moved into our current home. Very polite and explains why they use the process they use. Would definitely recommend and am actually getting ready to book them a second time!

Of course, everybody wants their carpets cleaned or any other work performed done well by any place or type of business and these guys certainly didn't disappoint in that regard... the exception, however, is in their customer service and their thoughtfulness.
I've had some really good carpet cleaning service done in Springfield, by multiple companies (only one was a major disappointment and I won't say who it was because that's just not how I roll.. like we learned in grade school, "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all")... but Steam Pro was way over the top in every regard.
I would not only recommend them as a carpet cleaning service but as down right good people.

I've used Steampro for years and always have great results. They use less chemicals and have always cleaned my carpets and rugs really well. I have them come every so often for pet accidents and have utilized them for other stains and they have always delivered a perfectly clean product. They have responded quickly in the event of emergencies and are friendly and trustworthy. Highly recommend!!!

The SteamPro staff was beyond excellent! They were prompt, friendly, courteous, and did a wonderful job!! SteamPro more than delivered on what they said they would do for cleaning carpets, upholstery, and tile in our offices!! I would highly recommend this company for your cleaning needs!!

Our tile is Spotless. The grout is back to its original color. We’ve had it cleaned in the past but never had these results.

TLDR: HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Matt (our tech) and Steampro are awesome and my carpets look like new and it was completely affordable.

Matt was my technician and he was super friendly, professional, and knowledgable. The crew was perfectly on time and even texted me when they were on their way, so I knew exactly when to expect them.

Matt and I did a walkthrough the house and discussed the situation of each room and what treatments were needed, along with which areas needed the most attention--- I have an older, diabetic cat who had been using the carpet instead of his box for a bit... so gross. Then the living room carpet was HORRIBLE because of our Huskies coming in and out with muddy paws. He warned me of some areas that may not come out completely given the level of staining, but said they'd do their best in those areas.

Well, that warning was not necessary as the end result was shocking! I knew the carpet was rough, but it was night and day once they were finished. Matt and his crew did an amazing job getting ALL of the stains out. The rooms where the kitty had done his deeds did smell for a while after the cleaning, but then went away completely once they were dry (which is exactly what Matt told me to expect as the enzymes broke down the urine acids).

I will say that it took longer than expected for the carpets to fully dry, however they did a pretty heavy duty cleaning and we only have ceiling fans in two of the rooms-- so I have nothing to complain about considering the carpets basically look brand new. Next time I'll make sure to have a box fan for each room to help with the drying process.

Overall, I am SUPER pleased with everything Steampro had to offer-- great communication from the owner during scheduling, technician Matt was knowledgable, professional, polite and even helped me move a couple of larger furniture pieces that I couldn't move on my own. He is/was an excellent representation of the company! I can't say enough great things about them and on top of that I'm pretty sure they are literally the most affordable in town!

They’ve cleaned my Hard surface floors, and wax them for the last five years. Always a great job, always on time, and always professional. Would highly recommend for retail or home.
