We have a home warranty & have been calling them for 3 days of 99 degree heat that our air conditioner was not working. We called Aire Serv because we were so hot in our house & Aire Serv of Springfield came out the next day to give us some relief. I'm 77 on oxygen & my husband is 82. This is not healthy for either of us. Aire service of Springfield/ Branson is worth coming out for your repairs.

Since moving to Springfield 2.5 years ago, we’ve used this company for checkups on our system with fantastic results. This last service with Shane was another positive encounter. Always prompt, very personable, leaving us feeling like we are being well taken care of…highly recommend!!

Mike is a great technician. The service is always top notch. I have everything checked twice a year. The new unit they put in 2yrs ago is awesome. Since I'm on the top floor of my condo with high ceilings it works great. I wouldn't think of using anyone else!!!

Hey your team just installed a new unit in my house at Willard. Redoing this review. My a/c quit working within a week. Your 1st crew set it up incorrectly. I know your team works long hours but it was frustrating. Fortunately your 2nd and 3rd tech fixed the problem and I.d. the issue. Straight honest what the issue was. Thanks to them.

Mike was easy to talk to and took the time to show and answer all my questions. He recommended a couple of maintenance items to help my 11 year old A/C unit make it to hopefully 15. Thank you to Aire Serv, in general, for keeping my A/C and furnace in fantastic shape.

So when we bought our house last year, my husband had our AC serviced, and apparently bought their 189.00 service contract. My husband passed in Jan (we never called back) They reached out to me saying it was paid for and made an appt to service heater for winter.
After Kent passed, something chewed through the wires on AC so I called ' Air SERVICES " who were very professional I too purchased THEIR service contract for same 189.00.
When Air Serve called to schedule the appt, I inquired about having them flush my water heater, she said they don't do plumbing , people mistake them for the other company. Long story shortened, he did inspection, said everything seemed ok, then rattled off 3 things he recommended I get since it is 7 yrs old ( my house just turned 6 yrs old)
One item was 1,999, the other parts ran around 900.00 so just around 3,000, I told him I was unable to, since I lost my husband's disability, and am trying to hang on to the home we worked whole life for (thanks VA) I asked if he neede filter sizes to replace ? ( other company Air Services ) does every time they come out.
He proceeded to just flash a light on it from floor, said it looked spotty but should be ok for a bit. Today I climbed up to change the filter, and it was filthy !!
I will not be calling/renewing this company's service contract, but WILL continue using Air SERVICES !! They know how to treat their customers, and don't hesitate to help a senior widow. I will attach photo of dirty filter

Needed after hours service and they were able to come and fix our a/c within 2 hours. Service man Randy was terrific.

They were quick to respond to my call and Charlie the technician was very knowledgeable. He found the problem quickly and fixed our ac. Also, felt the pricing was very reasonable.

Mike Clark did an excellent job servicing my heater for this winter. I use him every six months to clean and repair my equipment.

Charlie was absolutely fantastic! He arrived right on time, was incredibly professional, and clearly knew his stuff when it came to our HVAC system. We had an incredibly complex problem he diagnosed, explained everything thoroughly, and advocated for us with the manufacturer resulting in us getting a new unit under warranty. He went out of his way to provide the best service and he was very respectful of our home, keeping his workspace tidy. Highly recommend Charlie for any HVAC needs – truly a top-notch technician!

I had a great experience with my HVAC technician, Shane. He was prompt, professional, and diligent throughout the entire visit. Not only did he take the time to answer all of my questions, but he also shared helpful information about my AC system that gave me a better understanding of how it works and how to maintain it.

While Shane provided excellent customer service, what really stood out was the level of care he brought to the entire experience. He made sure I felt informed, comfortable, and confident in the work being done. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable and genuinely invested in a positive customer experience.

Mike Clark was my tech for mt 6 months maintenance for my furnace I did point out my concerns for my fan motor and he confirm that was was beyond repair and to replace it which I could hear my fan screaming really loud but from now on I plan on having mike come out and service my unit

Thank you to Marco for coming out same day to replace a circuit board in the furnace and install a new thermostat. Very appreciated as we enter much colder temps in the next week!

Bad experience detailed below.

This service was ordered by someone else for me, so I can't comment on the cost, but the rest of the service was simply bad. Details below

I was initially told they would arrive at 12 PM CST, and they were knocking on my door by 10 AM. No updates, no announcements or contact. They did not identify themselves, only saying "I'm here to clean the ducts." No explanation of what they were going to do or anything. Simply going about their task.

They use a combo of electric air compressor and a gas-engine powered dust collector. The compressor runs off my electricity (nobody said a word or even asked, and I didn't get a say). The dust collector dumped gas fumes into my place, making my young child and me sick, so I opened the windows.

Shortly after, the tech turned up the heat. Again, no explanation. I walk over and let them know the windows are open, asking why the heat is on. They ask if that was what I had ordered, and I let them know that I was not the one to order it. They said they would "confirm the order" with their boss, and walked out.

They called the person who ordered it, and that person then accused me of "obstructing" and preventing the tech to work. Asking a question is off limits when literally nothing has been explained? Instead of any further communication, they simply packed up and left without saying a word.

They left the door of the HVAC closet open, dirt was still in the house, garage, and out front. They drove off leaving the job unfinished. On top of that, they put 2 2-3" long scratches on the front right fender of my car in the garage.

I called in that day to complain about the service, spoke with someone calling themselves "Logan" and was told that I would receive a call back by the end of day. It didn't happen. It still hasn't happened.

I called again after a week and still no return call.

The experience I had showed a company who engaged in unprofessional, dishonest behavior, demonstrably lying to and about the customer, and damaging property. They refuse to even return a call. I can think of no good thing to say; absolute dishonesty at every possible encounter with these people.

Have always had a positive experience with this company. When I managed rent houses I could always make an appointment convenient for me or if an emergency they always sent someone within 24 hours. They show you the parts they would be replacing and if you say no there is no hassle ever.

I use this company for all my properties and they do great work.

I would highly recommend this HVAC company. They were prompt and professional. They replaced our hvac system in a fraction of the cost we got other estimates for.
