Patreese and her team were meticulous and amazing! Thank you for exceeding our expectations again. This is the only cleaning service I will use, they are amazing.

Eads cleans our home on a regular basis and we’re very pleased with the results. The teams change from visit to visit but the service is pretty consistent because they have a routine that they follow. Our December team did a great job after all of our holiday houseguests had gone and the team we had this past week also did an exceptional job. Highly recommend.

Samantha and team did a great job cleaning my house and doing detailed dusting. I love the convenience of a service because they are in and out in a couple of hours and I can go on with my day. Plus, payment is done electronically and I don't have to worry about having the correct amount or money changing hands.

Love to come home to a wonderful clean house and enjoy the weekend! A little more expensive than other quotes, but they provide a much longer to-do list. Have had no problems at all with communication with staff and management, it has been excellent. The initial deep clean was amazing, everything was spotless and felt and smelled fresh and clean. Only concern is that their regular cleaning products don’t leave that clean/ washed feeling I really want ( I prefer surfaces to be wiped clean/ not dusted with dry cloth) and my husband feels that they are doing a less thorough job the longer we’re with them. Originally 2 or more were here almost3 hrs, but lately not. We’ve had other companies over the years, Eads is overall best so far.

We have so far gotten our first deep clean done, and it was great! Michelle was helpful in getting us started and clearly explaining everything. The team that did our cleaning were so friendly and accommodating, and I honestly have never seen my house look so clean! Amazing job at an affordable price, would definitely recommend!

The owner Michelle was excellent to go through our home so you could give us a good estimate for a deep cleaning for our home. We were having an Open House within 7 days, so we were on a tight schedule, but she accommodated us so that the work was done just before the scheduled date. Michelle gave us a lot of information about her company, what they would and would not do, and told us exactly what we should expect from their work.
The 3 cleaners came at the exact time scheduled, asked a few questions, got to work immediately and when we came home.....the house looked fantastic. They were professional and cordial.
The company uses environmentally safe products and bring their own supplies.
I would highly recommend this company. We sold our home in 6 days, and I think a large part of that was the work You've Got Maids did on our home.

Just had a team of people from EadsCo this morning. They are always great and I enjoy having their service. This morning I was especially impressed with today's cleaning crew. They were very organized, very efficient and very friendly. They did a great job! I'm thinking I don't want to cook today ..... don't want to mess up my super clean home!

Maintenance cleaning of my home completed on 8/30/24 was great. Special shout out to team lead Jade, she was exceptional. Her attention to detail did not go unnoticed and is greatly appreciated.

Team done wonderful cleaning on 02/02/24! They were great! They've asked questions throughout their cleaning to be sure I was satisfied. This is truly a value added feature that I really appreciate. They also made sure I was pleased with their work prior to them leaving. And willing to adjust as necessary on the next cleaning. These beautiful ladies were willing to go the extra mile and take pride in their quality and end results! I definitely can stay with these ladies on a monthly basis and be happy.

I am so pleased with the deep clean that EadsCo Cleaning completed for my bathrooms and kitchen yesterday! The team worked extremely hard and the result was awesome! Great communication with me as a customer to manage expectations. Really above and beyond what I expected.

I was so impressed when Michelle came out to go over her company and services. She was super organized and very professional. The service is great and the price is very fair! We hired them for a deep clean and biweekly maintenance clean.

Our first deep clean had a few minor issues but Michelle was in touch and sent out a team the very next day after she confirmed they would make it right. I was very impressed with the team that came out and they made everything right.

Just had our third team out today and we are just as happy with the service. The cleaning crews are nice and professional. It’s such an awesome feeling to have a sparkling house after they leave.

Really love this service and it is worth every penny for the feeling of a clean home and it improves my mental health because it takes all that stress of deep cleaning off of me or trying to cram a bunch of cleaning in on nights and weekends.

Lastly, I LOVE the details. I love how they organize the blankets and throw pillows and how they fold and organize things *just so* for that extra touch. You have to hire them to see it for yourself.

I just had a cleaning from Patrerse and her team. They were very thorough and attended to all details in cleaning upstairs and down. All members of the team are very friendly and responsive to any request. And they are quite diligent in communicating when they will arrive and when they are leaving. It is always so nice to have a very clean house after they have been here to clean.

I have to say that I was absolutely blown away with the amazing job that the EadsCo team did with detailing and deep cleaning our home. They made our house shine! If I could give them 10 stars I would. Sarah did a great job going over my home and helping me to figure out exactly what it was that I needed. She was really great and so helpful.

The cleaning team was friendly, polite and incredibly hardworking and they again, asked me exactly what I was wanting to be done during their cleaning. The end result was far and above what I expected (I have high standards!). I will be using them again and highly recommend EadsCo. Wowwww!

We have been impressed with our EadsCo cleaning experience. One of the aspects we truly value is the follow-up email after each cleaning, inviting feedback on anything that may have been missed or suggestions for improvement. The cleanings are always thorough and reliable, and our most recent cleaning, thanks to Tiana and her team, was flawless—no notes at all!

The only enhancement to our experience would be greater flexibility in the recurring cleaning schedule. Ideally, we’d prefer options like the first Tuesday of every month or a five-week interval to avoid two cleanings in some months. However, their current policy requires a deep cleaning for any interval longer than four weeks, which limits this flexibility.

Overall, we remain satisfied with EadsCo and appreciate their dedication to providing excellent service!

Completely unreliable. When they decide to show up, they generally do a fine job. But they have not shown up on the scheduled date since September 2024. We are scheduled to have the house cleaned every 4 weeks, but this has only happened 3 times in the past 13 months. After canceling their scheduled clean before Easter, they came 7 weeks after the last cleaning and only cleaned half of the house. Today they were scheduled to come again, and texted last minute that they are not coming at all. It is beyond frustrating to change my work schedule to accommodate their schedule, only for them not to come. This is a completely unacceptable way to run a business.

Very Important for all of you guys, don’t waste your money with this professional company! “Scammers” Can’t trust what this business listed about all the job description!!! I don’t know where to start, too many failures and they lied!
The thing is They didn’t do what they supposed to do! Scammer fir sure!!! You’ve Got Maids of St. Charles, MO definitely ripped us off. We got the “Deep clean Move in/Out” service & paid very high cost. They totally done to our place, they even came to confirmed about the Place condition and price before we agreed! But they for sure not do they job & just pocket our chunk of money!
When we asked for quote, they were so nice and called us back but as soon as we agreed no more answering our calls no more returning our voicemails! On top of it the agreement was when the cleaning crews got to the location they will inform us & the same thing when they done before they leave the location. Zero… that was not happening, 3 cleaning crews came. One was working and the other 2 of them were taking a break chit chatting at the master room. We needed to call and pointed to them more than 3 times still they don’t do their job! No follow up to see how was our experience, just wash they hand. Won’t take ownership to stand behind they work and company! Don’t waste your money and time guys, if you don’t want to get ripped off by You’ve Got Maids of MO! I could show more proof but this some of evidence to share.

Never hired them for anything but my boyfriend and I were doing a u-turn when one of their cars ran a red light and about hit us (our light was green) then they proceeded to swerve in and out of their lane. It looked to be two young girls driver was brunette and the passenger appeared to be blonde. With the way she was driving she seemed to be under the influence. They couldn’t have been but early 20’s if that. Very concerning.

Vehicle was black/dark blue. It was a small to mid sized SUV. Most likely 2010 or newer. The advertisement was sent on the front driver side door.

Michelle and her team are so processed! This is important because the clients never have to guess what will be done. The details down to the little things make the space beautiful. They are great referral partners and community partners.
