Rylee has been a wonderful cleaner. She is very detail-oriented & thorough. My dog absolutely loves her & gives kisses every time she visits. We have been with Cleaning Plus for 13 years. Anytime there has been an issue, they are open to feedback and quick to resolve. They have always been very flexible with the holidays and do what they can to make everyone's schedule work out. I have used Cleaning Plus for over 8 years. The owner, Leslie, is thorough & meticulous in understanding exactly what services are required in each room of my home. I love how they send 1 person to my home instead of a team. In a high turn-over industry, Leslie has provided consistent staff for my home over the years. Our current cleaner, Meagan, always arrives with a smile, and puts so much care into her work. She never seems to mind our crazy pets, or kids that run through spaces she just cleaned. Meagan always leaves our home sparkling and fresh.

Christin and her crew did an amazing job yesterday on my house! All the special little details they did made it feel like not only was my house beautifully clean, but it was made to feel resort like with they way they folded accent blankets and arranged pillows. Such a lovely job! Can't wait until they come again! :)

You’ve got maids is wonderful! They always text and arrive when they say they will and do a thorough job. With three kids it can be a lot but I always look forward to coming home when they’ve done their great work! They do special touches like setting up the kids stuffed animals, or professionally folding over the toilet paper or hand towels that make it pop. Highly recommend!

We LOVE the ladies that come clean our home. While I have never met them personally my husband says they are all very friendly and they actually like our dogs. They are always leaving notes about how amazing or sweet they are and this time they put a cute note on my daughter's easel that is in her room. It said "You have such a pretty room!" and they decorated the easel with curlicues and dots. She LOVED it! They even helped with some decorations that I hadn't put up yet. The places they put the decorations didn't need holes in the wall or anything. I cannot say enough good about "You've Got Maids." They always do a great job and it's SO nice coming home to a clean home, that smells great!

My cleaning on 11/24 was exceptional. I really appreciated the attention given to detail. Even my dog’s squeaky toy lion was placed sitting really cute next to his bowl. The house smelled great and the couch had been thoroughly vacuumed. Great job team!

Michelle and her team at You've Got Maids St Charles have been wonderful! I love coming home to a clean house that smells great, looks perfect, and I never worry about the security of my belongings. Once again, I came home to a SPOTLESS house! And, the people who work for You've Got Maids have been personable and hardworking. Thanks to Michelle and her crew for doing a wonderful job on our home! We couldn't be more pleased with their work.

I've only had the initial deep clean so far, but that service was first class. Over the last year my home has been a construction zone for a couple of reasons, and I did my best to clean up after the work. But as a full-time working, single dad, finding the time to do a thorough house-wide deep-clean, and then keeping up with the messes, were more than I could handle on my own. I decided to give YGM a try based on the rave reviews, and I am so glad I did. I've never seen such an efficient crew of people. They were very organized and extremely thorough. I could not be happier. My house is spic and span, and now I finally feel like I can keep up. They'll be coming back every two weeks!

Michelle and her Team were very professional. The house cleaning we received from the team was great, they seemed to get everything! The little details like folding the blankets in my son's crib were a nice touch. If the following cleanings are just as good, I will be keeping them long term for sure. I highly recommend You've Got Maids.

*Update* - After 3 months of having You've Got Maids clean my house, I will say the cleaning was still well done. However, security was a big issue. At the start of service they were supposed to take my house key as instructed, but instead, left it under my mat outside. I found this out when I found my key out in the open one day. Long story short, I was also due a refund (which was confirmed by them) and never received it. Even after multiple attempts at contacting them to get it.

A clean house is not worth the security risk IMO. I'd stay away.

**Update: Response to owner:

It was stated at the initial house review that I would supply the key under the mat ON THE FIRST day of cleaning so the cleaners could take it with them when they left. They did not take it as instructed and I have emails letting them know this.

As for the refund, I did FINALLY get it after disputing the charge with my credit card company. The refund was not willing given to me by You've Got Maids! Dropping another star for dishonestly.
