Everyone is always so great! They work quickly but always do such a great job and pay such good attention to details. Their work takes such a weight off of our shoulders from not having to keep up with cleaning as much.

One of our tenants hired Molly Maid to clean their empty unit after they had moved out (Molly Maid had also been consistently cleaning this unit during their period of residence). Based on the knowledge that a professional cleaner had been hired, our assumption was that the unit would be turned over to us with quality cleanliness. We were very much mistaken. This unit that was cleaned by Molly Maid was actually one of the dirtiest units that has ever been turned over to us. An entire recleaning by our own staff was needed to give it the attention and professional care Molly Maid failed to do.

None of the ceiling fans were wiped (even though the blades and chain pulls were visibly covered in dust). All the window blinds were dusty. The refrigerator and freezer were never opened by Molly Maid because both still had dried spills and food residue. The oven was not cleaned. The stovetop had burnt rings around the burners that just a little elbow grease would have removed. None of the kitchen or bathroom cabinetry had been attended to. All the sink drains had dirty residue around them. Dried urine was on the outside of one toilet. The shower surrounds were covered in soap film- built up from never being thoroughly scrubbed either during Molly Maid’s final clean or the entirety of their periodical cleaning during this tenant's one year occupation. There was a spot on the floor and baseboard with dried pet urine. The basement steps were filthy- covered in dirt, lint, and dried spills.

Team #7 did a fantastic job on my home. Stacey and Katie worked hard to deep clean all areas of my house. I was very satisfied. They displayed awesome personalities and made me feel comfortable. I look forward to seeing them again.

Molly Maid did an absolutely amazing job with my move-out cleaning! They left my old apartment spotless — every corner was cleaned to perfection. When I walked in after they finished, it felt like I was stepping into a home staged for a showing. I couldn’t believe how fresh, tidy, and polished everything looked. Their attention to detail and professionalism truly made a stressful move feel much easier. Highly recommend!

Worst "cleaning" experience. I don't know how this business is still operating but I'll be putting a review to the BBB on this.

I paid $200+ for a crew of two to clean my bathroom sink, toilet & kitchen sink. Every other surface & floor in the house still had dirt on it with no items even moved. Completely unacceptable. I went and still had to clean my house after they vacated.

I hired Molly Maid services to clean the home we had moved out of (2 people for $90/hr). Thankful, I went back the next day to check over their work and it was very poorly down. There were crumbs on the floor, smudges on the stove and mirrors, baseboards that were not vacuumed or cleaned up, etc. I am not sure what the maids were doing for the 2 hours I paid them for. I called customer service and talked with a manager. I was able to be refunded for half of the money. Sadly, I would have to say I will not be using Molly Maid again. I would double check their work if they are coming to clean your place, especially for the price.

I hired Molly Maids of St. Charles to clean my home nearly a year ago, against the wishes of my husband who didn't like the idea of strangers coming into our home to clean. I thought that because they were a large, reputable company/brand that they would be trustworthy. I was WRONG and should’ve listened to my husband.

Despite my asking for the same crew, each cleaning is a continuous rotation of different crews. On top of proving to not be trustworthy, they did not clean well and frequently missed areas I specifically requested to be cleaned.

I deeply, deeply regret hiring them.

They were okay but really not what I wanted. Very poor communication and mediocre cleaning service.

I went online and filled out the form to get a quote. I wanted to talk to someone. Instead it basically just schedule the cleaning. I was a new customer I wanted a very specific cleaning services like a deep clean because we were preparing our house to be put on the market.

I was contacted by text where I mentioned I was interested in a deep clean. I was told that the person cleaning would get all of the details When they came to clean.

It was a crew of three ladies. When they came in they looked at me like I was insane when I started to tell them what I wanted. Like they already knew what to do and I was just being annoying. Very much giving dead stare. I told them again that I want a deep clean.

They were done pretty quickly. They did a good job for just a general clean. But I was expecting baseboards fan blades and everything. I was willing to pay for it too. I think it all just boils down to really bad communication.

I will not be using this company again.

They sent two maids to our home and it was mediocre at best. the two maids that were sent to our home rung the doorbell and without missing a beat attempted to open the door without permission. Thankfully the door was locked and when I had greeted them, they had a nasty attitude. You upcharged me from the posted invoice. A field manager was supposed to be sent to our home, but we did not hear back. I will never recommend Molly maid to anyone. So disappointing!

Edit: So Molly Maid gave us a call yesterday profusely apologizing for their lack of service that had went down a few weeks back. In the conversation, the caller stated they had reimbursed us $60, but wanted to do a quid pro quo in the removal of this review, which tells me this is a scummy business, a service you'd think they'd be clean from...but I digress. Thank you for the reimbursement, but no, I won't take this review down. For anyone else, take this as a warning when doing business with MM in this area.

I had a great experience working with Rebecca and Shy they were very thorough in their clean and so kind. I am hosting a party this weekend and it really helped to have a nice deep clean before having guests over! Thank you Molly Maid!

I have never left a business review before, let alone a negative review. I'm the type of person who will say "it's ok!" at a restaurant when they mess up my order. I just never say anything. But this needs to be said. Molly Maid charged me $585 for an initial "deep clean" of my 1800sf home. What I got was a mediocre at best surface clean. Several areas of flooring were not touched, with visible dirt and sticky spots on the floors. They did a good job making sure countertops, sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets were clean. Aside from that, you would never know my house had been "deep cleaned." I had my home prepared for this clean, everything was picked up and tidy. There is really no excuse as to why 2 young ladies with several hours and no interruptions couldn't have 1800 square feet spotless, which is what a deep clean is. I have 5 kids and can do a mediocre surface clean myself in an hour or two. I hired this company because I need help. Molly Maid lowered the price to $450 after I explained what had happened, but stood by their cleaning team's performance. Needless to say I won't be having them back to half ass surface clean my average sized house for hundreds of dollars.

Hannah is the best! She always arrives with a smile, and does a great job paying attention to detail! She leaves a note each time with a brief summary of what she focused on during the visit.

Stephanie deserves to get a 5 star rating on her cleaning. She does a great job. She is a keeper!!

My wife and I have used Cleaning Plus for over seven years now, and that in itself should describe their excellence. Stephanie has been our cleaner for the last year or so, and we are constantly telling the boss that we love her to death. She sticks to a strict regimen of cleaning services every single visit, and she always does a fantastic job. And having two very hairy dogs, it is great to See our house, spotless and hair free when Stephanie leaves. Thank you, Stephanie, and Cleaning Plus, for all you do!

I have been a customer for approximately 3 years. I receive consistent great service. Taylor has serviced my account for 8 or 9 months and she is wonderful! She is thorough, efficient and very polite and kind.

Ashley is amazing! Every visit she does something new to amaze us, above and beyond the great cleaning job. Last time, she left little duckies for each of my kids to find. Another time, my wife wanted to give me credit for organizing our youngest’s room, and while I would have loved to take it, I truthfully told her it was Ashley, again, going above and beyond.
