I have used other cleaning companies and nothing compares to YGM so far. The best part might be their communication. They are very easy to work with when changes need to be made on my end or theirs. The cleaning crew is very consistent and will even throw in extra detailed cleanings. They moved our dogs crate and made sure to vacuum the mat his crate sits on! All in all an honest 5/5 from us on YGM.

We have been using YGM for 3 years. The cleaning crew has done weekly cleans, deep cleans, move in and move out cleans for us. We have built a relationship with YGM over the last few years and trust they are going to do a top notch job. The staff is professional, friendly, and flexible (we have 3 kids, a dog, and a busy schedule so the flexibility is huge). The owner is easy to work with, communicative, and returns calls, texts, and emails promptly if I need to make any changes in scheduling, cleaning, or have questions. We appreciate the time and energy this company puts into their cleanings and their attention to detail. I love coming home to a clean house. Tuesdays are my favorite day of the week! I highly recommend this company.

From the time I filled out the request for a quote, I have had nothing but an excellent experience! I received a call back and a 52 point inspection set up for their first visit within two days.

Not only, were the expectations given for what I should receive. I was blown away at the superior level of knowledge, plus all of the cleaning crew and level of cleaning my house received today. I feel very lucky that I found them and know that I will be a very happy customer from here on out.

Had Eads Co. Cleaning cleaned our house today and the team that did the job was excellent. They will do special things, all you have to do is tell them what you want. You won’t be disappointed.

We had a team from You've Got Maids come and do a deep clean a couple weeks ago and we were very happy with the results! We recently moved into a renovated home, so there was a lot of construction dust still lingering. The dust is all gone after our cleaning. The team was very accommodating as we had a couple of other crews here doing work around the house, delivering furniture and my husband and I both working from home. They did a very thorough clean despite the chaos! We have them coming back on a bi-weekly basis and it's so nice to know this will be taken care of by such a competent crew.

You’ve Got Maids did a stellar job on our home! We’ve been looking for the right house cleaning service for about two months. With two small children (5 and 2), a puppy, full-time jobs, running to school and activities plus long commutes, we barely have time to breathe. We are so fortunate to have found the team at You’ve Got Maids. They listened to our needs and fully exceeded our expectations. Our home was literally cleaned, refreshed and carefully organized from top to bottom. We literally thought we were walking into a new house! Everything looked brighter! The kids loved the way their beds were made so much that they slept on top of the sheets! Now that’s a record! Hands down the best! I hired "You've got Maids" from online searches. I called and Michelle was able to come make a visit 2 days later to quote for my services. She was wonderful. I had a great feeling about the company from my first impression of her. She explained things in detail, the way they work, how they do the job and the culture of her company. I chose to have the house cleaned every 2 weeks. Her team came yesterday for the first cleaning. They were on time, very friendly and professional and did an absolutely amazing job. Hands down the best cleaning company I have ever had! The attention to detail is unbelievable! The '52 point' cleaning included every surface in my home! You can tell the staff takes great pride in their work and the attention to detail is off the charts. After the ladies left I walked through my house--TWICE just smiling and looking around in amazement and disbelief of how wonderful everything looked!! I text a couple friends a picture of the towels in the bathroom (they folded them for a beautiful display) and told them that our hotel was open since the house and towels looked so great. That text to 3 friends all lead them to get the number to call for their homes! haha. This company proves that details matter..and are very appreciated. Thank you Michelle and her team!!

Working with the manager to learn about their services was a breeze. She's very knowledgeable and was responsive to all my questions. The cleaning team did an outstanding job. They treated my home with respect and care and left it looking fantastic.

Andrew and his team were very thorough! They even deep cleaned the teenagers bathroom spotless!!! As Realtors keeping up with the house gets hectic after baseball practice and games, neighborhood kids in and out etc.. Andrew was very courteous and friendly and his team did an outstanding job! Look forward to many years of great service!

Eads Cleaning company have been assisting with cleaning our home for several years. The team leaders do a great job on teaching and mentoring the newer staff. Patreese and Tajaina do a fantastic job every time they are here. I appreciate the company and how they teach the new employees.

I had YGM come out to do a deep clean prior to Thanksgiving and signed up for a service contract. Sarah came out to the house and reviewed all of the services with me. She was great throughout the entire process and communicated well.

Unfortunately, the first cleaning crew did not do a good job. One bathroom was completely forgotten, baseboards and floors weren't cleaned in another bathroom, counters in kitchen weren't wiped down, and a variety of areas were either just "dusted around" or completely untouched. As that is not what I expect for a deep clean, I contacted Sarah and she immediately arranged for a team to come out the next day to make things right.

The second team did a decent job overall, but there were still areas of the first floor that were missed or not done well (bookshelf not dusted, cobwebs still in light fixtures, streaky windows). The quality was not on par with what I do on a biweekly basis of me just cleaning to keep up, so definitely not worth the almost $500. I'm sure they would have come back a third time, but the hassle and disappointment was not worth it.

The customer service with YGM was by far the best from any cleaning company I contacted, and the staff were very nice. However, because of the quality, I canceled my service agreement and will not have YGM back to the house. I would not recommend them.

They do great work every time, but for the last cleaning, they did an exceptional job. I had dropped something behind a cabinet a couple of days before and was in a hurry and left it. After YGM did a maintenance cleaning, I found the item on the counter. When they cleaned the floor, they not only made sure to go under the cabinet but went ALL THE WAY back to the wall and pulled out the item that fell. I was impressed!

Michelle gave me a detailed explanation of charges and work to be done. I felt confident that her crew would do a great job. Her crew; Haley, Margaret, Ashley & Loren were all very pleasant & professional and they all did a great job. I owned a cleaning service for 10 years and I know what to look for in a good cleaning job. They exceeded my expectations and I will now have them clean my home every 2 weeks. You've Got Maids has been cleaning our home every 2 weeks for almost 2 years. They do a phenomenal job! I was able to customize our cleanings to fit within our budget (choosing which rooms get cleaned, opting to have the upstairs and finished basement alternating between cleanings while the main level gets cleaned each time) and they have also been able to accommodate me the few times that I needed to have a cleaning moved. They notify me via text when they are on their way to our house , always arrive within the estimated time frame for arrival (emailed to me a few days before each cleaning), and always do a fantastic job with the cleanings. I highly recommend You've Got Maids!

You’ve Got Maids performed a deep cleaning on my home today that was meticulous. The ladies are super nice and work very hard. They made sure they understood my needs and met them with flying colors. All of my doors, woodwork, shutters, and more were hand washed. Top to bottom dusting using various tools;my lamp shades never looked better! They even bring all the equipment, cleaners and even trash bag replacements. Very professional. Five stars for all 3 women and the company process followed. I will definitely refer friends. And, thanks to a friend who referred me too. Definitely highly recommend.
