My wife and I love Molly Maid. We have used Molly Maid for almost a year now, and we are extremely pleased. The team that cleaned our house at the beginning is different than who cleans it now, but anyone who has come into our house has done an amazing job; we feel extremely comfortable with the whole Molly Maid crew. Team 2, Ashley and Jessica, clean our house bi-weekly, and they always do such a wonderful job. They are detail oriented, hard workers, friendly, and accommodating. They go above and beyond to not only take care of our house, but they also love on our animals (three cats and a dog). Knowing that the people who come in to the home are also friendly with our pets gives me such a peace of mind.

I had my first cleaning with Molly Maid yesterday, and I was very pleased! My mirrors absolutely glisten, there is no spot of dust to be found, and my shower is cleaner than I've ever seen it! Loved my team leader, Jennifer! She has high standards and made sure everything was done right. Thanks for her and Stacey for a job well done! I'm definitely sticking with Molly Maid for my monthly cleaning. Thanks, girls!

I have been using Molly Maids for about four years and they are wonderful. It is a great group of people that do a thorough job. My house always looks amazing after they come out to clean. I have cats and the workers are really good with them. I think they are priced pretty reasonable as well. I am definitely happy with their service!

The team did a phenomenal job with my first clean. I am looking forward to their return every 2 weeks.

I had another service for the past 2 years and finally get fed up with their poor and inconsistent performance. When I reached out to Molly Maids, I assumed it would be way more expensive because I heard that they did a great job, every time. I was delighted to learn that I would only be paying $1 more!

First and last cleaning. Time of arrival far later than expected. I didn't think after 10am meant 2:45 but I'll blame myself for this. One of the individuals continued to state she had to be gone by 4. The entire thing seemed rush and as a result subpar cleaning. They had to come back the next day and the cleaning was not good. The ladies were kind however first impression is lasting impression. I have to do better research on the next company.

Team 10, Michelle and Sam were excellent. They got all of the areas I wanted done quickly. They were very professional, friendly, and efficient. They checked with me to make sure they were following what I wanted done. My house looked and smelled so good when they left. This was our first time using Molly Maid and we will be definitely using them again. We were very pleased with their services and it was worth the money. We will be using Team 10 again. Thanks ladies! Now I can relax for awhile.

Molly Maid provides a poor service at a high cost. There's no attention to detail, the cleaners were in our home less than 40 minutes, and this happened repeatedly.

We're paying ~$70 an hour for two people to clean our home. I expect high quality work and during the last several months, it was never delivered.

Calling to express concerns is a temporary fix at best. You do not want this company in your home. Please don't waste your hard earned money like we did.

The cleaning was okay. My biggest issue is they said I had a balance and an invoice was sent. I did not see invoice (not saying it wasn't sent however I did not see it) When I called to pay the last two months no one talked to me about a balance and just my payment. Today they keep my card on file without asking me and take $129 out without telling me or calling me. I understand a balance being owed. But what business just takes your regular payment for two months and says nothing about a balance then randomly decides to take money out of your account?

The ladies were delightful. Very friendly and happy doing their work. They worked hard to make my home look great. They explained the process to me as this was my first time using the service. They were also very responsive with my requests. I have a shower that had some stains that I could not get out but they worked magic on it to my delight. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service. I had Team #3 and they were awesome and I am happy to continue the service!

The girls did a wonderful job! They were so friendly, and such good workers! Their work was outstanding! I can’t wait to keep working with Molly Maid every two weeks to ensure my place always stays this clean!! Gabi and Sadie (spelling?) I hope will be back!

I have had a good experience until yesterday. My stainless steel fridge was one big mess. Not all of the mirrors were cleaned. The beds were not changed etc. Please do not send the same two girls again. We would like Star and her partner please. Thank you

I was very pleased with the team that cleaned my home this time. They did not leave a card so I don’t remember their names but they did wonderful! They cleaned my blinds which I’m not sure other teams did, and all the floors and counters were visibly clean. Thank you!

The 2 ladies that came out did an awesome job on the house! We requested a move out clean. They were very professional and quick. I would definitely use the company (especially the 2 ladies they sent) at our new home. Thank you!

Kim and Brittany always do an amazing job. We've been using them for almost 2 years now, and they are always professional, and very responsive to requests and feedback. The house always looks and smells amazing when they're done.

The ladies were very professional. They paid attention to detail while cleaning. My house was sparkling and clean when they were done. I provided some products for my hardwood floors but they brought most of everything needed to get my home squeaky clean. Thank you so much!

Friendly, efficient and love my home after they’re finished cleaning.

Used Team 7 for a move out clean. General clean was ok however hall bathroom in corners and behind and hall still had dirt on floor. The microwave was not clean at all. A hall closet used for dry food storage still had dust bunnies and onion skins on the floor. I called and they offered to bring a manger out and look but could not come out before the new owners me over I. Which was a weeks time. You would think they could find time within a week for a $275 job and possible new customer. They didn’t even offer to take money off.

We had Star and Charisse (sorry if spelling is wrong) clean our house and they were fantastic! So kind and friendly and they did a fabulous job of cleaning our house. When they left everything looked sparkly and new. They even left cute little touches like flowers out of the tissue in our tissue boxes. They got us so ready for Thanksgiving hosting and the arrival of our second baby. Can’t thank this mother daughter duo enough!

The team was great and I always stick with Molly Maids! They are consistent and do quality work!!
