This company is not consistent and I feel very taken advantage of and ripped off. The quality control is baseless. Photo taken after my room was ‘cleaned’ . Keep in mind the only thing they do is ‘detail’ clean. Sooooo why is this dusty? For reference I have been having cleanings every other week for several months now.

I've been a client for a long time, they make my life so much easier! They always do and have done such a great job and are reasonably priced. I highly recommend them. Thank you Jamie, Lindsey, and Sommer and everyone at the St. Charles location!

Ty and Desiree always do a tremendous job at our home! Very accommodating to work around where we are while we work from home. Both are super friendly and interact very well with our many yapping dogs. 🙂🐶 Bo loves their visits and belly rubs!

I've only been using TCA
for a short time but so far I'm very satisfied. The staff are friendly and efficient and do a good job. I love that the house smells so clean when they're done! The supervisors seem very concerned about customer satisfaction. I would recommend TCA to anyone.

We are very happy with the services provided by The Cleaning Authority! Tamara and Casey are wonderful and work so hard to make our house spotless every time they come. We are so thankful for them and the tremendous burden relief they provide us!

Diane and Jean are my regulars and they are wonderfully kind, attentive and invested in providing high-quality service. This month, several others have subbed in due to vacation schedules (Kayla , Cayle and Alyssa) and one would never know they weren't already familiar with my home and requirements. I definitely recommend The Cleaning Authority of St. Charles.

Ashlynne & Ava are ROCKSTARS! Though their first-time cleaning our home, we were extremely impressed with the level of cleaning detail they performed (e.g., spraying Murphy's Oil Soap cleaner on wooden/carpeted staircase in our 2-stort Foyer and wiping down ALL exposed wood).

I tried their new detailed project special cleaning service and Jen did a great job detailing my blinds and window areas and hard to reach “high dusting” areas. This is a nice service to have access to for those areas that don’t get detailed in a regular cleaning!
Jen walked through the project with me and went to work while I worked in my office in another area of the home. She was self directed and did a great job!

On January 16, 2025 two women from this company and location came to my house to "clean". My cameras confirmed they were only at my house for 2 hours.
The capsules have been emptied out of my son's controlled substance medicine. This company says on their website and told me in-person they do background checks on their employees. When I returned home my shower bench was cracked in half.

It took the company 48 hours to call me back. No solutions have been provided. They still have not refunded me.

I feel completely violated!

We had the St Charles Cleaning Authority clean our house for the first time today. My house is clean and looks beautiful. Lindsey and Suzanne did a great job.

Absolutely love when Crystal and Alyssa come to clean! Best duo ever! It’s a comforting feeling knowing the house is getting it’s proper cleaning and my dogs are super comfortable with them.

We have been with The Cleaning Authority for several years and both Kathleen and Autumn have continued to excel in their ability to make sure our house is clean every time in every detail. They always make our puppies feel safe and loved also. We would highly recommend this company as their success is people like Kathleen and Autumn.

Hiring the Cleaning Authority is the best decision we’ve made to make our lives easier since bringing home our new baby! They are professional, timely, and always do a fantastic job. Shout out to Candice & Cayle for making our house shine this week 😁

The girls did an absolutely wonderful job. I’m still looking around amazed at how fresh and clean everything is.

Ashlynn, Jillian, and Shaun did an awesome job cleaning. My husband has even pointed out that he had noticed Shaun today and on a previous clean really work hard to get our floors perfect!
They are also so sweet to my little dog Gizmo, he gets so excited when they arrive!

Yesterday, Ashlynn & Katie cleaned my home. They did an excellent job! Also, it was so nice to hear them interact with each other, they seemed to really enjoy their job and each other. It was a pleasure to have them clean my house.

This is the 2nd week in a row that Sammy and Bri cleaned my home. They did an excellent job, especially on my floors. We have 2 dogs that shed copious amounts of hair and leave dried slobber on the floor. There wasn't a dog hair in site when Bri was done vacuuming and Sammy did such a detailed job on my floors that you wouldn't even know we had dogs! Whoever cleans is always punctual and I love the app that gives me the estimated window of time that they will arrive. A job well done! Angela

This past week, Desiree and Ty cleaned our home. They did an amazing job. They were friendly to our dogs. Everything was done perfectly.

Great attention to detail. We had the same team both times, Candice and Sara. Both were friendly, professional, and pleasant to be around. They even listened to and conversed with my kid while my kid rattled on. Great experience and good clean! Looking forward to the next cleaning!
