I've been having TCA coming in for months now and I have never been disappointed. My home looks and smells fresh and clean every time, which I would have thought would be difficult in the winter. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking about hiring a cleaning company.

CA has taken such a large weight off my shoulders being a mom of 3 and household of 7 it gets out of hand quick. It is a relief knowing that they have my back in getting the deep cleaning that I can never seem to get to!

Cleaning Authority does a good job of whole house cleaning. They bring their own cleaning supplies and tools. The personnel come in and get right to work, wasting no time, and are quiet. They are willing to use any special products you prefer.

We hired The Cleaning Authority to begin regular bi-weekly cleaning services. We couldn’t be more pleased with their first cleaning! They arrived in the time frame scheduled. They were very thorough & professional! The end result was “spotless”!

Zero star experience. This company is a scam. I had to vacuum my floors after they “cleaned” my house. There was no sign of cleaning….they even came to “fix” it and it was barely just a wipe down. I emailed company to see if we could find a solution, and they ignored my email. Pictures are after initial “cleaning”. They came highly recommended so I’m very disappointed.

Very through, courteous, pleasant and professional staff. Did an excellent cleaning job throughout the house. Highly recommend Cleaning Authority for services. Office staff kept us informed. Hire this company. Chie and Rhoni did a fantastic job with a very detail cleaning. Protective and mindful of special items.

After having surgery and temporarily unable to care for our home we hired The Cleaning Authority. One constant I have been able to depend on this far has been the expert care and attention to detail that Chi has given to every section of the house. She is always open to feedback and her willingness to provide everything we need is genuine as well as refreshing. The process the company uses for communication with it's clients is superior. I always know what to expect week to week and the approach they take to ensure my home stays in tip top shape works great! Thank you!

Moving is stressful enough. I needed a deep clean done for pictures and showing my home. In comes Team 3 and they took that stress off my back! They cleaned pretty much top to bottom my 1400+ square foot home and did it in a timely and precise manner. They wasted no time and got to work as soon as they walked in the door. Thank you so much for you sweet, professional, and clean disposition. I will definitely be calling again when I find my dream home!

Started 2 cleans ago and have been very happy with Team 9 and their cleaning of my home. Girls are very friendly and listen if I need something special. I recommend them to anyone.
I feel much better not having to clean my house while taking care of many other things these days.

The group is always friendly and professional. They finish quickly, but do a quality job. We have been using them for years.

After a year of staying safe because of Covid, we had Molly Maid come back again. We were so happy to see Pam and Team 9 show up for a deep clean. We always know if Pam shows up, it will be a professional job. And they are always very friendly and courteous. We will now have them back every two weeks again. YAY!

We have Team 3 Casey and Tiffany cleaning our home. These young ladies work very hard, fast and efficient! My wife is a stickler and each and every time these ladies clean our home she is very pleased! It's so nice knowing that each time they come to clean our home we don't have to worry or look around to see if it was done correctly. We have been using Molly Maids for several years and will continue for many more years to come! Thanks for the great service!

I researched several cleaning companies and received poor customer service/follow up from two of them. I ultimately chose Molly Maid because I was very impressed with them during every step of the process, from the visit from Jodi to provide the estimate to my interaction with Lisa and Michelle in the office. Very nice first cleaning. Team #3 was friendly and courteous, and they got along great with my dog. I was very impressed with how thoroughly they cleaned everything. The dog hair on the sofa was a major challenge, but they managed to vacuum it up. It hasn't been that clean in years!

We've been using Molly Maid of St. Charles County consistently since 2015 and we are very pleased with their service. When they come they always let me know that day when my next house cleaning will be so I can always count on them coming. They do a fantastic job cleaning our home. Great work. Never had any issues and been using them for two years now.

This is an outstanding team of diligent workers! Very thorough, fast, and accommodating. We are most comfortable having them in our home whether we are home or not. Very conscious of detail and kitchen and baths really coming out sparkling. My wife loves this service. When Mama is happy, everyone is happy. Katherine leads the team and so pleased to see her when she walks in the door. We are so pleased we went to Molly Maids from the beginning. Support staff in office also is most conscientious and excellent communicators.

Heather and Ashly did an incredible job cleaning up my house. I neglected the tubs and oven but they were able to take care of these so I don't have to do much to keep them up. To be transparent, I had a four hour service as a one-off. I resorted to Molly Maid when I had already waited a month for another service and was told it would be even longer before they could make it in. When I scheduled with MM, their first available was in two days! I will definitely trust them again due to their amazing performance and availability!

So today was our first time using Molly Maids and it was even better than expected. From the first phone call, the scope and estimate, to the actual cleaning itself. 5 stars is easy. Ashley & Katie (Team 5) were on time, professional and attentive. But on top of that, in the amount of time they were here they got a surprising amount of cleaning done, and the quality of their work was not sacrificed by their speed and efficiency. Will definitely have them back. The whole process was very simple and affordable.

Molly maid has dependable staff and the results after their cleaning is awesome! I am glad to have chosen this company that takes pride in their job and works promptly.

Edit (2 years later from my original review): No matter what team from Molly Maid cleans our home, the results are always spectacular. Team #2, especially, cleaned with such detail even if it was there first time coming to our home. I didn't have to go afterwards and clean further either. They are flexible with timings and make my life easier. I am honored to be their long-time customer :)

Molly Maid Team 4 visited our home on 9/1/2020. We are getting married at our house on 9/5 and wanted the house cleaned while my fiance and I dealt with finalizing wedding stuff.
They did not just save us time, they made our house look like we just moved in!! We have 4 kids, and the place looked like NO ONE lived there!!
Molly Maid went above and beyond our expectations.
