After 2 weeks of having overnight guests and hosting 2 large celebrations, my home was in dire need of a decent scrub! I’m more than pleased with the sparkle left behind by Kathleen, Jack and Tabitha. They detailed the bathrooms, showers, floors, kitchen (especially my overworked stove). Excellent work by the three! Y’all are much appreciated.

This was the first time we had The Cleaning Authority clean our home. This first cleaning was to be a deep clean and we were very pleased ~ they did a wonderful job and left our home looking amazing and smelling fresh. They were courteous and friendly, very thorough and conscientious, and their attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Even with the adverse weather conditions, they were able to get our home cleaned on the day they had scheduled. We are very happy that we selected The Cleaning Authority to clean our home and keep it looking nice.

Received my second clean from The Cleaning Authority and the girls are always kind, respectful and hardworking. I have been actually SHOCKED both times I've walked into my home after a clean.

We have used this service for many years and have only had problems the last year or 2. My recent problem is I received a poor clean in only one area but the area I most wanted cleaned, our main bathroom. It was gross and I took pictures. I had put my house back together and was going to take a shower. So I sent pictures to them and they agreed and I wanted to send someone back to redo it. I didn’t have time to deal with it and asked if they could take a percentage off instead because we would have to clean later ourselves. I was told the manager was not in and that they would get back to me. It is now 17 days later and we have had no contact from them and were charged fully but had to scrub our own toilets, sinks and mopped the floor and believe me we are not white glove folks. I know they started on the bottom where a quality trainer was working with the team and think they may have run out of time when they got to the upstairs. Things happen, but they never even contacted us back, so I took one star away for the clean and 2 for lack communication and follow-through.

Just had my first initial cleaning and I'm very pleased! All the areas of concern in expressed look great!
