Building a house is never easy and for us it's been quite challenging. However, if you need a piece of mind during the process, I highly recommend this company for your countertops and just genuine care. From the start, Ajdin has been incredibly patient and helpful throughout this entire process. You can tell that he actually cares that you're happy with the product and is not trying to oversell anything. When we decided on a slab outside his inventory, he personally went with us (30 minutes away) to examine the slabs we were going to purchase and help us choose the best ones. This is not required or custom of other companies that we have gotten bids from. You don't get a "salesy" vibe with him, just honest advice and opinions. E&B has been a phenomenal company to work with, and I cannot say enough good things about them. We would choose to work with this company and Ajdin 100 times over. Here is just a part of the final production. I couldn't have imagined a more beautiful production for our slab.

They did not end up even having the granite that I needed, which is totally fine and I am not even at all upset about that. The problem was that both the phone call to the woman that mans the front desk as well as the in-person visit (with the phone answering lady) to Arch City was absolutely horrible! The manner in which I was spoken to, on both occasions, was rude and demeaning. At their office, she was very unclear with the point she was trying to get across as I showed her my drawings and measurements so it was very confusing to try and figure out what exactly she was saying and when I expressed that, she just told me that I was actually confusing her! Nice gaslighting. The rude attitude began right after I filled out the sheet with all my information and I didn't mark any of the cut out items because I didn't need any cut out items and she said well your kitchen must have a sink. I said yes my kitchen has a sink and as she's circling "sink" I'm saying but I don't need a sink cut out. It's an island. It won't have a sink. So like she was trying to insinuate that I don't know what I need in my own kitchen because certainly my kitchen must have a sink. Maybe if she would've let me finish speaking she would've learned that I don't need a sink cut out because my island does not contain a sink! Her general tone of voice was absolutely horrible. After we went round and round trying to clear up the "confusion," with her repeating the same statement over and over several times, as if I was an idiot, I finally just picked up my keys and said I would just get my granite elsewhere, and I left. I stayed calm and polite the entire time. I do not appreciate people talking down to me as if I'm stupid and don't know what I'm talking about. If she had been a bit more clear in the whole first place about A. We don't carry that color AND it is literally impossible for us to even get that color, then I would have not lost 10 minutes of my life that I can never get back. She made it sound like they didn't have a remnant, but if I ordered a whole slab, then they could make it work. It was obvious by my questions and responses that SHE was not being clear, which she should have picked up on as the salesperson, but instead she just kept telling me I was confusing her and she couldn't help me because she didn't understand what I wanted. She kept saying (3 times!) "I can't give you a bid if I don't know what material you want."How about using the word "color" instead of material. Materials are granite, marble, cement, etc... This is NOT my first time ordering granite and I walked in with exact drawings/measurements/etc... I am not stupid, but she pretty much implied that I was by the way she spoke to me. Never ever will I recommend Arch City and they should really hire someone who is able to not only communicate better, not talk down to customers and someone who is able to figure out how to help a customer figure out what they're not understanding instead of telling the customer that they are the ones being confusing. That is NOT a way to run a business and she should not be the first impression/person at the front/voice on the phone for your company!

Every employee we worked with at Arch City were knowledgeable and easy to work with. Timelines were given and met and service was great. Although one piece didn't fit as expected, they quickly got another to us. Highly recommend them.

Counter tops look amazing and that aspect was very fair. Booked the removal of the old tops through them and felt really taken advantage of. Removal took right at an hour and was billed $960.00. If I had to do it over, I'd use Arch for the new tops, but secure a different company for the old counter removal. It's really not difficult to remove old tops.

I went to ArcH City Granite looking for Granite for my kitchen product a week ago. I picked out 2 beautiful slabs of Granite for pricing. I never received the quote. After several days waiting on the quote I called to inquire about the quote and was told that my information could not be found and that someone would call me back. I never received the call. I am highly disappointed seeing that they had some really nice Granite and I really did want to get pricing. I would love to go back and give them another chance but I think I'll pass. They did have couple of beautiful pieces that we may have purchased but it scares me because how would the service be trying to get the pieces installed or if there's a problem after installation?

I can't thank Morgan enough for her guidance in helping us choose the perfect countertops. We have met with so many vendors during this large home renovation project and Morgan and E&B have been the best company we have worked with. She heard what I was looking for and even challenged me when I considered a simpler countertop design. Her expertise got me out of my comfort zone and I'm so grateful she did! The scheduling has been so smooth and quick, and the installers (Freddy, Melle, Josh, Chad, & Alex) have been fantastic and so clean. I'd definitely recommend them! Thank you again!
